Property Ratings at The Landing at Long Beach
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This complex has a very high crime rate that the complex doesn’t want to do anything about our safety. They’re more concerned about the looks of the place vs our safety. There has been 20 bikes stolen this year, several cars broken into, packages stolen on a daily, homeless sleeping on your porch. The residents has stated our concerns many times to Vanessa and the property management team. They have done ZERO efforts to make it safe here. There has been Multiple ring videos and photos of this happening sent to the management team. Yet they don’t care here. Our rates goes up every year and our safety gets tossed to the back burner.

I’ve been living here for 12 months now and i just extended my lease for another year. The building is great, it has everything you need, and Vanessa and her team are truly dedicated. What I love the most about this place is new tennis court - don’t feel like moving anytime soon.
Let me just say living here is an absolute paradise and the staff here is wonderful and takes care of the property exceedingly well. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. The maintenance staff is on their A Game and get things done quickly and correctly and always are considerate of my apartment by wearing booties and disinfecting after repair is done!
Close to CSULB and the traffic circle, this is a quiet haven in Long Beach. Many nearby apartment complexes can't come close to the amount of accommodations that The Landing has for its renters. There is an abundance of trees, grass, and plants that make you feel like your apartment is really a home. Our apartment comes with a dishwasher, washer and dryer unit, outdoor patio, AC, and a fridge. The living room is spacious, and there is a mixture of carpet and hardwood floor. The management is very receptive to our needs and quick to solve all maintenance issues we come across. The space added in the living room is lost in the bedrooms, but each bedroom fits two people in each room comfortably. The walls are relatively thick, which results in a nice, quiet atmosphere - we rarely hear a peep from the neighbors who live around us! A great mix of both college students and families. Very pet friendly! One covered parking space for each unit, and ample, free, OVERNIGHT guest parking space (RARE to find in Long Beach!!) They have outside grills that are kept very clean and are free for residents to use (and they are used very often!!) Nice pool, other laundry facilities on site and the complex is across from a Laundromat, close to the grocery store and Public Storage, and close to multiple Long Beach transit stops. Huge park a few blocks up the street. CSULB campus is about a ten minute drive away, and around fifteen minutes on the bus. Starbucks and other fast food a few minutes walk. The apartment rates are comparable to nearby apartment complexes and may seem a little expensive, but it's well-worth the price if you're looking for a nice, safe neighborhood with all the conveniences of living near a college campus.
