The Landing at Mansfield Apartments

This property is not well maintained, the staff is unprofessional. It was a mistake to rent here.

Property is listed as non-smoking but they let clearly let their tenants smoke. Filed a complaint and nothing was done - a violation of their own lease that states an investigation and action will be taken. Also, awful customer-facing administration. Live elsewhere.

Very shady. I signed a five month lease due to renovations being done on my house. My house was made livable way earlier than anticipated. I spent just shy of two months in the apartment total. Upon move out, I took pictures and video as usual with any move out. I called to let them know I had moved out and left the keys on the counter. I was told that they had already walked the apartment and everything was in order. Less than a week later I received a bill for carpet cleaning and broken blinds in excess of the $500 deposit they retained. Not once did I ever even use the blinds and the pictures they took were in no way, shape or form how the apartment was left. I called to ask about it and they sent pictures of severely broken blinds and old pictures or pictures of another apartment. They sent additional pictures which thankfully, contradicted the first pictures. Most notably was that there were no vacuum marks on the carpet in the pictures they sent versus the pictures I took. They also inadvertently showed the same set of blinds broken in one picture and not broken in another, a clear sign of deception. As a disabled Veteran, integrity is something I hold on high regard and this place, clearly has none. Hopefully this makes it to court so that I can show the pictures and videos and have the deceptive practices put on record.

Great place to live. Good location . Staff is very friendly and always eager to help. Maintenance staff are wonderful. Have always resolved my issues same day

I love my apartment I have great neighbors super quite and great amenities. I am getting more then I expected I love the walking distance to do things.

No parking for residents especially after 7pm Management doesn't care. They are quick to penalize but slow to act when you need something from them. Infact they take you in circles " let me ask the manager and I'll call back which never happens" The 1 star I gave is for maintenance crew, they are good they just lack support from Management

I love this apartment, is a very clean place and decent more importantly the security is excellent.

I love living here. The community is quiet and peaceful. Its close to everything.

All personnel who work here are friendly, courteous, and professional. They all smile and wave when you go by. The people are the basis of this community.

I found the staff to be very professional and helpful with any questions that I had. The application process was very quick and easy, no hassle! When I moved it the process was very simple. and all of the appliances were new. I hadn't even noticed that the dishwasher did not match the other stainless steel appliances, and someone from the staff called the next day of my move in to tell me that the matching stainless steel dishwasher was on back order (it really didn't matter to me being that I do not care to use the dishwasher much, lol) It came within 2 weeks of me moving in!! The maintenance staff is also very quick to respond and helpful... I thought there was an issue with my stove, but they had just forgot to turn the switch back on upon me moving in... they responded quickly!! I would recommend this complex to anyone. Great price for the space amenities.. I LOVE my wood floors throughout!!!

The Landing is a great complex. Its not perfect, but could be improved upon with some minor changes.

Personnel are helpful, friendly, and courteous. Building complex is kept clean and greenery is kept maintained in good condition.

We have lived at The Landing a little over a year. They are quick to make repairs. The office personnel are very friendly and helpful. We have been so pleased we have signed another year lease. I highly recommend them. Diane D

So far everything has been great! Easy move in, great quality and very easy access to everything surrounding the apartments!

Overall, a smooth move from outside the area. Very helpful staff, especially Yusuf.

I truly love it here. I wish there were more parcel mail boxes though. With more people ordering online, there are not enough boxes for the smaller packages. You have to go to the post office to pick up your package. I know there is Fetch but, it is still inconvenient. That's all I have to say at this time.

noisy neighbors. other tenants seem pretty low class and disrespectful of the property and their neighbors. When I fist moved in over 5 years ago. It felt like a community.

I have been extremely please so see the staff at this location continue to make me feel welcome whenever our paths cross, regardless of whomever I might run into. That welcoming feeling has made my transition from a house to an apartment, all that much easier.

I have lived here four years and the maintenance personnel has always responded promptly to my requests.

I would recommend this place because it seems peaceful and everyone seems nice . I wouldn?t recommend due to how expensive the place is should be a little more upgraded for what your paying for ..

I wouldn?t recommend this apartment community because if there is a chance that they will live under people who stomp around all day and have their children running around and rolling toys around on throughout the day they would never get the chance to relax and calling the office does nothing because they will tell you there is not much they can do. I wouldn?t dare do that to any of my family or friends. Oh and the parking is crazy. I have to park close to the office and walk across a field people take their dogs to use the bathroom.

The cleanliness is very appealing. I hardly ever see any trash anywhere. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful as well.

Excellent customer service and made to feel very comfortable. Always smiling and truly enjoyed showing us a place to call Home.

Juan is great! he had to come back twice for the same issue he was fast in testing this issue until it was corrected.

I have recommended this apartment complex to a few friends but it?s quite a ways from her job but I love my place so much I prefer the apartment over the commute

Very nice place to live but the trash compactor is really nasty and I do not like to have company over on the weekends. The trash is everywhere AROUND the compactor !!! Pretty sure its a health issue

All of the employees are friendly. They make you feel like family. They are courteous and go above and beyond to meet ones needs. I was in a stressful situation and was accommodated above and beyond. They never get offended and are very pleasant. Great customer service!

This community has changed since we first moved here. It's a bit noiser, pets are not picked up after.Some neighbors use other neighbor's car space.

I have already recommended it to my son and he has moved in to building 3. Clean apartments and basically quiet.

The only downfall is I have a new neighbor who smokes marijuana and it smell seals through the master bed/bathroom..

It appears to be very friendly and quiet. All the office staff was very welcoming and willing to help. Toni helped me get just what I was looking for. Thank you so much. Truely a blessing.

I have never had a problem with any delay in a response to a question , repair or email. Neighbors are quite and friendly

It has nice landscape and the property is well managed. the staff are nice and service requests are handled in timely manner. It is a pet friendly community with plenty of grass areas and waste bags are provided. The location is very Continent.

After only a year I must relocate for work. I'm looking at Steadfast properties first. The management here has been wonderful. I had forgotten about paying by the third instead of the fifth like I'm used to and they waived the fee. Two maintenance request over the year were completed next day. Grounds are groomed. No bugs. Trash service has never missed their schedule. I pay for assigned parking for my first car and have never had anybody park in it. My daily driver second car goes into visitor parking and while a lot of people complain about parking, I don't mind a little walk nearly as much as not being able to park at all, which has never happened. Walking distance to eats, Target, Ross, Home Depot and more. Only complaint is my bedroom is above a garage and the door opener going off at 6:00 kills any sleeping in. You're going to like it here.

Overall good experience living here. Parking was overloaded but I think that's how it is at every complex. The office staff were very accommodating in many ways and maintenance responds fast. When I had to move out, I had forgotten to give 60 days notice on time, and I would have had to pay month to month which would be like $2300. They totally waived it and I couldn't be happier.

All things considered, the pros FAR outweigh and dissatisfaction I had and I loved living there. I would and have recommended others check it out.

the complex is central to a lot of things in the area and for the most part it's quiet

There are way too many fees. Surrounding complexes don't charge for half the stuff this complex does.

I already tell people about our amazing apartment complex. With perfect maintenance people like this...that will keep happening.

It's affordable and the management team is great. You are guaranteed good service.

This is a great complex to live in. I hope I'm able to renew until I'm ready to purchase a house.
