Property Ratings at Infinity on the Landing
For the record I have not lived here so I cannot comment on that specifically. I only got as far as applying and being accepted. At that point I decided not to move further. The people in the office are nice and the apartments themselves look nice. One thing to note as I do not know if it is noted anywhere else, these apartments are not wheelchair accessible (This in particular has nothing to do with my review. I just thought I would note it in case someone needs it ). The reason for my review was of warning. I don't know if it was because they were busy as I know they received a lot of applications, but they never answered the phone or called me back when I left a message. I had to go up there physically every time I had a question. They did not call me even when I asked them a question in person and they said they would get back to me via phone call. Three times. Second, their credit check system messed up. I have credit and it is good credit. They decided to conditionally accept me because they said I don't have any credit history. The woman said she couldn't do anything about it, but her boss could when she got in on Monday. Still no call. That was until someone called like a week or so later talking about signing the lease. Nothing about the credit question or my other question which was still not answered either. I have had experience with bad management before and I am not going anywhere near that again if I can help. These are such little things and I let it go at first, but they added up really quick. I wouldn't trust these people take care of a library book, let alone be in charge of my housing. I hope someone else has a better experience in the future than I did.

Ever since the new management took over last year, nothing gets done. It took a month to fix the A/C. We constantly had to go to the front office and ask for updates on it. Now it's been a week since I put in a maintenance request to have my washer fixed and no one has come out to even look at it. When I went to the office to ask about it, they stated maintenance doesn't work on the weekends. I put my request in on a Wednesday but alright I guess. Management is very quick to charge tenants for anything. They recently sent out an email about charging for dumping large furniture pieces in or by the dumpsters. Heaven forbid, you as the tenant have any issues cause it won't be fixed quickly. There are a good amount of empty apartments and I believe it's because everyone is tired of dealing with subpar management/ maintenance.
By far the worst place I’ve ever lived! My apartment was not even living conditions when I got my keys. The carpet smelled like urine throughout the entire apartment. My hot water nor air did not work. My tub was peeling. They have roaches, lizards and every other bug you could think of here! No one even tried to make it right. I could not live in my apartment until 2 weeks later. I still had to pay a full deposit! The maintenance crew is terrible and take their time about finishing things. Please do not move here by far the worst decision of my life. I could not wait until my lease is over with this place from hell. The good reviews have to be from the office staff! They get a new property manager every other month. They’d had 3 since I moved in in May!
They never ever fix anything. They are pretty old. Stayed in a townhouse. The upstairs part was always extremely hot. The bottom bathroom barely flushed. The upstairs bathtub leaked bad. Leaked onto the downstairs bathroom. The flood had ceiling begin to become soft due to water staying in ceiling for time. They patch things up. Never completely fix it stay away. Great price but you can find better elsewhere. The apartments are pretty old with old floor plans.
Since moving into these apartments, I've survived two name changes and four managing companies. The improvements made in every department from the turn of the current management team are startling. These folks actually seem to care. They've reinstated many of community programmes that were cancelled years ago. Residents are again more inclined to a kind greeting than the previous glum seclusion of living under the previous owners. Now, one can go in the office and receive generous courtesy and diligent attentiveness to any problems. They've worked hard to clean up a place that probably started out a little weird and also managed to brighten up what was once a drab grey slab of boring buildings into something my guests never fail to remark upon whence visiting. Whilst these apartments are not at the top of the general list of apartments in the area, I gave a full five stars because they ARE at the top of the list of the more affordable communities in Euless.
I have been living here for two years now. Since the new management took over many things are getting much better. There is one person who works in the office is a great assistant manager. You can go to Tyrice for just about anything and he will make sure that it will get done. He is the type of manager you would want to have on your team, because he is definitely a go getter. Things are so much better in this apartment now.
Few months back they had about 7-8 visitor parking in each corners, now there are only 2-3 visitor parking spaces in each corner. For apartment this big, it is ridiculously very limited visitor parking space. For the In entire complex there are about hardly 15-20 visitor parking spot which are mostly occupied. This means you cannot invite any guest at your place or if you are having a party you need a shuttle service or uber everyone since you do not have visitor parking which would be more efficient than paying $350/tow. They claim that they made space for the resident parking spaces but they have more than enough resident parking space. However, that's definitely not the case here. Come on Reserve why would you loose out on the ratings for such stupid reason?
