If you are thinking about renting here... Don't... They will charge you for everything they can. They will keep your deposit... They will not respond to service calls. They will over charge for utilities. They will be very rude and angry... Save yourself the hassle... Do not rent here

We are sorry to see that you feel this way toward our management team, as we never want this to be the case with our residents. We would like the opportunity to speak with you about your concerns in our office or over the phone at (719) 544-8100 when you are available. Thank you.
The new apartments on the south side are problematic. You have dogs without leashes, and people have been bit. Residents don't pick after their dogs. Neighbors that have no respect for other residents. They allow their kids to run and make noise at night. We live on the first floor, and the second apartment's noise shakes our apartment. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

Our team is beaming at this review! We pride ourselves in going above and beyond to provide our residents with 5-star service, so it is amazing to hear that you have benefited from these efforts. Thank you for taking the time to leave us such kind feedback. Have a great day!
We are quite impressed with the positive, family-oriented community culture at the Landings at Eagleridge Apartments! As native Coloradans, we searched all over Pueblo for a place to call home during COVID-19 restrictions while our house is under construction. We are very thankful for the flexible leasing options available and detailed information in the rental lease agreement. The managers, Mike and Roxanne, are positive, people-oriented, active listeners who strive to make living here easy for us residents. The service technicians are friendly and work well with us residents when we request repairs. We enjoy playing pickle ball on the tennis courts, using the fitness center and walking around the neighborhood for exercise. If you are looking for a safe, gated community to reside at Pueblo County, we highly recommend The Landings at Eagleridge Apartments!

The Landings at Eagle Ridge is a nice place to live, in Pueblo. The management, office, and maintenance staff are respectful and professional. The property is well kept and the work orders are promptly address and taken care of. Nice clean and quite and safe place to live??
I really enjoy the people who work at this complex! They are all so friendly and of great help! If I put in a work order for anything, it is fixed immediately. Not to mention they are great with follow ups and making sure they are doing everything they can to make sure I am taken care of. The community is quiet and not to far from a lot of local attractions, all for an decent, affordable price! Love that it's gated, and they allow pets! They also throw really fun holiday functions with great food!
We have a lot of issues during our stay here. But the most frustrating of all is that the management of The Landings at Eagle Ridge refused to respond to repeated requests for the return of our security deposit. The manager RENATE and staff MIKE would not return our phone calls. I’ve been calling them for more than 3 months now for our security deposit worth $800. Our contract ended Oct. 31, 2017 but we vacated 9/6/17 because we need to move to Louisiana for my husbands work. When we did the move out report and hand them the keys we also paid the whole rent for the month of Sept and Oct. We are so pissed off because up to now NO return of the security deposit worth $800. We honor our contract and return the unit in a MINT condition but this complex will not honor their portion of the lease.
I lived at "The Landings at Eagle Ridge". Initially, I moved there because I had friends that recommended the place. I loved in the beginning. However, during the time, I found out that the property was sold and new management was coming in. When they change management, everything changed. During my last 2 years we DID NOT have a Jacuzzi. They were always telling me they would have it fixed in the next week, and they never did. So, be careful with the nice pictures they post about the Jacuzzi. In addition, unfortunately some people do not keep their dogs on a leash, and even though I sent pictures and videos of the fact to management, nothing was done. I had my car vandalized in the property. The car was well parked, however since parking spots are small, the person that parked next to my car did not like the size of my car and keyed. After talking to management, they said its my problem, and that's why I have insurance, forgetting that there is a Deductible that comes from my pocket. I did not go to ask for them to pay but definitely I did not go there to listen, "that's why we have insurance", terrible customer service. There are several cases from friends that live there that you WILL NOT want to happen to you. Be careful. I hope I could help, because I do not want people to suffer what I suffered.
I would like to address the the lack of care from management. I have lived here for almost a year and this issue has been ongoing until now. One of the residents has openly watched extremely explicit content with all of their windows open, right next to a stair case where many pass by to get to their home. This has been brought to the attention of management and nothing had been done. There are children who live here! It had gotten to the point where the police had to be called to take care of the issue, which could of easily been fixed by management... Please take note that the two good reviews have both been responded to the exact same way each, but where are the responses to the negative? I would just like to say, this is not a professional environment! -sincerely Disappointed
Property Manager at The Landings at Eagleridge Apartments, Responded To This Review
Dear Resident, I am sorry you and your family member having to experience this as you approach the stair way to your Apartment home. Unfortunately Property Management is very limited on restricting residents as to what they can watch on TV inside of their home . After our conversation regarding this matter earlier this past summer I assured you that we will do our best to address this issue. No further complaints were reported , so we assumed that the matter was taken care of. Please stop by our office at your convenience to re-visit this matter if you wish. Our goal is to provide comfortable and quality living to all of our residents.
We moved in and instantly had problems with management not doing anything, then they changed management, still a mess and only getting worse. Staff is rude and refuses to actively do anything. Nothing actually works, and it's like banging your head against a brick wall dealing with the staff. If you want a good part of town but don't care if nithing works or if you just keep to your self this place will work. But if you actually want to get your money's worth don't move here. It's a snake pit
I've lived here a year and it has just gone downhill since May. The management girls in the office were amazing, but the new management since May has been very disappointing to say the least. The guy is rude and doesn't know much about the property and the older lady... There really no words to describe her. Every time I come to talk to them about water heater issues or noise complaints they are always out smoking or smell badly of smoke. My job contract is almost up and will be glad to get out of this place.
WORST moving experience ever. We drove 14 hours from out of state. We had the deposit for the apt in over 2 months prior. We were two hours early to move in and the apartment wasn't even cleaned and the ac was and still is broken. They have known for 2 months that we would rent this apt and the ac had just been sitting there broken for a week according to the maintenance staff. Our apt is 86 degrees and we have a small dog that has to stay in the apt with us. We can escape the heat but he is stuck there and everyday the weather is getting hotter. The entire process has been a complete mess. The front office doesn't communicate and they could care less that or apt is currently like a sauna after some rain and temps in the high 90s. The apt is gross and poorly painted, the light fixtures are gross and nothing like the model they showed us. The carpet was wet the day we moved in...it was musty and gross. Can't wait to move out. There are many other BETTER options in the same price range. Don't live here.
If you are reading the rating trust the rate (Poor management). These gals are too young to be managing a large complex, They have a attitude of condescending and I do care attitude. They really need to hire professional staff. The Safety issue can be a problem. We have been vehicle vandalized 3 times, we report to the office and they said we needed proof. There are not sufficient lightening to some apartment complex. The do not give proper notices. (They use flyer's with tape) the wind blow off the notices and then your surprised. Very unprofessional.
This was the most wonderful place to rent until it was sold a year ago. Perfect for Seniors and couples just starting out. Since the new corporate owners took over it has all gone downhill. You can't reach a live person at the office. Complaints go unanswered including those that concern vandalized vehicles (mine), tenants threatening other tenants (victim here), and vandalized property (also mine). Evicting a guilty resident takes an act of Congress. The hot tub is rarely available. The pool maintenance has deteriorated. The exit gates are constantly broken down, appliances don't work and getting maintenance in to do something as simple as a small repair is a nightmare. The rules state you MUST clean up after your dog but it is like dodging landmines if you want to walk on the grass and in the summer it stinks up the area to where you can't even open your windows. And don't get me started on the flies. The grounds used to be kept up but not anymore. They are allowing anyone to rent now just to keep the occupation percentage at 100 all the time. There is no proper screening anymore. Go ANYWHERE else but here.

