BEWARE!! My daughter lived at the Landings for 7 miserable months. During that time, her car was broken into, they towed her car twice (the first time, her visitors tag expired for 2 hours - they would not allow her to add a third car, then we have an email from the regional manager reporting that a third car was added and her car was towed the next day again), my daughter developed health issues after the building next to hers burned down and then wasn’t demolished for 5 months, a security guard blocked them into their space and proceeded to scream at them, and they fixed a window by screwing it shut, reporting the job had been completed and then when confronted with legal breaking of the lease, reported the part had been ordered. The staff was not helpful in any situation. I do not recommend living here for any reason. I am extremely thankful we are finished with them. They did not help with anything for the car break in reporting to me ‘crime happens everywhere’ and when asked for reimbursement for TWO false tows, they reported she should have added the car to the portal, which she attempted and then was told it had been added. Save your time and headache and look elsewhere.

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING, WARNING First of all, It’s been a living nightmare with these upstairs neighbors. Not only with the constant banging and slamming 24/7 but also their smoking all kinds of things(these are smoke free community ??) Nothing can be done so we’re gone once our lease is up! Second, We’ve been here a few years and these apartments have gone down in the last year 2021, even with the so called upgrades. They are being held together by duck tape. Pipes are always breaking and water constantly being turned off for repairs, the new gate system is a heath hazard! Find some place else. When you have problems and call office they never answer, and if you leave a voicemail, you never get a returned call back. So our concerns are NOT being addressed properly or fairly. We are counting our days until we can put our notice in. Off to greener pastures!! Please do not move here. These new owners are not doing their job!!

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Dirty, old, gross, and constant maintenance issues that never get fixed. And on top of it all they’ll tow your car for parking in a visitor spot, even if you’re a resident, or they’ll tow you if your registration is out. Don’t waste your money here

However if our residents need additional time that is reasonable, we will work with them. Enforcing our parking policies helps residents find parking spaces that are more convenient to them. It also helps us learn of unauthorized occupants or residents who are exceeding the minimum parking spaces. If you feel your vehicle was in compliance and you were towed, please contact me so we can make this right. The maintenance men would go in my apartment without your knowledge. In I paid rent late one month in they claim a eviction was filed. Which I knew nothing about. I continued to stay there til my lease was up. They continued to keep taking my rent. After moving out they kept my deposit. In now that I'm moving some where else it came up that I have a eviction but I was never asked to leave in I stayed until my lease was up. So one month of late rent caused them to file eviction without giving me any notice. Manager has a very bad attitude very rude and disrespectful. Spend your money else where!!!
I am renting an upgraded 1 bedroom. It looks nice but you can definitely tell this is an older apartment. The popcorn paint job on the walls and ceiling feels very dated. The cabinetry is new on the outside but looks old once you open drawers and cabinets. Parking is scarce near my particular building. It's a clean a quiet community with minor quirks. I wouldn't suggest paying the higher price for an upgraded unit, it doesn't feel worth it.

El dorado view apartment complex is a good neighborhood to live. it is very quiet and peaceful. The staff are awesome because they are always willing to help and make you comfortable. I have no regret living here. I'm loving it.