Worst complex in Texas. My windows have been leaking since I moved in a year ago. I put in a maintenance request every week. Maintenance on anything takes at least 3 weeks except windows they just never fix those. Also parking is horrible and they tow even with a visitor pass. Although 2 parking spaces are included with the rent. Its $300 to get your vehicle out because you parked in your own apartment complex. The pool is never open. Pretty to look at but always locked. The office manager literally told me there is no pool schedule. Maintenance opens when they get a chance. If you get a loft be ready to sleep in the living room during the summer. It's hot upstairs and all they say is there is nothing they can do. It's a loft and it's Texas. Definitely not worth the prices they are charging. And you will pay double in electric. 1 star is being generous.
The apartment was clean upon move in, and the rent is low, but the problems faced made all of this to be incredibly underwhelming. Before moving in I was informed that there would be another apartment like the one that I wanted to see (just not on the day I first came) and they would be happy to show me at the time. After I applied, all of a sudden that apartment was never something I could see despite my own follow ups. I should have realized their deception. I had also been informed that there would be washer and dryer connections in the one bed apartment. Upon move in, I was greeted by a massive 5ft tall water heater in the place that is supposed to be designated for the washer and dryer. One of the main reasons I moved in was because of the affordability along with the washer and dryer options. Many other apartments with connections were at a much higher price point. I went to management about this problem and they said they would "move it closer to the wall" the water heater being moved a few inches won't accomodate the room needed for a washer and dryer. After the initial disappointment moving in, everything else was just a constant frustration. There is trash everywhere, I one time passed by a half eaten snickers that was dropped on the stairs for over 10 days, so maintenance definitely doesn't walk the property and clean up! There are kids everywhere, running and jumping in the apartment above us, as well as running around and yelling outside our door, I one time had to break up a fight between kids. So if you don't have kids this may not be appealing, if you do have kids, many kids are unsupervised, so be weary of that. Kids also run in and out of the fitness center u supervised and often leave it a mess, weights left about and foot/sticky stuff everywhere. We have had minor issues with bugs as well as wasps outside (something we contacted pest control about and they never resolved the issue with the wasps). If your looking for a super cheap apartment and don't mind not getting what you expect or other types of inconveniences, then this is the place for you. But if you are looking for a place that is lovely, feels like home and has a lot of friendly neighbors I would recommend living somewhere else. (I should add, even when I lived in the dirtiest apartments I have ever seen in my life I had friendlier neighbors than I do here.)
By far the WORST experience I have had living in apartments. Definitely need new management (some of the employees don't even "KNOW" some protocols for pest control & THE MAIN MANAGER IS HORRIBLE SHE DEFINITELY SHOWS NO EMPATHY FOR HER RESIDENTS IT'S SAD. I have been having A/C problems since I moved in (& it is still an issue at that)...and pest problems have been a HUGE ISSUE! pest control comes in but the PROBLEM isn't solved...I've had multiple treatments and yet the roaches just keep on coming its disgusting && TRUST me no matter how much you keep your apartment clean it will not make a difference....it has literally become a health issue! Can't even grab food or plate or cup without having to check if a roach is in there. && to top it off I have 2 kids under the age of 2 and don't even feel comfortable giving my kids anything, constantly have to check if there is a roach. Maintenance half the time don't know what they are doing....definitely need to hire a crew that has background because they come in and "fix" but have to come back for the same problem, it's annoying. Thank GOD my lease is up soon, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! ** DONT listen to the other reviews, the price for the aparments may not be mad but its not worth it if you will constantly be calling maintenance and having pest control come in every THURSDAY!** OH YEAH!! and the funny thing is "APPARENTLY" all the apartments have been upgraded but I am having all these problems (bathroom mirror siding fell off, I didn't have a shower curtain rod, door knobs come loose, door handles in the kitchen come loose, my dishwasher was falling over from not being screwed on right, my freezer was not working and started leaking, a/c problems, pest problems, and they never came to fix the cover of the a/c
Don't live here. They will tow your car for $350 and charge you ridiculous fees. It doesn't feel like a home here. Don't be fooled by the low rent.
