I have been here about six months now. For the most part everything has been relatively quiet. I was very skeptical of moving from a 4-bedroom house and downsizing to a 1 bedroom apartment but as each day passes, the neighborhood in itself allows me to feel welcome. I have had to call maintenance on two separate occasions and they reacted pretty quickly to my requests. I do however wish I had been a little patient and waited for a 2 bedroom (or 1 & den) at the least for the added space. Overall, I would recommend this property.

The neighborhood is cool but maintenance takes forever to come fix anything, Or they half fix it. And the towing company is the worst. But they do have different activities for families every now and then.

My experience here has changed a bit as the crime rate seems to have picked up here a bit and more foot traffic around. Overall, it is still an okay place to live but I have found myself having to look over my shoulder more than usual.

I've been here since May 1st and so far I absolutely love it. I love my apartment. My building is quiet and the neighbors are super friendly. The view from my balcony is my absolute favorite thing. Having my morning coffee out there is what I enjoy the most. IF I HAD ONE COMPLAINT IT WOULD BE THE AMOUNT OF SPIDERS IN THE STAIRWELLS. THEY NEED TO BE CLEANED AND SPRAYED WITH A PESTICIDE. That would make it so much better.

My neighbors make living here at the landings a horrible experience. They constantly make excessive amounts of noise from 7:00am until sometimes 11:45 pm and leave trash outside their door in the breezeway. The trash attracts flies and smells horrid with the extreme heat. I’ve made several complaints but the bad behavior continues.

My building is pretty quiet and I love my balcony and view. It's peaceful. My only complaint is the amount of spider webbs in the building stairwells. I good defense spraying out there would make a huge difference

Very quiet community haven’t been bothered much. The office is a little hard to get a hold of but otherwise they do resolve any issues. Maintenance is very good as well.

Living here is good as long as I am comfortable in and outside of my own home and feel somewhat safe that is what matters most. Just hit a little over 4 years here so if I have stayed this long it’s definitely not bad at all.

The community is very clean. Nice the office stuff very friendly, respectful. I had some issue with my lease. I went there today. Everyone helped me very good and solved my problem great customer service. very helpful professional I recommend to everyone if they wanna move to the Good community The Landing is number one

Community is okay but management and maintenance could be a little better. Rent prices are not bad. I love the big closet and spacious laundry room.

I love this place not just my apartment but everything the staff is amazing and the grounds are beautiful. My apartment is big and worm and I love my patio and being able to watch the sun rises and sunsets

Good experience so far. I think crime in the area as a whole has picked up thought so people need to be real cautious. I see the rental office making improvements like the recent one for Superbowl offering weekend accomodations.

It’s been a pleasure living here thus far,My only concern is weird people just be knocking on your door early in the morning an very late at night.I dnt feel comfortable coming home late ,I try to make my way in early before it gets dark.
