Enjoy an incredibly warm welcome to both you and your furry friend in this affluent strip of urban land below the infamous Brooklyn Bridge. This neighborhood is named after its most prominent attraction, Brooklyn Bridge Park, boasting distinctively beautiful views of Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan’s skyline.
This park offers six spacious piers on East River that are filled with recreational amenities such as athletic fields, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, swimming pool, sandy beaches, and lush lawns to enjoy the stunning views. And don’t worry about getting hungry while you’re here- there’s even a few restaurants in the park itself, such as Fornino at Pier 6 serving up delicious slices of pizza!
Though Brooklyn Bridge Park is this borough’s world-class waterfront oasis, the neighborhood itself has even more to offer.

Property Ratings at The Landing
I lived in The Landing for 3 years. The location is prime, and the rooftop views are immaculate. Each apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, which is convenient. I witnessed the management change from RAL Companies to Dermot, bringing both positives and negatives. The Bad: - Significant rent increase (25% hike in 1 year), leading to high resident turnover. - Dermot management is rarely on site, making it hard to build relationships, unlike RAL. - Increased amenities fees ($65 monthly) and restrictions (amenities close at 10 pm; they used to be free and 24/7). - Increased friction with building staff and new management; the handyman quit - Lack of maintenance: dead rooftop plants, non-working rooftop grills, and poor smoke ventilation in hallways. The Improvement: - BILT payment system (points earned with BILT credit card). - Community Rewards website, offering points and freebies to residents. - More events, such as the Amazing Race, where residents compete for free rent.
I've been living at The Landing going on 5 years. There has been lots of changes since then but it still remains one of the greatest places to live due to the wonderful people who live here. We do have a Town Market that can b used to get odds n ends items.
Courteous staff. Incredible views, amazing location! Apartment interiors are thoughtful and so are the amenities. Everything has been considered and it just feels like home.
I’ve loved living in this building. It has friendly staff, the space is beautiful (both apartments and shared amenities spaces), and is in a great location near the parks and water.
Building is great in general. The staff really know everyone and most of the neighbors are fantastic. We’ve made some great lifelong friends here and our kids have also made incredible friends and memories
My experience living in The Landing has been a positive one as a whole. The staff is always very helpful and really friendly. The building is also well-kept and regularly cleaned. The only reason why I took away one star is because the roof top and amenities area used to be open 24/7 and I think due to a couple of residents not being respectful of the space, we now have a time restriction in the evening. I think closing the rooftop and lounge area after 10 PM is way too early often times. I finish work around nine and I don’t really have time to enjoy the amenities that I pay a lot of rent for so I hope that the management would reconsider this decision and open it up to full access again.
I absolutely love living here.. I have been living here since the building opened. The neighborhood is quiet my neighbors are friendly and so are the staff
The building is very nice community. There are lots of children and it's nice being right on the park. At times it can get a bit crowded outside and we have had a couple of late night incidents but otherwise living here has been delightful.
I truly love living at The Landing I have lived here since the building opened. Building is very friendly and family oriented. The staff here is amazing from the concierge, maintenance and management team. They make living here a great experience
Community is great, neighborhood is fantastic. Building itself could use some improvement and rules are stringent for tenants. Generally the building could be luxury living if some amenities had better care and equipment, etc…
The building team was super helpful and welcoming, it was an extremely seamless move in experience. The apartment was clean and everything was up and running upon our arrival.
The rate is a 5 and my apartment community is calm , quiet , and I can always enjoy the peace and my Brooklyn heights experience. Staff is always helpful and always around for emergencies of the residents here.
Best of the best. The neighborhood and pier are amazing. Unbelievable views of Manhattan. The coolest breeze during the summer. Friendly neighbors.

I love living near the Pier. We have a community store n cafe with a killer view!!!! During my time at The Landing, I have had great experience. Most of the people here are very friendly and nice ??. Along with nice people we have THE BEST dogs that live here.
Not too long ago, my sister and got COVID. At first, I thought I had a cold but 3 days later I'm worse. My neighbors in the building came through for us with medicine, food and anything else necessary to sustain. I am so greatful we have neighbors that LOVE us and we LOVE them too!
I love being a resident here everyone is so nice and welcoming like a family here. The staff are amazing… they are very attentive to your needs.
Great neighbors, most are kind and helpful and generous! There are many families and parents have connected. Even neighbors without children have really made this community great!
I’ve had such a positive experience with the staff and the building. Everyone from the building is super friendly and it’s such an aesthetically pleasing environment from the shared areas to the finishing of each unit. The only thing I would improve is the outdoor area of the rooftop, under the previous management the grills have been broken for over a year without being fixed or replaced, and the wind makes it hard to enjoy the outdoor area of the roof unless it’s very warm out. Overall I’m loving my experience and hope to continue living here
Very quiet around here I feel safe around the building .but it not a community in this building from when I was growing up I knew everyone in the community. I been living here four years I rate the landing 5 stars because it Well kept.
The Landing is the best apartment I've ever had. I've been @ The Landing for 4 years now and I love the surrounding neighborhood, my neighbors n most of all the furry friends. How beautiful we have a Dog park right next door to us.
There's not a better staff than at The Landing. All of them are pleasant to work with and always have assisted me with a kind smile. All the amenities are well kept and the building is in great shape.
