Sandwiched between Fort Worth and Dallas, Arlington is part of the massive DFW Metroplex. This big (even by Texas standards), busy, thriving city is home to some powerhouse locations, including the University of Texas at Arlington, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor. These, along with Texas Health Resources, General Motors Arlington Assembly, and GM Financial, are some of the city's largest employers.
With so much happening in and around this active, dynamic metropolis, you'll never sit around your Arlington apartment wondering what to do. Head to the Arlington Museum of Art or the International Bowling Museum, visit the Village Creek Historical Area or SW Nature Preserve, go hiking at River Legacy Parks, see the animals at the Fort Worth Zoo, and go shopping at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets or the Parks at Arlington.

Property Ratings at The Junction
After you pay your rent in full they still charge a 10% late fee to the utilities. The utilities bill is average $130 for a single person unit. The owner just started TODAY saying that anything over $100 left after the 3rd will receive a 10% late fee . The units leak when it rains. They make up rules as they go.
Since the change of management, The Junction apartments have become a beautiful, clean, community focused place to live. The management is responsive, attentive, and truly invested in making this community a fantastic place to live. The pool, which is now up and running, has been a game-changer for my summer. The renovations to the apartments are top-notch, and it's evident that they care about our comfort and satisfaction. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and the overall atmosphere is more welcoming than ever. I am very happy at The Junction apartments and recommend to anyone considering.
Extremely unprofessional. Changes management like outfits. Without hot water for over a week. Never answer to settle maintenance requests. We have no AC going on 3 days now. We have major plumbing issues. Sometimes no running water. the trash is always over flowing because they are constantly switching management. Safety hazard in the apartment yet they don’t have the “equipment” to fix it. Whatever you do save yourself the trouble and don’t move in here.

We take every review seriously and are disheartened by what you have told us here. Each and every person within our community is very important to us. When you have time please come by the office or give us a call so we can properly address these claims. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you.
The “so called” manager at the Junction is the most unprofessional person I’ve encounter in quite some time. Very Rude!!! We provided money for a quick move in. I was promised an apartment on a certain date but the apartment is still not available. I asked for a refund and still have not received that either. I would caution the owner as these are the persons who are representing your establishment.

While we appreciate the feedback, we want to address some of the concerns mentioned in this review. This community is currently undergoing renovation, which can lead to some delays in apartment availability. For this reason, we have not guaranteed immediate move-ins. Additionally, application and administrative fees are non-refundable. This is not to be confused with fully refundable deposits. We inform applicants about this policy, and that refunds can take up to 30 days to process. If you have any additional questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to let us know.
This is by far the most disappointing apartment that I have ever move to and I’ve only been here for a week. My apartment wasn’t ready when I came and there’s been nothing but issue after issue.

Our residents are very important to us and we are sorry to hear we have let you down! Please contact us at (817) 522-3895 so that we can discuss how we can improve your living experience for the better.
Incorrect billing by office management and they're willing to evict you rather than solve the issue. Roaches, no water, just a terrible experience
Just found out today after calling the water company that we are being charged for wastewater which includes leaks! I reported an issue about leaks before the winter storm took affect and have been billed for it all this time because they don’t fix things on time. Unless you have a great lawyer on your team to get reimbursed all monies paid don’t waste your time. Nothing ever works for a full 30 days here.
We been here for 3 months Since we moved in we been having problems with the ac do not recommend living here cant wait for my lease to be up!!!! #negativeRating ???????????? if this keeps happening gonna have to call the city to see if they can do anything ??
Maybe y’all should fix the inside first then the outside... These apartments AC sucks, water pressure sucks... no hot water once a week, sometimes more. After 2 years and management changing all the time and having to start over explaining the same thing over again to get fix gets you frustrated after a while.. also the patio door can’t even open it with out it get stuck and does not want to lock. These apartments should be torn down and rebuild correctly!!!!

When we moved into the apartment we did not receive a lease until a month later we were never told that we had to pay utilities the only thing we were told that we would have to pay would be an electric bill they harassed is about late fees on rent but never said anything about a utility payment when we was time to pay rent for the second month they added the utility payments to our rent we did not find out about the utility payment until we received a invoice in the mail of $52 the invoice pertain Pest Control feed water gas and sewage and trash they are very unorganized they do nothing on time they also were called about the air condition they said we needed Freon and it will work fine but after they put freon in it continue to not work right they have cracks in the ceiling that they covered with tape then painted over it and before we moved in they painted over everything as far as like the tub in the bath room wallpaper everything they painted over is starting to fall apart

Water pressure sucks A/C it gets up to 85 during the day and only gets down to maybe 75 by morning if your lucky water comes in the front door when it rains and they don’t fix anything

They are never in the office or answer the phone. When something goes wrong in the apartment for example the air condition the manager says that it's you instead of actually fixing their air condition. The grounds are always dirty kids are always yelling throwing the trash around and vandalizing the apartments. What's the point of on call if they never come out and actually look at the situation or fix it. The amenities that they have listed on the website that they supposedly have, they don't. The pool is still not open and it's midsummer. I do not recommend to rent from Park Row East Apartments saved your hard-earned money.

Leaky roof, broken closet doors, doors won’t lock, loud dogs on patios, noisy kids after appropriate hours. Hot water remains unavailable for multiple nights. Really a terrible place of residence. Not recommended.

Extremely noisy and people solicite the apartment buildings as often and as late as they wish. Apartments are old and ugly and things get broken like nothing. Paint is ugly, no carpets, pool is condemned. Don't get me started on the ants and roaches.
