Neighbors are great, when you need something fixed they are right on it, park and pool right their, and they always keep everyone well informed
This feels like a neighborhood community. Michael, Tim and Deb really make everyone feel important to the community. Tim is always so responsive for maintenance issues. People should really take a look at the townhomes and apartments and all the amenities here!
The landing feels like a close knit community with wonderful people all around. I love the community events and amenities they offer. I would highly recommend starting your search for new place especially if you are new to town and want to make friends quickly.
The Landing is a nice, quiet community located in a good part of Clinton with plenty of shopping around. Units are modern, comfortable, and self-contained with in-unit laundry. You couldn’t ask for a nicer or more reliable office and maintenance staff than what we have here when it comes to personal needs or general property upkeep and plowing. Community events offer opportunities to connect with others at the complex. Rent is a bit steep, but I can’t complain about any other aspect.
Everyone is great here. It's a nice and well kept place. Very respectful and helpful. We love it here. We are hapoy to live here for past seven years. We hope to be here be here for many more happy years.
We are very happy to live in this community. After coming from a large metropolis where there was never enough time, Clinton, Iowa is a paradise of calm. I love it!

This is my third year at The Landing and I am very content, comfortable and happy here. Michael, Deb and Tim are always right on top of things and work hard to make this a great place to live. I plan on being here a very long time!
The Landing has been a great community to call home for so many reasons. We feel like a neighborhood. After owning our own home for many years, it is nice having top notch maintenance taking care of all of it. Always prompt and professional. The office staff is always willing to help with any questions or concerns, take time out of their day to chat, pet the pups. They are always workig to take care of the property and seem to look for ways to make it an even better experience for the residents. We love the amenities and use the pet waah often! Great place to call home.
It’s quiet, most of the time. In our building and the one next to us, we all get along and respect each other regarding our dogs. We are coming up on 4 years here. We love our amenities; that we have a washer/dryer upstairs where the bedrooms are. As long as we have to be here, this is the only place I’ll live in Clinton.
The pet friendly and beautiful landscaped community is a great choice for home. I recommend it for families wanting the safety, modern home, and community lifestyle.
The team is responsive, friendly and professional. You can tell they work hard to make the neighborhood a place we enjoy living. Can’t ask for better maintenance. They are ready to give the pups a pet and treat. Enjoy the resident activities.
At the landing, I love the sense of having a respectful community, and an environment that feels safe, nice, and welcoming! The management are always patient and understanding as well as friendly and kind. Also to mention the maintenance is on top! They answer service requests as soon as possible, and always get things done in an efficient manner!
Since moving here almost 2 years ago I felt like I’m home. I’ve really enjoyed living here. The people are really nice. The apartments are nice and up to date. Management is always accommodating to any needs I may have with my apartment.
Everyone is friendly and minds their own business. I’ve never heard either one of the neighbors next door. If I have encountered any issues I’ve addressed it directly with the person and the conversation went very well and I haven’t had any further issues. The office also will listen and respond promptly if you report any issues with them.
I love living at The Landing!!! Michael, Deb, and team are amazing and make it such a fun positive atmosphere. I highly recommend The Landing property if you are searching for a great place to live!!!
Everything is pretty good other than it wasn’t cleaned very well when we moved in. We’ve had to rent a shampooer and everything else. Our neighbors smoke weed and it gets in our garage and the common downstairs area.
I’ve lived here for 5yrs and I love it! Very nice and quiet community. Staff are great as well! I love the fact that all the maintenance request are answered and completed right away!
We’ve been here about 6 months now and we do not regret our choice at all. We love our home, getting to know our neighbors/community and the pool is pretty dang sweet!

Such a beautiful community with a wide variety of friendly residents. Not to forget the exceptional management team! We love it at the Landing. When we retired we came here until we could find a more permanent senior community. We are on our 5th year and have no plans to leave. It’s home !

Gnats are a problem. But seems to be excessive this year in general so can't base it off one year moving here. Otherwise love it here! Layout is great. Community is pretty great. Management is great.

Enjoy the landing.it has its quirks, but service is excellent. Very friendly and comfortable for families with kids and pets. Would recommend for anyone wanting a pleasant experience.
Overall love the house and the staff ! The pool is super nice on a hot day, just wish it was open later for the adults. The gym is nice and definitely a good incentive to stay in shape.

Everything at the landing is safe, clean, and feels brand new. My apartment appliances all work well and are modern- i definitely feel confident that if I had a problem the staff would be there to help!
Best place to live and it’s so close to the best restaurant in clinton iowa. Legends draft Haus The maintenance man is the best around I never have to wait for anything.

I enjoy living at The Landing. It is convenient as it is close to work. It is very nice inside and out. I enjoy the amenities including the pool and workout room.

We absolutely love being out here at The Landing, the staff are incredible and operate the grounds very professionally. We love being able to spend time bot just at our home but also we when visit the club house with our huskies and visit with Deb and Michael~ They have made the landing more than a place to live, they've helped in making it our home.
Been a great experience really quiet and peaceful. Love the atmosphere of living at the landing in Clinton Iowa! Great amenities as well. I would recommend a roommate or significant other to live with for sure that would help split the rent. It’s so worth it.
This place is perfect! The home itself is just so spot on with how its design, the staff are extremely sweet and caring and the neighbors are all so nice! It’s nice to be able to go to the pool which isn’t the largest, which feared me at first because I’m very insecure especially after gaining the kind of weight I have in The past few years, but went inside with my husband and son and everyone we came across smiled and said hi and made us feel so welcome and that was huge for me! No judgement and that meant the world! Since then, have no issue wanting to go back. I truly love this place and never could see us leaving! We have everything here, plus more!

We love living in the Landing community. The staff are friendly and easily approachable if you have questions or need anything. Having a fitness room and pool during the hot summer is always a plus and our kids love it.

We’ve been here going on 3 years. (2nd consecutive). My wife love it here. It’s quiet, most everyone is friendly, it’s pet friendly. Our property manager and Maintence are great! We have good a relationship with Michael and Deb!
Living here has been nearly effortless. Some people don’t clean up after their pets but you have irresponsible pet owners everywhere. Staff have been responsive and professional
This is such a great place to live! Really nice apartment, nice community, and the best staff—Mike, Deb and Tim bend over backwards to keep it that way and are always on top of things. Plus they are personable and fun to talk to!! I’m staying!
It is easy to feel like family here when the staff is so responsive and respectful. The safety of the children is priority too. Nobody loves speed bumps but we love children more and they prioritize the kids. It only takes one accident to ruin lives.
The move in process has been easy and a breeze. The maintenance team along with submitting the ticket for work order was fast, easy and the order was worked within that day.

It is so nice to live in a large community as the Landing that is as friendly as it is. I have not walked around the property when I am not pleasantly greeted by another resident; either there is a car going by with the occupant who waves and smiles or someone out and stops to chat. And of course, when we go into the office we are greeted by name and treated like we matter. The Landing is a happy place to live

Great place, quiet, in a great location. Amenities, and house are nice. On sight pool and garbage, and internet is free. Big downside is it is to expensive. Way to expensive. Rent is raised yearly.

Always quick to answer maintenance calls, on top of snow removal, neighbors a quiet and friendly. Park, pool, and gym right here. Minutes away from grocery store. Very informative and helpful staff
