We have lived here a little over a year and truly feel at home. The staff know us by name and always ask us how we are. Maintenance comes within hours of putting in the request and the amenities make it feel like we live at a resort, especially with the pool. It’s close to shops and very accessible from anywhere. We love it here.

I loved living at the landings at the beginning but new management has taken over and they are the absolute worst. Lisa and the front desk staff are very unprofessional, incredibly unhelpful, rude, unfriendly, and they lose important information you give them. The staff is the reason why I left.

The staff is pretty helpful, and the maintenance is very quick. I've called at 8pm with emergency situations are they are there within half an hour. The apartments are incredibly quiet, which was something that worried me. Dogs are allowed in the building though, so I do hear some barking occasionally. I currently rent the 1A style apartment, and I really love it. However, rent is increasing by $75 if I resign my lease, and I'm not sure if I want to do that. Just an FYI, they often list the 1-bedroom apartments at $1100 - $1300, but that is not true. If I choose to resign my lease I will be paying $1320/mo. Also, none of the utilities are covered. That is something worth thinking about. In my 808 sq foot apartment I pay between $100 - $200 a month depending on the season.
I'm enjoying the wonderful amenities: heated outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center with well-maintained equipment, sauna, movie screening room, clubhouse with kitchen, bar, pool table, and pinball, heated underground parking, great security, plus many others. What I enjoy even more are the people who live here. It really is a community, where others hold the door for you and even hold the elevator if they see you are coming. The building management encourages us to get to know our neighbors with once a month 'wet your whistle Wednesday' where we have a wine/beer happy hour. They throw a pool party each summer for families in the building as well as a Halloween costume party. I also appreciate the quick response to maintenance requests. Pets are also welcomed here. I've been here for about 2 years, and I will most likely stay a while longer.
Beautiful views convenient to shopping and staff that is always looking for ways to make our home a better place to live. Have been here for 3 years and can't think of a better place to call home.
this place has everything fullsize in unit washer and dryer, happy hour every 1st wednesday of the Month, pool, party room, jacuzzi, fire-pit, grilling sation, pation/balcony, large spacious apartment even the studios! live band entertainment once a week, full size fitness center, suana, underground heated parking, and car wash. Located near everything restuatrants, banks, cub foods, gas stations, 5 mins to downtown Minneapolis, 10 mins away from everything else nearby like downtown st. paul, minneapolis, columbia hieghts, fridley,brooklyn center, etc.
