Property Ratings at The Kingsley
We are really happy with our space and the community is amazing. Moving in was simple and the leasing office was super helpful, Greg is the man!
The Kingsley is such a lovely community. Corridors are well maintained and neighbors are all friendly. View from the balcony is stunning. So glad I moved here.
I love living here. This community has so much to offer from the entertainment space to the quiet environments. You come here and it’s so peaceful.

Thank you for your positive feedback! We're delighted to hear that you have had a great experience with our staff, and that you find the amenities clean and enjoyable. We look forward to providing you with excellent service and a peaceful living environment.
The monthly need to enter my home without permission has really shifted my perspective of the establishment. They insist on entering your home no matter the reason for “preventive maintenance” which has sometimes been changing a filter that was changed 2 months ago. I cannot recommend living at anything owned by this management. They put aggressive speed bumps in after move in on a road that does not need it.The staff is abrasive and rude. They expect you to pay top dollar but give you $1 service. The new people have taken over and are simply not at all interested in the convenience of the people paying their bills.Even when pre telling the complex that I will be having a baby and to do anything they need to beforehand, right after I give birth here they are again needing to do something at my apartment with an infant not even a month old, even after they said it would be find nothing would need to be done until after March. They lie and are pushy, this place is terrible.
Everybody in office been so friendly and helpful moving as we all know is i credibly stressful. They helped as best they could to make sure all paperwork was submitted.

The Kingsley was a great place to live. The community is very nice and friendly, they have holiday parties and random get together throughout the year. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The common areas and elevators are always kept clean too. I highly recommend living at the Kingsley.

We're thrilled to hear that you had a great living experience at The Kingsley! Creating a friendly and welcoming community is a priority for us, and we're delighted that you found the residents to be nice and friendly. It's wonderful to know that you enjoyed the holiday parties and random get-togethers throughout the year.
Our experience at The Kingsley has been a rewarding one. The community is welcoming and the staff is attentive and responsive to concerns and needs. Olivia has been an asset in the Leasing Office with her welcoming demeanor and engagement with current and potential residents. John has gone above and beyond to make sure maintenance needs are met with professionalism, timeliness and follow-up. We're glad to call The Kingsley home.
Overall I really love this community. it had been nothing but great for my sister and I. Beautiful apartment with pretty views. The staff that works here is also very nice and very helpful.
We moved in when the buildings opened and signed a 2 year lease. The minute we can move we will be. The management is incredibly invasive they require access on the pretense of “preventive” maintenance almost every month since we moved in. The spray chemicals without notice in your home even when asked not to. When we moved in we were told we could use our space that we pay for as we want and now we are told otherwise. This place is terrible and extremely in your face. If you want privacy then do not move here. If you don’t feel like fighting monthly with office staff, do not move here. It is a beautiful property but the water fees are outrageous! There’s only two of us and we pay almost $200 a month for water! When asked about this management said to call Yes Energy upon further investigation yes energy is just a billing company and the kingsley takes care of their own meters. We cannot get the property to check our meters so we are paying an outrageous bill monthly with no end in sight. Do not move here!
Such a great initial experience, we just moved in about a day ago - and the process was smooth and sufficient. Thank you, Olivia! We are looking forward to our future as residents here!
Our leasing agent Olivia was such a big help through the whole process, and a great atmosphere in the building! This is by far the best building I have ever lived in.
Beautiful and quiet community. I love coming home to a peaceful environment. I really like the yoga instructor that comes in for classes every week.
We will not be renewing our lease for many reasons. The parking issue has become a real inconvenience when family and friends come over they have no where to park there are 5 visitors parking spaces for 3 buildings and their remedy is to park more than 1/2 a mile away. The apts are cheaply made, within a year things are already falling apart. They’ll try to make “bandaid” repairs but the issue occurs again within a couple of months. With the amount charged in rent , these issues shouldn’t be happening.
Lived here for quite sometime and to be honest the apartments are nice new and modern but places has some serious flaws. You can tell these apartments are cheaply made as you easily hear the people above you so don’t bother renting unless you are top floor. Since i moved here they added in assigned parking. Prior to that there was never issues with the parking so a lot of residents are unsure why the assigned spots occurred. They Have only 5 visitor spots for 3 buildings which doesn’t work when many people like to have family and friends over. There are also a lot of so to say “karen” residents who have nothing better to do but complain about everything anyone was does. If you like to be constantly bombared with emails from management over another complaint this is the place for you. It’s a shame because this really is a nice property it just isn’t worth its value due to this.
Super friendly staff always smiling and willing to help makes living here a great experience. Feel like I’m on vacation being able to have such a nice pool too
Great place to live and very conveniently located within short distances to everything you need. Nice and quiet community with a really friendly staff that helps out in anyway they can whenever asked. All the residents seem to do their best to care about the community and keep it neat and clean.
I used to really enjoy the staff here and the apartment is definitely beautiful however the new staff and the monthly need to enter my home without permission has really shifted my perspective of the establishment. I cannot recommend living at anything owned by this management. They insist on entering your home no matter the reason for “preventive maintenance” which has sometimes been changing a filter that was changed 2 months ago. They put aggressive speed bumps in after move in on a road that does not need it. The pool randomly closes for any reason. The staff is abrasive and rude. The maintenance staff is unhelpful and even when calling the emergency line brushes you off even for a flood in a bathroom. They expect you to pay top dollar but give you $1 service. The original staff was wonderful but new people have taken over and are simply not at all interested in the connivence of the people paying their bills. If I could give a zero star I would. Renter beware !
Amazing place to live, very quiet the amenities are beautiful, the people are nice and welcoming, the apartments are made very beautifully with a lot of space
Never thought apt living could be like this, amazing. From the grounds, the dog park, the clubhouse, the game room, the pool, feels like a luxury hostel.
Moving in has been awesome! Everyone in the community is so nice and welcoming. The amenities are fantastic. I especially have loved the gym!
We've been living at The Kingsley since October 1st and have really enjoyed our stay. The units are brand new, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. The amenities are excellent, to include the gym, rec room, pool, clubhouse, and co-working lounge, and the on-property staff are pleasant and helpful. Also very well located within a 5 minutes drive of everything, to include endless shopping, countless restaurants, several different neighborhoods. The only things missing on the property are a dog run and could use more visitor parking spots.
8 months and counting here! I love it, staff is friendly and responsive, Met a lot of cool neighbors and there is a sense of community. Beautiful amenities that are kept clean and treated well - best apartment I’ve lived in
Awesome, friendly community with amazing and attentive staff! Everything is new, always clean, and problems are always solved in a timely manner.
Great place to live! Great staff, great neighbors, great property maintenance, great neighborhood. Highly recommend living here, or at least checking it out.
We really love our unit and our specific location allows the privacy we prefer. Everything is always clean due to their cleaning service and a big, big thank you to them. Unfortunately, we will not consider re-signing with the Kingsley when our lease is up because the parking has been very challenging and highly disappointing it just doesn't work for our family as we enjoy having family and friends over, especially for the holidays and there isn't anywhere for them to park. There are other smaller issues that were over-looked and worked through but there isn't anything that can be compromised on their end regarding the parking situation.
I’ve lived here since it opened. I’ve loved living here so far. The maintenance and office staff have been nothing but the best! They are kind, respectful and always help with any issues that arise quickly. The apartment itself is beautiful along with the newly built amenities. Also nice that I was able to rent a garage instead of fighting for a parking spot.
