Good but landlord keep raising the rent
The apartment is very close to subway and Austin street shopping center. We rent a 3 bedroom and 2 bath apartment, which is quite rare in the neighborhood. It's spacious inside and we love the layout of the apartment and bay window. There's an elevator. The building doesn't have many tenants. So the elevator is not crowded. But the landlord has become very greedy and he has been raising rents every year. This year, he increased the rent by $200. That may be why currently there are 5 empty apartments in the building.
