Perimeter Center straddles the Perimeter itself, a boundary outlined by Interstate 285 that separates Atlanta from the suburbs. Tour on Saturday (9/14/2024 Dorian did a great job. My layout wasn’t ready to view but he took me to the most similar layout and explained the differences in the two options. Great location, great service, great room/layouts. Overall just a lovely apartment complex that I am excited to live in for the next year.

I've been living here for about 3 months and it's still great! Maintenance is fast and always friendly. They work hard to keep the common areas clean and the trash maintained. Front desk always calls to confirm I'm home before sending someone to enter for a maintenance issue. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood!

It’s a nice community in a prime location accessible to Marta, target Walmart,Publix, shopping area-perimeter mall.Everything in walking distance.Sometimes hard times with staff especially the new ones, understand the change in rule but customer requests to be top priority .

I have been residing in this community for about 3 years now and it's one of the best communities, I have ever lived in. The leasing office staff is great and very responsive, the location is perfect for my commute to work, the community feels safe and sound. However, one complaint that I have is that the Gym isn't as functional as they mention on their websites, the machines aren't functional, there are no dumbbells and that's my only complaint. So if you're someone looking for a better gym, this isn't the right place for you.

This is a great, clean, and family-friendly complex. Some people don't like when a complex has lots of kids and a friendly atmosphere, but my wife and I love it here even though we don't have kids. The community is friendly and feels safe. The lawn care and aesthetic qualities are always handled promptly and efficiently.

I have been a Mount Vernon resident and it’s one of the best communities to live in in the area! It’s neat and clean and the leasing office staff is very friendly and treats us like a family! The maintenance staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly to have around. They constantly have social events and gatherings for kids and adults to have fun and socialize! I would recommend living here for the accessibility around and the amazing location

The movement to our apartment was quite smooth and we find our home absolutely lovely and positive. Our unit gets ample sunlight and fresh air and a big patio is an absolute plus.
