Come check out the landiñgs. On east. Hill apartments! It's a quiet complex with nice neighbors and great office staff with a great maintenance man!. The apartments are wonderful!

Do not move here! Any reviews before April 1, 2022 reflect the old management that did their best to keep things running smoothly and the tenants happy. The new management is the exact opposite. At this point they are slumlords! They aren’t taking care of anything. They let massive amounts of garbage pile up in the back. You can’t reach anyone in the office. If you call you get a call center that says you have to talk to the office but the office doesn’t return calls. They close the office early every day and on weekends so you can’t even walk in and talk to someone. They work hard to get people to move in to take their money, but won’t do anything once you move in. From my experience, they have policies that actively deter them from keeping current residents happy in favor of getting turn over. The place is loud with people fighting constantly and the cops being called out regularly. Fights between tenants in different units and buildings spill out into big groups in the common areas. For your saintly and safety you can’t have your windows open in the summer and there is no insulation between units. This means that your air conditioning and heat will have to run all the time and you will hear everything your neighbor does. The property is basically a swamp with standing water all spring and fall and after any rain. This makes some sidewalks impassible due to flooding and ice. The playground and dog park are the lowest area and basically unusable due to mud and standing water. The old management did their best to be helpful and keep things running smoothly. The new management company is the exact opposite. They make things as difficult as possible for residents while still doing nothing in their end! Yes the appliances and washer and dryer are nice. But at what cost?

As a company, it is our policy to screen and conduct inspections for all transfers, as well as being subjected to a transfer fee. We handle all transfers like a new applicant applying for our apartments, so we prescreen and do applications in the order in which they came in. We can assure you that our company does not move people up or provide any special privileges. From the leasing office staff to the maintenance department to the grounds crew, everyone does an outstanding job attending to your needs. The lease paperwork was made efficient and easy. I moved in on a Friday and had some minor maintenance issues like leaking sink knobs and a broken clothes dryer belt, which were fixed on Monday to my satisfaction. It's nice to see the grass is well maintained from mowing and trimming. My 2 BR apartment floor plan is perfect. With the living room in the middle of apartment off the eat-in kitchen that has all the needed appliances and pantry, flanked by a bedroom on each side of living room with own bathrooms and walk-in closets, and the laundry room beside the kitchen brings it all together. I enjoy having common spaces with the privacy of the bedrooms. Moved in to an extremely clean apartment with a fresh coat of paint. The pool is refreshing on hot summer days. Having an individual ground-floor private entrance is a nice perk compared to other apartment complexes. All of my neighbors are friendly. I am surprised how nice and quiet it is. Lastly, it is a great place to live.
I lived here before the new management took over. After they did so, the new team let us know that they needed to check out everyone's apt and planned on doing so during certian dates....no big deal right? Well after that review, I recorded a note on my door that my apt failed the cleanliness exam and I they were going to enter my home again. When I asked them to produce their criteria for failure, they did not have an answer. When I asked them what specifically I failed, they again didn't know....but they insisted on entering my home again under this criteria. I refused to allow them to enter and explained to them in writing that they didn't have promission to enter my home without any evidence as to why they want to enter. I set up cameras and had my lawyer ready to issue with the courts....alas, they backed down at the last second when they knew I meant buisness. So instead, they said they needed to enter my home for maintenance...but again they didn't have a specific as to what they were looking for in my place. This is not Russia, and to make up lies to enter someone's home is disgusting. Don't live here. They think they are allowed to do what they want with your property. Overlords
I am a new resident and have not completely moved in, but I love the new updated models. I have a 1 bedroom, and it is quite spacious. All the appliances were new and installed on the day I picked up my keys, everything was freshly painted, and the carpet was brand new as well. Other apartment complexes I considered nearby may have been cheaper, but they were definitely not as nice.
Poor maintenance. Cost of rent and all the extras they throw at you are not worth the aggravation or quality of the units. Look anywhere else. Warning you will be miserable.
I’ve lived here for one year now and have no complaints. It's in the perfect location, close to everything, but set back and quiet. The complex is always very well kept, any time that I have requested maintaince they have come that day, and everyone in the office has always been friendly. I will be resigning my lease, my lease rate is not increasing.

I must express how happy I am with my apartment. I've recently had new carpet that is so nice! I've been here a few years now and I really appreciate the prompt attention given to us residents and also maintaining the property as it's important to me! Thanks so much, Audrey, you are fantastic!???
