The Kincaid at Legacy

I’ve been a resident here for 3 years, and I love it. Out of the 12 different properties I’ve lived in, this is by far the best!

The Kincaid has been my home for 5 years, and it is a very well managed property. Clean, extremely well maintained, and the management team is top notch. They care about the residents and the experience of living here.

The entire team here is outstanding! We love living here.

The community and lease agents are so nice. However the fridge inside the home is reaching its age, which means the noise is very high frequency. I don't know if it just me or everybody does the same. For people who want to live here, they overall vibe is worth it. But if you do not want to bear with in house noise, then no.

Moving to the Kincaid has been absolutely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The location is incredible and the staff, residents and quality of the property is unsurpassed. My family also thinks it was a great choice for all of us because they love to visit!

This is my 2nd time living at the Kincaid. It might cost a bit more in rent, it might. But you get what you pay for. Quality and stable on site management, leasing and maintenance staff, amenities and a class high rise building in a great area. Secure and clean, well maintained.

I have lived at the Kincaid for about 2 yrs. Lived in 3 diff apts. Happy with all. It’s almost always quiet, and well maintained, with friendly staff. The elevator has maintenance problems sometimes which is annoying. The gym equipment could use some additions, but overall it’s pretty good. I recommend the Kincaid. Happy to be here.

We have thoroughly enjoyed living at the Kincaid. The amenities, staff, maintenance, and pet policies are excellent. The residents are friendly and there is something for everyone - whether you're working from home, retired, or in-between living situations. The management is very accessible and works hard to accommodate resident's needs. The location (close to highways, restaurants, and shopping) also makes it a great location to live - whatever you need can be obtained in walking distance or a short drive.

We love living here and everyone here is so helpful and amazing!

The Kincaid at Legacy has a great staff that is always willing to listen to any concerns. The maintenance crew does a wonderful job to keep the property looking brand new! Everyone is very polite and always welcomes new tenants to any activities listed on the monthly calendars. I would highly recommend this property and it’s great location to the Legacy/Tollway area!

Renters BEWARE! PLEASE READ BEFORE LEASING!!! The Kincaid will win you over with its looks and luxury appeal, however NOTHING will be done to keep you or even your vehicles safe and secure. I lived here for 2 years and I had a vehicle stolen out of this garage. The thieves were able to get in and literally TOW my vehicle out with a pick up truck due to the “secure” gate being broken for months straight. There were no heightened security measures to account for this lack of gate functionality. Through out my time here, there was another attempt of theft on my vehicle in which I caught the thieves in the act myself and had to take measures into my own hands. Aside from my own vehicles, many residents can attest to MANY instances of crimes happening in the Kincaid’s garage. Multiple car burglaries, security gate vandalism, attempted robberies at gun point, and who knows what else because The Kincaid REFUSES to inform the residents of these incidents when they occur. The pure shock in residents faces when I told them what was going on with just my situation let alone the stories of others just screamed regret in choosing this establishment to call home. There are no security cameras in the garage other than entrance/exit. Get past that and anyone is free to do as they please in this garage. Aside from criminal activities in the garage, there was a burglary of a residence on the penthouse level of the Kincaid. This of course was information that was withheld from the community. When I asked Management about whether or not they will disclose information about crimes to the residents, they said, and I quote, “That decision is up to corporate”. I have this statement in writing and I suppose corporate (Greystar) does not care to inform their residents of the numerous safety issues happening around them. However Greystar will be sure to send you a reminder every 1st of the month that your rent is due! Once you get past the theft and home burglaries, you’re left to deal with the constant breaking of elevators, one of the pools being drained for 6 months during prime pool season, hallways that smell like dog pee, and much more! The building and amenities (When functional) are nice and appealing but ask yourself if that outweighs your safety in a high priced area that is advertised as safe and secure. Crime is inevitable however Greystar has not taken even the simplest of security measures to decrease the risk of criminal activities.

Overall, a great community to live in and very conveient to all my personal needs.

I have always wanted to experience high-rise living. I had no idea how easy it is to live at the Kincaid. From the staff to the location, to the amenities, it is top notch. I would and do recommend living at the Kincaid.

My wife and 7 year old daughter have lived at the Kincaid for 2.5 years. We have been extremely happy with the unit, management, amenities, location, residents and the lock and leave with no maintenance on our part. We were living in a large home for many years and there was way too much maintenance and upkeep with expenses going up every year. I would highly recommend the luxury high rise living!

Excellent staff, friendly residents, great amenities, wonderful apartment, pet friendly, and excellent location!

Unprofessional management and horrible customer service. Health and safety risk! Mold and excessive moisture reported on porous surface (wall and ceiling). Staff wiped the mold off the wall and painted over it. When the damage spread to several other walls along the structure, the staff advised they would paint over it again. I ended my lease early due to severity of issues. My health and personal items were impacted as a result

My husband and I moved here a year ago and absolutely love it. It’s very quiet with beautiful views, and great amenities. Every team member truly make you feel welcome and at home.

My wife and I have lived in the Kincaid for 3 years now and so glad we moved here. It was time to downsize and eliminate the constant challenges of home ownership. We were looking for a residence that would allow us to walk to restaurants and shopping, included excellent community spaces, high end kitchens and bathrooms, and expansive fitness facilities. We have met many like minded residents and regularly get together for dinner, book clubs and social events. The Kincaid checks all the boxes for us.

The Kincaid team is extremely professional, always available, and work fluidly to create a comfortable place to call home.

My family (including our Labrador retriever) has lived at the Kincaid for almost three years and we have been very pleased. If you're thinking about living here, just ask a current resident and they will tell you how great it is!
