Property Ratings at THE JUNCTION
Such a cool building with awesome apartments. I can't not say enough amazing things about the manager. His personal touch and attention to detail remind me every day why I rent instead buy. My apartment truly feels like home.
I love living here. These apartments have recently been remodeled but some of the beautiful original features have been left. Such as exposed brick walls and original hardwood floors. The location is ideal. You are close to downtown and also midtown crossing. Plus they allow pets, have gated parking, fitness center, and free storage units.
This building is close enough to midtown and Old Market where you can be there quickly without the price. You get the Sq. Footage and amenities of some of the other apartments in the area for 500 less. Also, one of the few areas in town that will work with you with bigger dogs, most have 35 lbs. weight limits. Only drawback is that you have to use Cox as it is a historic building so can't use satellite. Otherwise, no complaints.
