Long time Kendrick resident overall clean great place to call home. Throughout the years there have been some issues that within a short time new management Bozzuto has come in and rectified my concerns with open and honest communication . Things are looking up

Be prepared to realize you have moved and are paying premium rent fees for living in a Babson dormitory. The building does have a mix of families and elderly residents, yet there are many college students. These tend to be self centered, privileged and show total disregard for building policies. Policies such as quiet hours, especially on the biergarten. NO recourse for handling these violations at 2:30 or 3:30 in the morning. Driving too fast in garage. Leaving trash bags and broken furniture wherever. Building management ends out frequent form emails about the policies, but not much else. Maintenance crew is great but may need a few reminders. Not sure the price is equivalent to the value. Walking distance to Cutler Park which is a huge plus.

In addition to the community-wide policy reminder emails we send, we do address any concerns directly with the parties involved. We expect all residents to be mindful of their neighbors and take legal actions when needed to address repeat offenders. We strive to provide a wonderful living experience for all our residents, and invite you to stop by the Leasing Office to share the details of the issues you have been experiencing so we can properly address your concerns.
Although the building is beautiful and the amenities are great, this building was poorly built. Some of the floors are uneven and poorly made. Like the other reviewer mentioned, if u move here, be prepared to hear noise. The walls/floors are extremely thin so you pretty much hear any noise coming from your neighbors. If you’re surrounded by neighbors with children, its even worse. Kids will run around and make alot of noise in their unit. Some parents are inconsiderate and aren’t mindful that other people live next to them . Some allow their kids to be as loud as they want. Your kids should not be slamming things and banging objects on the wall/ground at 6am or throughout the day. Thats extremely inconsiderate and disrespectful. Some residents just dont care about how they affect their neighbors. This is an apartment complex, not a house where u can just make all the noise you want without affecting anyone around you. Theres also random noises in the unit like the pipes from the boiler room or loud cranking sounds from the ceiling fan in the kitchen(even when its turned off) My roommate also had a bad experience at the leasing office. Once you enter, you have to wait near the door in hallway to be helped. My roommate stood there for about five minutes waiting to be helped by anyone. Well the property manager literally sits next to the door and not one time did she even make an attempt to acknowledge my roommate or ask if help was needed.It’s like she didnt care that someone needed help. I thought this was very rude. If you see someone standing by the door obviously waiting to be helped, common courtesy would be to ask the person if they need assistance or a simple, “ Hi, can I help you?”. Instead of the property manager helping, she waited until someone else in the office realize that my roommate was at the door waiting to be helped. This was very rude and just because your a property manager, greeting or helping someone should never be considered below your pay grade. Manager or not, your job is to provide excellent customer service.I wanted to love this place but my experience has been horrible. I can’t wait for my lease to be up.

The building has some phenomenal amenities, but the leasing team is unprofessional. When we went to view the building and apartment, the leasing agent expressly told us we would be able to sublet (this was important because I expected to have to move out mid-year) and that they do not lease to college students. The draft lease document was shared a month after we confirmed we would like to move in. The lease document did not permit subletting. To make matters worse, the apartment above us was occupied by students who played music with heavy bass late into the night every weekend, sometimes waking us up at 4am. The noise in the building clearly affected a lot of the residents. Move here if you like, but expect to live with noisy neighbors, and DO NOT TRUST anything they tell you - only what you have in writing.
