I currently have been living here for two months & have put in over 6 different maintenance requests since moving in and have yet to ever seen one maintenance man. The ac has been out for three weeks i call and call and they have the phones disconnected because they never feel like working. When i finally do get a hold of someone they are rude and tell me they will take care of it when they can… and never do . I haven’t been able to access my mail since i’ve moved here. I’ve spoken with the manager and he’s told me that some of my requests are not important enough to be taken care of. The laundry room always have a steam do water leaking down the street. The pool has never been cleaned once it’s bright green and disgusting. They are continually adding bills to the rent so whatever amount they tell you when you sign your lease is not true because they will keep adding to it.
Agent seemed bothered that she had to do her job to show a scheduled tour. Waited in the sun and the attitude was too much for someone who is supposed to be trying to get you to rent.

I came here in 2017 and it was nice under City View and it was ok when they changed it but since 2021 I have notice things take a little more time than normal. Well been without AC for 2 months, seen several people are without as well. Had to wait a long time just to get someone to look at it because so many were out. They told me they got a few more people to fix things 8/12 so I have little faith that my AC will be fixed. After weeks of bothering them they said I would get a window unit to help, never came apparently it’s on loan from someone else’s place so waiting for them to get done. Or I can go buy my own of course, so yeah I’m counting down my days here and will tell everyone don’t come here unless you need to. The 24/7 laundry was nice till the card reader started messing up now I use a laundry service but it’s literally just a roof over my head now. Rent went up like everywhere but for trying to kill me via 90+ temps in my 1bed/1bath for 2 months and counting. Can’t recommend. And for the staff I go weekly for an update and get told wait for a text, never comes, or someone talks circles around me to let me know we are working on it. Just want a date to say my AC is fixed can’t even give me that.

DO NOT MOVE HERE This is your warning.DO NOT. If you have time to read, I’ll list why you shouldn’t if you don’t have time to read good luck on your apartment hunt! Don’t make it this one. For starters- this team will act wonderfully and put their best foot forward to get you to sign the lease. That’s literally all they care about. Once you sign, they do not care about you. They “fixed” the parking spots to where you need to pay to park and there are some free options but everyone is fighting for them and if you don’t make it you might need to park in other buildings and walk a hefty while to get to where you live. Unless you pay the 35 a month extra for a spot. They made it harder to park instead of fixing the gate that has been broken for years. They aren’t going to fix it. Also, I once saw 5 raccoons in the trash can getting home around 10 pm. So. Many. Raccoons. You have to be careful to walk to your car and if you got unlucky with parking watch your back cause the raccoons get behind the cars and under them as well as under the boards of the first floor. Too many stray diseases cats walking around too. My toilet has not properly worked since I moved here in December 2021 at first it wouldn’t flush until you tried about 7 times and it took about 2 months or 3 to get a new one. The new one ALWAYS runs after you flush it. Not to mention the police are often here at the property because of domestic abuse going on in some units that you can hear through the walls. It’s scary to think it could escalate and you could be a victim of gun violence. A lot of roaches. Saying there’s an infestation is an understatement. Also, on my little floor, there are black wasps. I have paid my rent on time every month but within the last month or so my lock was hard to lock and unlock some days ago it completely jammed and locked me out. I went early the next morning and they said they’d get to it just to receive a message saying to pull the door forward a little to get it to unlock. Tried it that same night and was locked out again. You’d think paying an entire rent is enough to live in your apartment but I’ve been locked out 2 nights in a row and the staff can’t guarantee they’re going to get it done before the end of the day so I’ll be looking at day 3 of having to crash with a friend when I pay an entire rent. These apartments try painting a pretty picture and ruined my first apartment experience. I urge you to look elsewhere. I am patiently waiting for this lease to end

I lived her e 7 years and with the new maintenance takes forever. When you call Emergency maintenance it doesn’t as you your name or location only what the issue is and ends the call. My AC went out Thursday come Monday still out with 100degree days. I placed emergency order and regular work order and was informed by office they don’t even track emergency orders so no accountability there. By their own criteria stated when you call for emergency maintenance no ac with outside over 85 is considered one. Given it’s been over 4 days how long would normal work orders take

Since this new company took o we the complex sucks. They are seriously charging for parking spots now. The same spots that were free are now 35 bucks a month. Nothings changed, they weren’t upgraded in any way. They just cost money now. Staff are rude. Emails are rude. Zero customer service. They don’t care about residents, they care about how much money they bring in. I would not recommend moving here at all. They will squeeze every dime they can out of you and give little to nothing in return.

I cant stand this place anymore. The management is off-the-charts terrible. No one ever answers the phone, maintenence calls take forever. (I made four online requests, one phone request and in-person request for my shower and it still took two months and a weeks worth of runaround from outsourced plumbers, tile men and office workers to finally be able to not only use my shower head but my shower. got locked out of an adjacent unit to shower which was convienently rented out the week we needed to use it. then after calling..and calling..and calling to no avail i had to finally contact the sister property across the street to get anything done) this place is beyond a nightmare and the more people i can save from this place the better
Lived here for about 6 years now. The complex under new management. They have refinished the exterior nicely. I went to use the newly renovated gym and couldn’t get in from the exterior door with the new app base entry system.I heard clicking for the door but it wouldn’t open. Went around through the main office told the management on duty who blew me(didn’t bother to even try to verify what I said) off and let me into the gym only to find that they not turning on the AC in the gym which felt like it was in the high 90’s in the gym. I brought it up with the manager that let me in and she was like “yep no AC” I said gym not a gym if it’s too hot to use” and left”.

I've been on the fence about staying here due to the previous management. I had really high hopes for the new management that started in October. However, after today I've decided I'm not going to renew my lease due to the very poor communication of the office staff. They waited until the 1st day of 2019 to bill all residents 4 months worth of water! Really? You guys are going to wait until right after the holidays when you know money is tough to bill FOUR months worth of water! Without no communication or heads up? Tacky! Also I've placed a work order request over the phone weeks ago and no one has come to fix it. It's sad to say that I miss the old management because they weren't any better. Also security sucks here! The front gates have been broken forever and it seems about once a month someone's car gets broken into, including one of my friends who was visiting me. After 3 months of the new management, the gate still hasn't been fixed. BEWARE LEAVING HERE!

I've moved here to these apartments for the convince of school for my kids and my job. They've both graduated and I've retired, but still live here because I like the surrounding, the help from the maintenance and location. Everytime my kids wanted to move I didn't cause of our location and I like it here.
I have lived at City View apartments for 10 months now. I live on the third floor and have a beautiful view. The staff is courteous and friendly. We have a gorgeous pool. The workout room could use a bit of sprucing up. Some of the apartments are being updated. Unfortunately if we already occupy the residence we don't get updates. Overall I am comfortable with my apartment.
I had a great time here. The staff was extremely friendly and helped accommodate me as best as they could. My apartment was very spacious and clean. No bugs or pests. The neighbors are nice and always said hello when I was outside. I never had any problems with any of my appliances, air conditioner, or plumbing. The price was extremely fair and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend these apartments.
