Richwood is a small town an hour south of Houston. The area is suburban and located next to Brazosport College. There are five parks in town for residents to enjoy. This tiny community features several unexpected, unique attractions. Learn about time gone by at the Brazosport Museum of Natural Science. Scuba dive into Mammoth Lake, an underwater museum showcasing a variety of interesting remnants including an amusement park ride, old ships, and an antique fire truck. The museum is named after the 38,000-year-old Colombian Mammoth remains found here in 2003. The museum also has a mammoth replica.
Richwood is typically a quiet place but a few festivals are held every few months in the neighboring town, Clute, only five minutes away. The annual Fall Festival has a silent and live auctions, vendors, and classic Texan barbecue. The annual Great Texas Mosquito Festival is a three-day event with a festival, contests, and live entertainment each night.

Property Ratings at The Landing
Ive lived here for almost a year and have dealt with people parking over the lines or people taking up 2 spaces of parking, no warnings or corrections from the office are given to those people AT ALL. The parking spaces are also trash, have fun reversing and pulling forward 500 times in order to park! Also barely any spots TO PARK, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE type of thing unless you’re okay parking a mile away from your apartment! And i can surely say the roach infestation is definitely a problem they might as well be paying rent too!
20 month resident. Roof leaks, roach infestation, peeling paint, ratty carpets, collapsing floor, and now moldy ceilings. I'm thinking the attic must be full of mold if its coming through the ceiling drywall. Its been raining in my apartment for almost 2 years. Overall, its a budget property with major issues. Don't bring furniture you like here, the roaches will love it as well. The nice office building doesn't not represent the condition of rest of the property.
I love the staff. They help you in any kind of way they can. It’s a quiet place to live and no drama nor crime!
When my girlfriend and I were looking for something bigger this was the best decision we both made. It’s so friendly and calm. You hear kids laugh and play. The grass is always being taken care of when you’re off to work. The management team is so friendly and welcoming to make this place feel like home. I love it and I gladly call it my home.
Just renewed my lease. Office staff are amazing, polite, and very helpful. Maintenance guys are hard working and very fast! Not going anywhere anytime soon!

It's a wonderful little community. It's quiet. There isn't loud neighbors. The pet policy is fair. The pool is clean. You can rest easy at night with police checking the property on rounds from Richwood. The apartments are very spacious for whatever your need. The negative is that sometimes it gets dark in alleyways due to burned lightbulbs. The creek sometimes brings pests at times. However there are weekly sprays done. Parking can also be a pain since it's not assigned parking BUT if you're patient, you can find a spot. I have been here since 2018 and it's been a good spot.

It sounds like we are doing a good job in some areas, but as you noted, we have room for improvement in others. We want to ensure that our residents are happy, and more importantly safe. Although our maintenance team regularly inspects buildings systems, it sounds like they may have missed the issue you have previously had with some hallway lights. Please call/text us at 979.202.1958 or email us Landing@TrivestCares.com if you have additional information about any burned-out lights, and we will expeditiously get the problem corrected; a dark hallway is unacceptable. In many outside areas, we have already upgraded to LED lighting which does not require the bulb changes. Our goal is to provide the best apartment-living experience in the Lake Jackson, TX area. I love it here, Very quiet not too many problems but if there is it gets handled in a timely manner everyone in the office is always super polite Ms Patty is the best!! and the property is well kept.

The apartment property location is quite pleasing, there’s a very peaceful vibe that just makes you feel comfortable. The friendly office staff makes the moving process one less headache too. They are welcoming, professional, and work with you efficiently making the tedious process of moving fast and easy. I also had the maintenance team be quick to show up and fix any inconveniences I had. Over all a good place to pick.

First off the staff is incredible. They help out with whatever you need. Repairs are made quickly and done well. Very nice facility and maintained well. They seemed to have a good hold the covid situation and care about tenants well being. Overall a great place to live and very helpful.

The Management team on-site is excellent and very friendly. The rent is a good price for the area. Repairs can be slow at times but the maintenance people are friendly and respectful.

Place is pretty excellent. When I first walked in, I was greeted and showed around the area. When the first apartment didn't work out, the second one they showed me was even better. The maintenance staff has been amazing, a worker name Jorge I believe? He has been answering my request and makes sure that my problems have been solved! He just recently turned the water pump for me for the washer.

I am honestly sad that I am moving out at the end of this week. I first rented out my apartment at the end of Dec 2015, and stayed with the Landing until now (January 2017)--it was the best experience I could have hoped for. I was a first-time renter who had never moved out of her parents house before I drove (five hours away) to Clute, and the Landing's staff welcomed me with warm arms and understanding like I hadn't anticipated. They made renting an apartment not scary at all! For the stuff reviewers actually want to see: I had no pest problems while I stayed here, which was a combination of me being fairly clean and the Landing having regular pest control service. Repairs were undertaken quickly--most of the time my repairs were slated for the same day, and before long I had no issues! The staff is also extremely understanding--when I discovered a wasp nest while trying to decorate for Halloween about thirty minutes before the office closed, I popped over to see if I could schedule someone to take care of it the next day--but the maintenance guy on duty merely grabbed his wasp killer and headed out with a smile. They were honestly a pleasure to work with, and if I find myself back in Clute, I am DEFINITELY going to be looking at them as my go-to apartment spot.

I love my new home! My two-bedroom apartment is so nice. It is in a quiet and well-kept area, only five minutes from work! The management is so wonderful, and I have received immediate assistance when requested. This will be my home for a long time!
