Roughly an hour due north of downtown Atlanta, Alpharetta is a suburban community that has become a popular home base for commuters. The local public schools are excellent and residents enjoy access to several large parks and sports fields, adding to the appeal.
The shopping scene in Alpharetta is impressive, between the major-league retail hub of North Point Mall and the smaller, more boutique selections of the Avalon center and downtown’s Milton Avenue. While Atlanta may host a broader variety of arts and entertainment options, the Verizon Amphitheatre is one of the region’s most popular live music venues, attracting a packed roster of heavy hitters from all genres throughout the year.
Thanks to the efforts of home-grown entrepreneurs, Alpharetta has also developed a restaurant scene that regularly draws foodies and gourmands up from Atlanta for a taste.

Property Ratings at The Juncture Apartments
Great property awful management . Don't fall for the property if you have any maintenance request or management issue it is a night mare. If you think you can live with it it is a great property . Be careful with hidden management charges and slowly increasing this and that charges to your monthly bill.

I agree with most of the below negative reviews Horrible apartments and it became more ugly with rude staff in leasing office….many complaints on untidyness due to trash sitting outside with roaches…if you go to complain or suggest on some thing they give rude responses…sometimes tenants like me feel like if we living here freely without rent or what…. I would have given less than one star but there ia no such option Maintainance is rubbish too…

Juncture apartment is One of the worst property management companies I have lived here for an year and moved out I used to live in building 500 and i see 5304 apartment unit people are like throwing trash all days outside their door and made 3rd floor as trash hub and i have many times mentioned with leasing agents about this and they never addresses this issue…. Also I see washrooms are sub standards and always see cockroaches due to untidy people renting in this apartment. Do not get fooled by seeing pretty view from outside Leasing agents and property management company are rude people…they dont care what you ask or any suggestion… Never recommend to any of my friends and families

It was almost unbelievable how rude and unhelpful the office staff was during my visit to inquire about an apartment. I kept being referred to go online. Although the apartment complex is very beautiful, the customer service was disappointing.

Sadly, we fell for the looks. But in reality, this is a very bad apartment. Insulation is so bad; that during winters any amount of heater doesn't retain the temperature inside the apartment, we can feel cold air leaking from the windows and making the apartment freezing cold in winters; no matter if we keep the central heater on 24/7; its just waste of our money (300$ monthly electricity bill). Same problem in summers as well; full time a/c on doesn't keep the apartment cool. Further, the walls and roof are so thin that we can hear neighbours 'normal talking in their rooms as well as people talking on the street.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience at The Juncture. We are sorry for any inconvenience you may have faced. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention as we are committed to providing a comfortable living environment for all our residents.
We reported issues related to garage sound during the midnight with horrible sound and vibration below our apartment to the management. We asked the management to request the garage tenant to limit the usage at midnight. However the management outrightly rejected our request to talk to the garage tenant. The only solution the management gave us to change the apartment, but we have to bear the cost of shifting our stuffs on our own which is very expensive. The management did not offer to compensate us for shifting expenses. So we declined their offer to shift the apartment. Now we are stuck for the lease term with this awful garage sounds at midnight?

We want to assure you that we take this matter seriously and have explored multiple solutions to address the issue. Please reach out to us directly if you would like to discuss this matter further.
We are renting a unit above the garage. The walls, floors and windows are so thin and not properly insulated. One can easily hear the sound from outside even when the shutters are locked. Unfortunately the unit which we are living is above the garage. The person using the garage keeps on going in and out several times in the midnight, we are not able to sleep due to continuous noise from the garage door below our bedroom. When we complain to the property manager they were rude and didn’t take any action on our complain :(

They didn’t insulate these buildings well at all. You hear everything. You might as well live with the people above and next door to you. Probably can go somewhere else and pay less to put up with this. Can’t wait until my lease is up
Horrible customer service: The leasing agents have horrible attitudes They never answer the phones When you come into the office they are extremely lackadaisical Apartments: These apartments are far from luxury! Thin walls Loud neighbors Dogs run wild Gate is broken every other week Alarm goes off in the building every 3 weeks and wakes you up while you are sleeping Valet trash picks up trash when they want to Cost of the apartment is not fair for what you get Leasing agents treat certain ethnicities better than others This is not worth your money!!! Save your money and go somewhere else!!
These are beautiful apartments GREAT LOCATION. Can’t wait to get moved in. Thank you Amber for taking so much time with us. We were looking at two different ones but you convinced us we would be taken well care of in this complex.
This apartments are the best I’ve seen in a while. The staff is great, apartments are clean, and the location is perfect. 10/10 would recommend

Thank you for the wonderful rating and recommendation! I'm happy to hear what a great impression Juncture has made on you. Please let me know if you ever have any questions about the community! - Community Manager, Jennifer Reeves-Inthisane, (770) 410-3090
The units might look nice but the quality is extremely poor. I was the second occupant of the apartment and there was significant wear and tear (floor, cabinets) as well as water damage from leaks, not to mention the paper thin walls and misaligned doors that don't close properly. The valet trash that they charge you for is oftentimes cancelled or they just don't pick up your trash. The staff is rude and helpless, they send out emails with minimal notice about "mandatory" unit inspections without a specified time/no ability to schedule a time so you cannot be present. While doing so they walk with dirty shoes through your bedroom carpet and leave your front door unlocked! Also, the pricing is extrememly non- transparent and they charge unjustifiable fees (especially at move out). Don't be fooled by the good looking pool - it is not worth it!

