The Katy

The new high-end leasing center is nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with an atmosphere of sophistication and warmth. This center is not just a place to lease; it’s the epitome of luxury living from the very start.

So far so good. We haven’t quite moved in yet but everyone seems friendly, the place is clean, and we love the proximity to shops, restaurants and the Katy trail.

The amenities are great, loving our unit. Move-in was a little rough, but so far so good! Staff was quick to problem solve, despite some delayed communication.

I like this place brand new apartment clean and good stuff, fantastic pool area also not noisy inside and outside the appliance. Close to the katy trail for walking and running.

Things are improving at The Katy after a lot of neglect. The neighbors are nice, Amenities are good. But there are still areas for improvement.

I have mixed feelings - the maintenance here at The Katy is good only depending on who comes to fix it. I also think the property itself isn't maintained well - the common grills are broken and often very dirty, the common outdoor sink is broken, the landscaping around the pool hasn't been updated since the freeze 2 years ago. It is not maintained that great considering what we pay to live here

I think that the owners/property managers do not invest the appropriate amount into staffing for how the apartment is marketed as "luxury". There is not enough cleaning staff to ensure the common areas are clean, not enough maintenance staff to ensure the building is kept operational, and not enough security to ensure we feel safe.

Don't like the changes. It is VERY inconvenient to not allow food and grocery deliveries upstairs. This affects my daily life very negatively

I had the absolute worst experience living here. I rented a penthouse and the amenities offered were everything but luxurious and definitely not worth the price. There were constant maintenance issues that were never addressed. Only two elevators actually worked in the whole building. My visitors were repeatedly stuck in a broken elevator. The freight elevator was never available. Everyone had access to the penthouse floor due to the broken elevator. No one leashes their dogs. There is a HORRIBLE smell from the trash overflow and pet floor that constantly lingers. Some of the concierge staff will allow visitors up without contacting the owner. Upon move out they tried to charge an astronomical amount for damages from the previous Tenant.

There are other maintenance issues that have been outstanding for over a year with no resolution as the maintenance personnel had no authority to complete and find a resolution

I am happy living here.
