The Landings at Markhams Grant Apartments

I love it here it's a great place to live. I have been here almost 2 years and plan on alot more.its is in a safe place being so close to the police department.

Thank you for everything I am so happy I live here and also I like these apartments because these are so beautiful and clean and they have a lot of parking

The community is great. Very clean and neat. Staff are nice as well. Answer questions/ problems quickly. Apartments are very spacious! Love the walk in closets and laundry rooms.

I have been here now for about nine months. So far, so good. There has been a change in personnel (which happens) BUT in my opinion the staff seems to have not missed a beat (even in "catching up"). There is definitely an aura of "we are here to serve and get it right" and I see and appreciate this. Looking forward to a lasting relationship.

My resident experience is not bad. Maintenance and staff are responsive. I recently found out my building is one of the best when it comes to cleanliness so that is good to know. They have been more on top of doing pest control services, etc. and the recent snow we have had they have been cleaning up pretty well.

although the process took a little time , I had the best help from roberto! he was an amazing help.I couldn't be any more happier in my new home !11

I love living at The Landings. I love the new manager Dory, she’s very attentive to our needs. Jen is the best assistant we have had. Roberto is always positive and upbeat. They all are very professional and helpful. I look forward to renewing another year!

Staff in the office is always very friendly. I've been here about 9 months now and I still love it as much as the first day I moved in. I have had to call a couple of times about our breezeway lights not working and it was addressed and fixed very quickly. Which I appreciate because at 5 am when I leave for work these breezeway are pitch black.

The neighborhood is very nice. The maintenance are wonderful. The office stuff are very friendly so the price is good. The rent is very good so I suggest all my friends and family

Apt building is constantly dirty. Regular cleaning maintenance does not exist. I am constantly cleaning and sweeping n mopping in front of my apt. door. Neighbors leave their dirty shoes outside of their door, and allow their children to play in the hallway with balls. There's items left outside of doors. I think people are confused about apt living vs living in a pvt home.

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life !!!!! The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. I intend to continue renting here !

The Landings at Markhams Grant. Nice and quiet place to live. The breeze way could use cleaning but not a huge deal. Grounds are kept up nice.

Great apartments we have great amenities as well are peacefully and always on time with maintenance and etc so if you looking for somewhere that takes care of the customer come on down and take a look for yourself

I have been here about six months now. For the most part everything has been relatively quiet. I was very skeptical of moving from a 4-bedroom house and downsizing to a 1 bedroom apartment but as each day passes, the neighborhood in itself allows me to feel welcome. I have had to call maintenance on two separate occasions and they reacted pretty quickly to my requests. I do however wish I had been a little patient and waited for a 2 bedroom (or 1 & den) at the least for the added space. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Still loving living here. Neighbors are all really nice and friendly. Love my view from my balcony. And now that it's winter and the leaves have fallen the view is even better

Overall experience here is cool and quieter for the most part. I also love that they suspend towing around some holidays so family can come visit and stay over if needed. Staff are helpful and very responsive as well.

Roberto is awesome, He is very helpful,understanding, and all around wonderful person to have as a part of the office staff.The grounds are clean, and the apartments are amazing. Thank you for letting me be a part of your community.

Great community . Nice people , Quiet place … maintain people are very kind and effective .. same as stuff in the office . Requests are responded quickly .. no Complaints at all.

The neighborhood is fine but it’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes and there’s no communication with residents when crime is happening. And notifications are always last minute with no time to prepare.

We love it here quiet while maintain professional atmosphere staff very knowledgeable friendly understanding and courteous couldn't ask for more

The neighborhood is cool but maintenance takes forever to come fix anything, Or they half fix it. And the towing company is the worst. But they do have different activities for families every now and then.

I am still as happy as the day I moved in. I love my apartment. I am very happy that they power washed the breezeway. Made a huge difference.

I love the location and my ap, however there is a serious roach infestation. Therefore I'm less likely to renew my lease.After several complaints to the leasing office the problem remains the same.

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Very friendly neighbors. Love the office staff ! They handle things quickly and always polite. Maintenance always responds promptly !

I love it here people are nice and the management is awesome. It really feels like I'm home. I'm so grateful for finding that after so long of not having it.

My experience here has changed a bit as the crime rate seems to have picked up here a bit and more foot traffic around. Overall, it is still an okay place to live but I have found myself having to look over my shoulder more than usual.

I have just begun my fourth year here, and I still enjoy sunrise and sunset views from my balcony. I am very pleased to see that the workout room has been expanded and equipment upgrades are being made. It’s a great opportunity to stay fit and add more exercises to my walking routine. The office staff has always treated me with kindness and respect, and all my maintenance issues are resolved in an efficient and expedient manner. Thanks to all.

Roberto is always so helpful and friendly when I need assistance coming into the office. All my requests are completed in a timely manner unprofessionalism.

It’s OK, not really what I was looking for need more attention to the building. Need more attention to the people that live here need some updates through the entire place.

Everyday I see roaches in my apartment even after it was sprayed. Told rental office staff about this several times. Dirty stained hallways and breezeway.

So far everything has been fine. Any issues have been addressed. I am very pleased with my with my stay at Markhams Grant. The area is very quiet which I like since I work early hours.

Love the new place everyone is great very helpful and friendly keep up the great work very well taken care of so glade we live here nice place to live

I've been here since May 1st and so far I absolutely love it. I love my apartment. My building is quiet and the neighbors are super friendly. The view from my balcony is my absolute favorite thing. Having my morning coffee out there is what I enjoy the most. IF I HAD ONE COMPLAINT IT WOULD BE THE AMOUNT OF SPIDERS IN THE STAIRWELLS. THEY NEED TO BE CLEANED AND SPRAYED WITH A PESTICIDE. That would make it so much better.

My neighbors make living here at the landings a horrible experience. They constantly make excessive amounts of noise from 7:00am until sometimes 11:45 pm and leave trash outside their door in the breezeway. The trash attracts flies and smells horrid with the extreme heat. I’ve made several complaints but the bad behavior continues.

I see the small improvements that are being made but I think things are not as safe as it used to be around here. However, I just stay to myself in the community to avoid drama.

Not many issues with community. The property is well maintained, and they prioritize any issues you may have. Very pleasant office staff and always polite when reaching out. The neighborhood is kid friendly and community cookouts are fun! and perfect if you have a little fur baby!

We have been here a little over three months and we love it here. This is a really good community to be a part of ! Looking forward to see what the future has in store for us here !

Nice and quiet so far. No issues or concerns at this point. Rental office seems to be helpful. I had one request so far and it was fixed quickly.

My building is pretty quiet and I love my balcony and view. It's peaceful. My only complaint is the amount of spider webbs in the building stairwells. I good defense spraying out there would make a huge difference

The apartment is very spacious and quiet maintenance is very quick when there is a problem the office staff is amazing they go above and beyond to make sure you understand the process

We love the neighborhood. All u hear are the kids playing. Neighbors are all very friendly. Office staff is great always there when you have a problem.

Very quiet community haven’t been bothered much. The office is a little hard to get a hold of but otherwise they do resolve any issues. Maintenance is very good as well.

Roberto was my go to person here and he was phenomenal. He was friendly, professional always quick to respond to my calls and/or emails and my apartment is beautiful. I absolutely love it

Have been living in the complex since December. So far the complex has been quiet. Maintenance has been on point when tickets have been submitted.

Amazing community and staff. Friendly and helpful staff if there ever is an issue it is resolved right away. Been here for going on 3 years, great place and I always recommend to anyone I know that’s looking for a place to move to.
