First year living there was good, I was paired with roommates that I easily relate and get along. We had unspoken rules and did a good job keeping the place clean. After the first year and those cool roommates moved out, it went all downhill. First I get a roommate who had a friend crashed on the coach (which is a huge lease violation), also brought family on the weekend even though I put in the application I want absolutely want anything to do with kids. Management did the right thing and kick them out after a month but it came at a cost of them stealing stuffs that didn't belong to them. I get paired with two more lazy roommates who don't know how to clean the common area. I would report them to the office that they are not doing their fair share and I should not be be responsible for the uncleanliness. Rather than single out the ones who are making the mess, they blame everyone with constant threats of charging for cleaning fee. I take pride in what I cook and when I clean my area after cooking, people vouched for me that I take kitchen cleanliness seriously. I was promised roommates that I would relate to and get along but after the first year, they stop caring and pair me with whomever they want.

Hi, there. This review made our week! Thank you for taking the time to leave these compliments. -Team Kristi
The worst apartment I ever lived. I’ve have lived here for 2 years. The first year was okay, everything was okay, as well as you renewed. If you don’t, they will search for all little things to fine you. I was charged for almost $500 so far for STUPID reasons, so did my roommates. When we came down to the office to talked about the charge in the kitchen, they seemed to ignored it and tried to talked about other things. We were charged $100 each for kitchen cleaning fee, while we are still living there for 3 months. We’ve been staying there for 9 months and nothing happened, then they charged us for cleaning fee, it’s ridiculous, they charge the cleaning fee but they NEVER come to clean. My roommate was charged $300 for her fish in the living, “the fish bothered the other roomate”, which is ridiculous too. And when I moved out, they charged me of course, $400. I admit I didn’t clean the room 100% shiny and clean, but the first day I moved in, the room was gross. Also, the staffs here are unfriendly and irresponsibly. They will keep calling you whether you renew or not every day, like I am doing something wrong. Therefore, I highly NOT recommend this place. There are many many other apartments which are much better than this. The deal may look appealing to you right now, but there will be more extra fee are waiting for you while you are staying and even after you move out.

Have lived here for going on three years and have always had a pleasant experience until the change of staff occurred around Spring of 2019. The leasing agent staff who REPRESENTS the face of the company are lazy and careless. I have seen an overall decline in their kindness and care for residents through the years of living here. We have had countless break-ins to our vehicles and despite having "gates", the apartment refuses to place security cameras anywhere besides the front office. The gates are always open, we live in close proximity to a drug dealer (who we have reported, and they still don't care), and we were told to get our OWN "game cameras" to handle our own security. Additionally, staff told us we are solely responsible to call Corpus Christi PD every night for a police patrol (which we do). Every night we are seeing break-ins and every night the drug dealers have strangers picking up from them. If you are a parent, you should be concerned that your 18,19, or 20 year old could be subject to crimes that COULD BE DETERRED by having cameras and taking proper measures. I am willing to change this review if proper measures are taken to get security cameras and management ATTEMPTS to ensure safety.
I've lived here for almost 4 years, and never had a bad experience until recently. They paired me with a bad roommate, who constantly burns food by leaving it on the stove, and locking himself in his room. As well as leaving rotten food on the counters, and fridge. Which has brought a serious bug infestation in the apartment. I've brought this up to management multiple times, and they've continued to not help with the situation. Overall it's not a bad place to live, until you get in a situation where you get a bad roommate. Then you're out of luck, because management cares more about money, than the safety of their tenants. Maintenance is rad though. They're the best part about this place.
I lived here for two years. The first year was okay because my roommates were great. But they don’t care about anything except making a quick buck. The pictures are almost nothing what like you actually get. The couches have holes and are very worn. The washer and dryer broke down every few months because they wouldn’t fix them just patch them up quick and move them into a new apartment. It’s super noisy because the staff members are always having parties in their apartment. The second year I lived there we had a flea problem for almost 2 months and they refused to pay for an exterminator. The AC broke when the weather was nearly 90 degrees and didn’t get fixed for over a week. The internet didn’t work for almost 6 months but we still got charged for it, and the office said that we were responsible for calling the internet provider. My mail got stolen and they did nothing until my mother called. Upon moving out I got charged 3 months utilities and during their walk through they claimed that my ceiling fan wasn’t cleaned and when I asked for pictures they sent me a picture of a completely different room. Luckily I had taken pictures of EVERYTHING before leaving and sent that to them, the manager quickly contacted me and said that the best she could do was give me a discount on the cleaning but that i would still have to pay for it. Please no one ever live here
Worst place I've ever lived, they like to con people out of their money. They'll make it seem as though you only pay utilities for your apartment, but no it's for the ENTIRE complex. It's already the end of my lease come July I got charged 3 utility bills & I moved out in march & only 1 roommate is still living there. No way one person uses that much electricity & water. I ignored previous reviews & got stuck being conned out of my money. BEWARE!
DO NOT LIVE HERE. Staff is very unprofessional. Shelby the main manager is very rude. I had an issue but was resolved (in my favor) and she just stares me down now when I walk in the office. One of the staff members told me "She isn't mean she will just get you back if you cross her." What? That was very unsettling. They also pick and choose which rules are okay to break. The front office student staff also don't follow the rules. They lie when they give you a tour of the apartment complex claiming that the car gates work and the other gates work when they actually don't. Stealing happens often so it doesn't help that the gates are always open for whoever would like to come in.
With secure parking, pool, and 24 hour gym, this is a perfect spot, close to south padre and many beaches. The staff are friendly and neighbors nice.
