Property Ratings at The Lakehouse
I lived in this apt complex ( I call it the SWAMP) . this was the worst rental experience I've ever had. We had so many water leaks I lost count. Constant mold and musty smells. The floor in the living room was so water damaged it was squeashy and mold was growing up the walls. I had to get out of there as soon as possible for my health. My lease was not up yet but after much debate they realized they didn't have a choice but to let me out of my lease. This was the worst place I have ever lived without a doubt! I looked up what they are charging for rent and I had to warn people TO STAY AWAY!!! I can't believe what they are charging. THIS PLACE IS A FIRST CLASS DUMP. If you value your health STAY AWAY

I have lived here for a year and have loved every minute of it! All of the staff are amazing and do a great job at treating their customers with respect. The grounds always look amazing and the maintenance staff (David and Arnie) are very pleasant and always take time to say hello or give a quick wave. Tom is the new manager and has done an amazing job. He is always very easy to talk to and goes above and beyond to help his residents. Bethany is the who I rented from. She has a great attitude and helped me turn an awful situation that I was in into a very easy and stress free transition. Adeline is always very cheerful and willing to help. I would highly recommend Waterstone at Silver Lake to anyone looking for an experience where you can count on excellent customer service from all of the staff members! I also love the layout of my apartment. It is very private and spacious!