I was renting at the Landings for a year before I got feed up with the rude never helpful managers, my jeep got broken into, my property was stolen, lease agreement changed without my knowledge, exit gates are always broken, no security, maintenance guys unhelpful, and had to pay for a busted pipe in the bathroom after telling them about it when it was just a leak. I could go on and on all night, but long story short DON'T MOVE HERE. They may seem nice and everything seems great, but really price of rent is way to high for what you get. JUST DON'T MOVE HERE.. Look else where or anywhere, but here.

This place is expensive but was worth it under the old owner n management. Since the new owner they have increased rent by 10 percent, have not maintained the exit gates and now contrary to our lease are asking us to remove gas grills which were approved before. Worse yet you call the on site "management" and they do not call you back as they cower in corporate fear for their jobs. If you want to get an attorney on retainer this is the place to go. This place sucks and is n o t worth the hassel
I am currently stuck outside my apartment with no way to get in, i have continuously tried calling everyone they told me to call when i moved in and no one is answering. I have left voicemail messages...etc this just topped every thing else thats wrong with this place. This management is getting out of hand. Do not get me started about everything else thats wrong with this place. Managment needs to go back to school or something. Like a bunch of amateurs running this place.
Ever since they got new management and maybe even ownership, this place has gone down severely bad. The property manager talks to the tenants like they're peasants, very disrespectful "woman". They never adress any issues or concerns you have about the surrounding tenants or maintenance issues. There is an exit gate that has been broken over a month now & they have YET to fix it. The entrance gate is either by code or remote and when guests have tried to come over, the pin pad to enter the code gate is broken and I have to walk over there with a remote to open it. This is a baaaadddd place to live & it's a waste of your money. Very disrespectful people "manage" the property.
When I originally moved in a year ago, this place was well maintained and accommodating. Since being under new ownership the prices have been raised significantly, issues do not get resolved, and amenities have been revoked. The year long hot tub is only open 3 months a year, the exit gate has now been broken for over a month allowing only one exit out of the complex, and as of yesterday our rent payments were stolen out of the rent drop box. The exercise room never has cleaning supplies and the rug is coming up so that you trip every time you try to do a weight exercise. I will not be renewing my lease and with the other complex's going up that still have good customer service and amenities, I would recommend going elsewhere.
I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy. No one deserves to live in the conditions of The Landings at Eagleridge. Dirty appliances that aren't cleaned before you move in. On several occasions the hot water went out taking days to be resolved. The facilities are poorly managed, to say the very least. The hot tub is an eye sore sitting empty and collecting dirt. The work out room has very few machines. The community BBQ requires a reservation and fee to use. If you turn on your A/C or heat the ventilation whistles, I can only imagine the last time the filters were changed. Look elsewhere, not worth the money.
Great apartment for the price. Love how its gated and landscaping it always taken care of. Allows pets for a reasonable price, and is in a safe neighborhood. Also includes all necessary appliances like washer and dryer.

these apartments are over priced and full of mean residents and employees nice for a quick 6 months stay but you do not want to stay here forever. The rules are never followed and security is a joke. But the pool is nice when no ones their and When it's clean.
