Located just two miles from Oxnard State Beach Park, Via Marina is one of Oxnard's premier neighborhoods. Aboard your yacht at one of the marinas in the Channel Islands neighborhood located directly west of Via Marina, and once the sun sets, travel into Downtown Oxnard for a great meal, which is just three miles away. I’ve been living at the landing for almost a year and I absolutely love it. It’s super quiet and peaceful. The units are beautifully remodeled. Amy and Andy are absolutely AMAZING super helpful and always greet me and my children with a smile. I absolutely love everything about the landing. Maintenance staff is also super helpful and they respond immediately. I couldn’t have chose a better place to call home. Amy and Andy are truly the best. The indoor pool is a plus.

They are overcharging for rundown apts. There is mold in the walls that affect many apts. They respond only to calls that are easy but cannot handle complex maintenance issues. The maintenance staff is inexperienced and will close tickets before a resolution. Do not let the fresh coat of paint sway you into thinking these are new or updated apts. We’ve had at least two incidents in the last two years where a tenant used a firearm in their apt. The management team has poor communication skills amongst each other so nothing really gets done. I would not recommend anyone waste their money here.
Apartment not complete I was asked if I didn’t want to move in because I couldn’t get the keys at 3pm, I was available at 4pm. When I got there, I was waiting hours just to be told the apartment wasn’t a not yet complete. It is now November 1st and my rent is paid and there is still no closet to put my things away, and the kitchen window still needs to be replaced: if Andy never told me that comment, maybe I would be a little more understanding; however I am a single mom working 4 jobs, it is not hard to get ready with all of my clothes in a pile when it should be hung up or folded in the closet

A great home for me I enjoy living here very much quiet no problems. Everything works. Good. People are nice. Always take care of you. When you need them. I would recommend this place to anybody. I’m enjoying my stay.

I’ve lived here for almost three years and enjoy my apartment, the pool, the pond, the covered parking, pet friendly community. It’s close enough to restaurants and store and far enough away to remain pleasant and peaceful. There are improvements happening often. The office ladies are friendly as well as the maintenance workers. They have all made my living experience a comfortable one. There are often events for the community and constant charitable contributions. The neighbors are friendly and respectful.

Our overall experience has been poor here, and that is mostly attributed to the office staff that works on site. This review does not reflect the maintenance team, as their hard work is greatly appreciated, their response time is always rapid and they work fast to fix what needed. Initially we liked living here, but after discovering a deceased tenant in the parking lot (with no explanation offered from management) and experiencing multiple shut downs due to police raids, I would not recommend The Landing at Channel Islands. Management picks and chooses what rules they enforce, although they themselves are exempt from following such stipulations. I do not recommend waisting your money by paying for a spot in their parking lot, because parking is often unavailable due to "projects", although, conveniently these projects never seem to interfere with managements parking spots as somehow they are always able to find a spot for themselves, instead of allocating open spots to tenants who are handicapped or older. If management hasn't revoked your spot for the week, you are lucky to come home to find your spot empty as they do not regulate when workers or anyone for that matter parks in your paid for and designated space. Good luck trying to have your voice be heard, unless they are contacting you with a problem they've created management is hard to reach, and if you are able to get a hold of them the response is negative and overall unprofessional. *Note that there are multiple reviews that discuss in detail the negative experiences that have taken place with management* They will act one way to get you to sign your lease, and as soon as you move in they will never treat you with even the slightest bit of respect again, do not fall for it or waste your money and please research other platforms with negative reviews as well before making your decision.

Management has shown time and time again that they do not care about tenants. Hiked rent drastically. Rude staff that don't even introduce themselves when entering your home for an inspection. They drained the Koi pond almost a year ago to remodel. It's still empty and unfinished. They are CONSTANTLY working on things nobody asked for in an attempt to make the outside areas a bit nicer (so that they can charge more.) This amounts to frequent noise from the outside renovations and noise from them "remodeling" the units that people are moving out of due to the new management. They have literally done nothing but make this place less peaceful and more expensive. They demanded every tenant get RID of their BBQ's on their balconies. This was allowed by prior management. They did this just a week before the 4th of July and said that everyone (at least 100 tenants) all share ONE cruddy community grill they added. Does that not say it all?
New management is horrible recently bought. Rude not friendly. Previous management was like a family and community now we have people being attacked by homeless in our laundry rooms, drug dealers and an altogether unfriendly environment
Lady was very rude at front desk. She did not take the time to introduce or give information immediately stated the apartments for one bedroom were not vacant and there was a waiting list. The river they have is not maintained and the entrance was dirty and looked like it was falling apart. Will not bother to look further into.
