DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR PATIENCE!!! In my entire adult life I’ve never dealt with worse management anywhere. The lack of communication and inability to organize is one thing but the way they treat families and military is so ugly and disrespectful. I had to just pull the plug on moving in even after I got every single thing they needed me to get done. They allowed me to drive an hour to pick up my keys just to tell me I was missing paperwork that they didn’t tell us about prior to me wasting my gas, then when they got the paperwork days later they “forgot” to inform us of a payment that we weren’t prepared for and had no prior knowledge of and we wouldn’t have been aware unless we would have asked before driving out there again. We paid a $100 holding fee and when we said we may not be able to get the payment they told us about THAT DAY they were going to give the unit to someone else and we, a family of 4, could get a one bedroom unit that will be available next week. Originally we were supposed to move in on the 8th of this month, they told us our unit was ready on the 4th (which is when we drove to pick up our keys just to be told in person instead of over the phone that they needed other paperwork), then on the 6th we signed the lease, set up pge and renters insurance just for them to tell us after the fact that there was a payment they needed that we weren’t informed of before then said if we couldn’t get it to them(two days prior to the original move in date) they were giving it away. If you’re a military family, the RPP is not worth dealing with these people and this company. Base housing has been so kind and helpful during this frustrating process. Go anywhere else but here. I should’ve listened to the reviews and here’s a warning that you should too. After my husband had gone back and forth with them for weeks and finally(justifiably) got upset they HUNG UP on him. The manager is constantly on “a break” and no one ever seems to have anything together. You can never get ahold of anyone and when you do they’re clueless. A child could do a better job. Run away from this place as fast as you can.
I wish I could give zero stars. This review has been a long time coming. My husband and I have lived here for 3 years now and it’s only gotten worse and now we have a 4 month old so I’m even more pissed off at this place. They have raised our rent TWICE during this pandemic. We have put in at least a dozen maintenance requests (because this place is literally falling apart) since we’ve lived here and they’ve probably only taken care of 3. Our fire alarm and carbon monoxide detector has been broken for 2 months now. They tried to tow our truck because it was dusty when they knew we were out of state for two weeks. They go through staff like crazy, it’s always new people that I speak to. And there’s so much more! We’d be out of this place in a heartbeat if the area wasn’t so horrible with availability
Completely the worst place I have ever lived at!!!! If you are military they are gonna try to f*ck you more out of your money!! We just move out of this horrible place. Don't know where to start. The AC went out twice every single summer refuse the changed them. They are from the 90s maybe 80s. The water lines are all connected so if one messes up they turn them all off that happen countless times. Bugs are every where ants will come through the walls. The Pge bill was crazy all the time $200 to $300 for a 700 square foot apartment. My neighbors which had the bigger apartment were tell me that their bills were completely higher than that. And when you are moving out they rip you off more. Avoid this place at all cost!!!
They recently transitioned to The landings edge. The staff knows nothing and are very rude. Customer service is poor. They take every dime of your deposit even with the place left clean. Don’t move here!!!!
In my experience here for some years started out not so good, do to extremely horrible management and previous owners did not care! But now after new owners, management and the upgrades that have been made, it’s a nice place to live, and can be better if the tenants would treat their places where they live with respect. BE A PART OF THE SOLUTION INSTEAD OF THE PROBLEM!!!
I applied never herd back and left a few messages no return call .. I ultimately found another place but feel like I was ripped off with the application fee ..very problematic in getting someone to answer or return phone calls
Do not rent here! One of the women I was talking to who manages this place lied to me. I told her my situation before applying and I was told that it was not going to be a problem. Then after sending in application and paying the application fee, I found out a couple of days I got denied because of what it was that I explained to her, when she said it wasn't going to be an issue!!! I was furious that I wasted my time and money and come to find out I was flat out denied. I also hear from a friend who lives here that they have a bug issue and they don't take care of it when told.
Bugs, Spiders and Roaches all over my place filed complain so many time and decided to leave the place bcoz of health issues to my wife and still they want me to pay a termination fee for $1050.
Moved in summer 2016 while management was changing. The management team is polite and respectful. Maintenance is mediocre. The apartments need to be renovated. Cabinets are deteriorating, carpet is grimy and a/c units are out of date (expect a high utility bill especially during the summer). They have fixed the gate and cut down a few trees. Garbage bins are often overflowing. Beware that move out cost are expensive.
Lake view apartments are the WORSE apartments in Lemoore. Try your hardest to AVOID this place! They have had the same lazy maintenance man for years and their for... These apartments are RUN DOWN! I have mold in my kitchen cabinet, bathroom cabinet and bedroom window... I wish I could upload the pics of the condition of the apartment when I moved in... SICK, NASTY, DISCUSTING, FILTH! And they said it was cleaned? WOW, I would ditch that "cleaning" person! PLEASE L??K else where before you sign AND check the apartment for cleanliness if you do. These places NEED NEW MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE! ASAP!!!!! TRASH DUMP! It shows how the Military treats their people. Serve & live in a DUMP.
Lake view apartments were my husband's and our first place since the military. It was a hard transition since I was a city girl. Let me tell you that when I arrived I wasn't impressed with my surroundings of Lemoore, just once I stepped inside our apartment it just made sense! It felt like home. I'm back in the city but the apartments are great! Management was right on call. Laundry everything on site. If I could go back I would so go back to lakeview apartments, PLEASE TAKE US BACK! ??
I've been wanting a place of my own forever. This is my first apartment and I am happy with it. The women at the front desk are so nice and helpful. I'm very satisfied. Thank you.
They are not exquisite but they are cheap and good for a single one income family. I do think pets should not be allowed because of how close the apartments are together. And the parking SUCKS!!! Buut I still don't mind living there.
It's a very cheap cost of rent. There for you get what you pay for. The complex is loud and very trashy. It's clearly not a place that you would want to have a family in. Good for single males but it's really sketchy.
Lakeview has the best managers ever!! Not only is there a lake In the middle of the complex but ducks too! Lakeview has studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, three bedrooms, and even townhouses at a great price.
It's okay. A lot of stuff going on, and a lot of military people live in this apartment so it would be better if it was actually more better but I guess it is okay. It would be nicer for the military if it was better too!