Why is it poor? Lot of disburances, no proper insulation, Y'll for sure experience a lot of disturbances, Forget about Lux$$ury they are over priced and MANAGEMENT HERE IS WORSE, blackout curtains are 100% necessary if you want to sleep at all during nights, Buildings only look good from outside and there are numerous issues so prior experience fixing this yourself is needed because no body cares irrespective of how many times you reach out, Well if you have many more feel free to add.

Front desk is helpless and absolutely dont care about your concerns. Very poor quality and lot of issues are mentioned by other reviewers. They are for namesake luxury apartments.

These are luxurious apartments for name sake. The buildings only look good from outside and there are numerous issues. The construction quality isn't good. Experienced multiple issues since i moved in roughly 6 months ago . There is no insulation in the walls, you can hear noise/disturbance from breeze ways and neighboring units. Ceiling isn't insulated properly. Always hear some sort of noise from the unit above my unit. Carpet and hard wood isn't laid out properly, leaving multiple gaps in the edges. Constantly see bugs/insects coming out of those gaps. Breeze ways are not maintained on a regular basis and they are full of dust and dirt. I have never seen a luxury apartment maintained this way. Lastly, the staff in leasing office are horrible. They talk nicely but do not take care of the resident issues. They are people of words but not actions. Not worth putting in your money here. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANY ONE.
SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! Like they say, everything that glitters isn’t gold. The office staff is pretty terrible and tries to make excuses for their “customer service”. Regional maintenance manager pretty helpful in unfortunate circumstance, which BTW hope you like leaks (and no apparently I’m not the only one who has experienced them in this “luxurious” community). While I do understand leaks obviously can happen, the situation could have been handled more professionally. Can’t wait for this lease to end!
I had lived in a one bedroom apartment here and it was wonderful with all the luxurious interiors and the amazing amenities. Now, I have upgraded to the two bedroom apartment and it's been wonderful since. The new management made sure that my transfer process from old to the new apartment was smooth and they made a lot of effort to make sure that we were satisfied. The only down side with my previous apartment was the insufficient noise barrier between my and the next door apartment. I currently do not have that issue with the new apartment though! I would highly recommend this place!
This is a beautiful community with custom hardwoods and beautiful cabinetry... but it has been a nightmare since we have moved in. There are parts of the unit that were never completed, the deck light didnt work, the kitchen ventilation doesnt work, and the front door didnt have any weather seal. The cabinets all scrape when opened. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way so I had to do maintenance myself and re-hang the door. The closet door is completely hung incorrectly. The showerhead was broken. The electric is spotty and unsafe. We do not have a garbage area, and had to complain to get an access code to another area. We were promised that amenities would be available a few days after move in... its been a month and we still have no access to any amenities. Even though we were promised we would have access to ALL amenities, the front office refuses to give us temporary access to phase 1 amenities while phase 2 is unavailable. We were promised that construction only occurs 9-5, with no construction on the weekends by the office, yet construction starts at 7am 7 days per week. The construction workers are messy, they leave trash and rotten bananas in the hallways, and drinks and bags in the bushes. They spray painted my front door and it looks horrible. The walls are all paper thin, I can hear conversations in the hallways and in the surrounding apartments. The granite counters are covered in some sort of glue compound that cannot be removed (some parts of the counter are glossy and beautiful while others are matte glue). I can also hear obnoxious sprinklers every morning at 2am (you can hear everything outside.) The community lights are bright blue (as opposed to sleep healthy colors) and placed near bedroom windows so blackout curtains are 100% necessary if you want to sleep at all. The front office is very responsive, but will not do anything to help you out unless you are a possible new tenant. The service is spotty and full of half-whitted excuses and broken promises. I feel powerless here, and embarassed to pay high dollar for lackluster luxury living.
Guys, I have signed a 9 month lease here. Since I got here i'm experiencing lot of disturbances from the top floor. I complained them almost 20 times now and we still experience the disturbances. When I asked them whether I can move to a different apartment they say I have to pay $500. I also suggested my friends not to take apartment though they are luxurious because the MANAGEMENT HERE IS WORSE they don't act smartly though they treat you with sweet words. APT# 4204
The Good: We love that these apts are new, very modern & sleek. We live in a 1 br but it's spacious. Friendly staff. The Bad: Lack of sufficient noise barrier between apts. We hear every conversation our neighbor is having as if he were in our apt. I can tell when he opens a drawer, when he's taking a shower, etc. We can hear him snoring & other things we don't care to hear!!! This is horrible, especially when you're trying to sleep. We've lived in many apts & this is the 1st time we've ever experienced this. At this point, I cannot wait for our lease to end.
I toured these apartments a few weeks ago and fell in love!! I have never seen hardwood floors in an apartment, and they were absolutely beautiful! The kitchens are very well appointed with 42" cabinets, granite counter tops, deep stainless steel sinks, and plenty of cabinet space!!! Also, the walk in closet was the largest closet that I have ever seen in an apartment! I plan to make this my new home in the very near future!
