Koreatown is a vibrant LA neighborhood fille with hidden gems, bars, eateries, and a collision of cultures. As the name suggests, the atmosphere in Koreatown is heavily influenced by Korean culture. The neighborhood is a favorite destination among foodies city-wide for its endless selection of authentic Korean restaurants, but the community has a much more diverse character than that: the broad range of cultural influences is exemplified in landmarks like the synagogue and contemporary art gallery of the Wilshire Boulevard Temple, the Latin fusion cuisine of Roy Choi’s restaurants, and the popular German/Korean/Hawaiian tinged gastropub, Biergarten.
Although the area is a hot spot for LA residents’ day trips, Koreatown is known as one of the best places to live in LA. Most locals rent their homes and enjoy parks, coffee shops, and stores within walking distance of their apartments.

Property Ratings at The Kenmore @ San Marino
Apartments are poorly built and unfinished. There are roaches coming out from the countertops and units are smaller than as perceived. Do not bother, the amount of money can go elsewhere and for much more.
My girlfriend and I have lived here for the past year. It was been a wonderful experience. We got to experience the amazing neighborhood of koreatown. The apartment has been comfy through all four seasons. We only had a tiny problem with the kitchen sink, which was fixed one hour after I reported it. All the appliances were brand new when we moved in. The bathroom is incredibly stylish and modern. The neighbors are all quiet and respectful. I would stay living here for a long time, but I took a position in Pasadena and am going to have to move to that area.
Been living here for a bit now and I can definitely say it’s not worth the money. Maintenance takes forever so getting anything fixed will be a while. They refurnish everything and tell you everything is new, but these walls are old. Our apartment smells of cigarettes sometimes probably because old tenants were smokers and they couldn’t get rid of that smell so they decide to just remodel to make everything look pretty. First day moving in, there was still dust everywhere from the remodeling. The A/C is only in the hallways of the building but not in your apartment and it is advertised differently to trick you. On the first day we found two roaches in our apartment and continue to find them around our apartment even after having our apartment sprayed. There’s only 2 dryers and 2 washers which will cost you (not free) in the building. This place just sucks money out of you, not looking forward to renting again once this lease is up.
We have lived here for few Months. Very affordable. I can’t complain at all
These are poorly constructed and TINY apartments. Aside from the low quality that is any K3 building, the owners are greedy and rude. They will do anything so long as they get their way. Please do not rent here, you will definitely regret it!!!
These listings are outrageous. I been looking for apartments and are truly overpriced for what they offer. I called to get a tour or something and was met with rudeness. I think the management company are just scammers
It’s not worth the rent on these units. Los Angeles market is over inflated. Might as well pay for a mortgage elsewhere.
