Thank you for the amazing feedback. We always aim to go above and beyond for our residents and are happy to have hit the mark with you!
I am the resident. The property is old and leaking problem is inevitable. I experience the water pouring from ceiling on and off for three days. I kept reporting the problem and can only leave the message on the weekend and in the midnight. No maintenance guy came and I feel so hopeless on the weekned NOW!!!

don't be fooled by the pictures we just had to break our least two to mold being riddled throughout the apartment the pictures are either old when they first remodeled or really photoshopped none of the apartments are like this read Yelp read Google everyone has issues at this apartment you have been warned! Don't waste your money this place is awful the gym is totally dirty and the pool closes early out of the year so you can't even use it I've never seen the movie theater that they have on there because you don't have access to the office it's all smoke and mirrors

First off, the staff was great. Very kind and helpful whenever I contacted them. The complex, residents and the way things are ran is entirely the issue. To begin, the entire complex smells. It smells like garbage, smoke, food (strong spices/ethnic foods), mold etc. The only garbage cans are at the bottom of the main hill, so it is extremely inconvenient for any residents at the top of the hill (the majority of) to dispose of garbage. And the one time that I left my garbage on my deck for a convenience before taking out, I got a note on my door from the office as a resident complained... which seemed ironic that it was a main concern as the place has much more pertinent issues. The walls are paper thin, and so I was constantly listening to screaming babies, barking dogs, resident's and their children running around their home and talking. In fact, the walls were so thin I could hear the phone buzz on the table in the unit above my room... Parking is an absolute joke. Residents are not required to have a parking pass, whether they are paying or not. Therefore they have no way of tracking whose a resident and a guest. This caused the parking lots to be completely full by 6 pm. There is not enough car ports and they're overpriced. On a lighter note, I don't know if I have just been lucky in the past with other complexes, but the residents here were also just rude and extremely unfriendly. Lastly, our apartment always smelt of garbage and food because it would leak in through the windows and doors from outside. It just didn't feel like home, bottom line. Very happy to leave, and hope they can address some of these issues in the future.

Not a big fan of the complex. First they force you use a parcel room that you have to pay for. Because of some note they put on their address you wont get a package at your door. So you are forced into this for no reason. Half the time your package is on the floor in the room because delivery drivers dont know how to use it. Second they dont do anything about people parking in fire lanes or illegally. They will send out notes with threats but I have yet to see any of those threats come true. Third. The kitchen is tiny. The Drawers arent even standard sized. I have yet to find a silverware organizer that can fit in any of them. The bottom crisper door in the fridge cant even open all the way because of how they set it up. Fourth, the gym and the pool is a joke. It has mirrors so when they show you it as you walk by it looks nice. Maybe 4 people can work out at it at a time. In a place of 100's of people. That is a problem. The pool is only open for like 3 months. The rest of the year it goes unkempt it seems nad just gets dirtier and dirtier. Finally, They do nothing for sound prevention but put the blame on the residents. The Floors are thin, people complain they can hear people shut cabinets or bathroom fans. Which is insane to me. These things are easily solvable by the complex but they wont spend money to do it. They just place passive aggressive notes on everyones door. Also they charge a 5K lease breaking fee that doesnt ever get smaller. That the highest I have ever seen.

The worst management I have seen in a long time. If you report a issue mostly you will be serviced in couple of weeks after repeated reminders. If you get package you will not be notified and also you have to make 4 to 5 trips to get the package. If you ask why they were closed they give one reason or other. Of late the most common reason is they are short staffed. Need a improvement in management or its better to find a different community.
Staff is great! Apartment is clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place!
The office staff is amazing and courteous. The apartment is nice and clean and my kids love the park on site and my dog loves the dog park. I would so recommend this place!

I have lived at the Knolls for almost a year now. Overall it is a pretty good place to be depending on what you are looking for. It is nice to not take an elevator or walk down enclosed hallways to get to your unit. The storage and deck provided are also very nice. There are some things i cannot stand about this place. The noise between apartments is pretty unreal. I live on the bottom floor with no side neighbors, just one above and it is LOUD. I can hear literally everytime they take a step above me. Either its an apartment issue or i'm going to go claim my bounty for sasquatch. The office staff is awesome. Very helpful and friendly. The unit i have was completely renovated and everything was brand new. Although the stainless steel everything looks nice, i feel like the work that went into it was no good. First day of move in the candeleire (spelling?) fell off the ceiling. Workout room is decent if you dont have time to go to an actual gym and the pool is decent. If I had a family i would probably feel differently about the location, but for a 22 year old single guy there is nothing going on up here at all. If i didnt work on the Plateau i wouldnt live here. But overall, not bad.

Thank you for taking the time to review us! We appreciate the feedback and will use this to help us improve our community.
My family and I were renting a house and the owner decided to sell it. We needed a place to stay while looking for another house. I knew of the Knolls but never visited anyone living there. I was pleasantly surprised when I took a tour of the units. They have been remodeling the units and refreshing the look as unit leases were over. The staff was very helpful during the tour and explained the amenities and all aspects of the Knolls. In the end we decided on a 3 bedroom ground floor unit with 2 carports and a garage. With previous apartment leases, we had had very little interaction with the staff, but not at the Knolls. They are friendly and welcoming every time we went to the office. My kids loved stopping in and grabbing a sweet from the ever present candy bowl. They remembered my family's names (kids included) and where we lived. Once, they found my cell phone and with amazing deductive skills noticed the picture of the kid on my phone background and figured they should call me to tell me they had my phone. In the summer, the pool is a wonderful place to sit and relax after work while the family swims. The workout room was very nice to have as an option and was clean and well kept. The Knolls is apartment living, if you want absolute silence you won't get it. But I must say everyone is respectful and I never experienced interrupted sleep or felt it was too loud at night. We loved our time there and were very happy. We recommended this place to our friends, and in fact they are moving in right after we leave.
