The Landing at Ocean View Hills

I love the community engagement, from the weekly or biweekly food trucks to the free pictures with Santa, it's a great community. The complex is quiet and tranquil, you'd never no that neighbors have dogs.

If you are looking for a quiet and safe community for your family, I definitely recommend The Landing at Ocean View Hills. The neighborhood has lots of friendly and welcoming people. Management is very friendly and are always open to answer any questions.

Do not move here the Rent is to high and major Appliances break down to much! Not worth the money here I made bad mistake to move here!

The landing has been my home for the last 6 years and I have always enjoyed living here. The community is great and the experience is excellent too. The ladies in the office and the guys from maintenance will always do their best to make sure my living experience is pleasant.

Great community to live in. Neighbors are all hardworking & respectful and friendly. Feel very safe here. Management is responsive to tenant concerns and needs!

We've enjoyed living here for nine years. We like having good sized rooms, our laundry available all the time great parking for our car, and friendly neighbors. We also like having accessibility to the local business community.

The Landing at Ocean View is amazing. It's really quiet, the area is stunning, and it's close by to shopping plazas so it's continent for those who don't wish to drive too far. The staff is amazing and is always ready and willing to help with whatever questions/issues have have in regards to the community.

I would recommend because its location, there is a window in each room, the distribution is excellent and rooms are big. The only problem: very bad quality of the carpet and parking slots very narrow; its imposible to avoid hitting or scratching other people's cars due to the size of the parking area.

Some apartments need to be renovated, there is always something wrong either with the appliances or AC

It is in a nice neighborhood with houses around it and quick access to shopping and eateries. The landscaping kept nicely manicured and people are not in your business.

Lived here a year. The gate is always broken, cars get towed, the apartments always smell like weed from neighbors air vents. My apartment was broke into and robbed. Plus they take your entire deposit for "cleaning " because there were spider webs in the balcony and a small stain in the rug. Not to mention all the yelling from late at night to early in the morning. Homeless folks walk in the broken gates at night and dig through the dumpsters. Dont believe these fake reviews.

It's a very well designed community, the surroundings are nice and it's close to work

I would recommend because the community is great. You feel safe, most of the time is clean, and it has amenities. The apartment has washer and dryer which is very convenient. I would not recommend because they over charge for rent for stained carpet, work request are not being handle in a timely manner, grills sometimes did not work, sometimes you can smell dog when your walking around the complex.

Rapid response to repairs and any other matter was amazing and also the personnel at the office are very warm in reception.

The inside of the apartment my family and I stay at have spider/insect issues and the water comes out looking red (rust like). Also, we have mold issues in the apartment.

I felt as if the rent was a good price and the community that surrounds it is nice as well.

I would recommend, The area is amazing lots to do. The apartments are very spacious for the price. Rent is very reasonable and easy to pay or view online It hasn't given me an issue so far. The gym is small but it's clean and well maintained. Parking isn't the best but it's better than most San Diego apartments. Overall 8/10 and a stress free living!

Parking for residents or visitor is not great. for myself I need a garage.

The Dennery road noise is awful. The screeching and racing cars that speed by is disturbing. It happens as early as 6am and as late as 11 pm or later. Some tenants that smoke throw their cigarette budts all over, gross. My new upstairs neighbors smoke marijuana and I have to keep windows closed.

It's a friendly, quiet, and clean environment. I couldn't have asked for anything better

The office staff were nice and any equipment issues were taken care of immediately. I understand that renting property is a business, but I truly find it ridiculous to raise the rent $150 per month every year. I always paid my rent on time, but felt like I was being punished. It's ridiculous that you guys offered a one time $200 incentive to recommend a future tenant, but turn around and raise a quality current tenants rent significantly every year. I've heard of cost of living increases, but give me a break. That's why the quality of tenants are leaving and they are plenty of empty units. All four tenants in our building unit including my wife and I all moved out siting the same issues of raised rent. My advise is to be careful with greed and to appreciate quality tenants when you have them, because once they leave they never come back. thanks, Torin Childress

Safety its suppose to be a ?safer? community cars are very loud and speed through the apartments even crashed in a trash can that makes me very nervous and also alot of dogs alot of noise for what we are paying

Vehicles illegally parked or abandoned, speeding through the parking lot and alcohol consumption in the pool and community areas.

The Landing is well kept and the staff is super profession and at the same time polite.
