West Palm Beach puts the excitement and extravagance of South Florida in your lap without the exorbitant price tag. It’s a great community for folks who like to stay active: The Lake Trail offers a chance to ride a bike through a scenic route lined by majestic trees, historic mansions (including Henry Flagler’s Sea Gull Cottage), and the Intracoastal Waterway.
The nightlife along Clematis Street and at the CityPlace complex provides enough variety to ensure that there are always plenty of options for your after-hours adventures. Numerous performance venues and music festivals bring an eclectic roster of concerts to the community; SunFest in particular attracts major touring act and regularly draws hundreds of thousands of fans to the waterfront every spring.
For a more intimate and refined experience, catch a performance by the Palm Beach Pops or the Miami City Ballet at the Kravis Center.

It’s only been a few days since my move-in, but I want to commend how fast and efficient the lovely women in the office worked the moment I applied. Cachet is awesome, she was helpful and informative the whole way. The renovations in the units are beautiful! I love it

The landings is a blessing for me and my kids. I was ribbon out of time to find a place. Many doors was closed in my face. At 1st I add denied at the landings, but this wonderful woman named Cachet fought for me and made a miracle happened and got me approved within 2 days. She walked me through everything and stayed in contact with me to ensure I did everything necessary. She made it so easy and I thank her so much and I'll be forever grateful and so will my kids.
I love the landings ! This has truly been a blessing for my children and I ! The homes are clean and comfortable. The administration and maintenance are very helpful. Domynyque has been helpful since the day we inquired. Always communicating properly and timely. She is truly a profesional and over all a great person ! I am blessed to be here!

Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at The Landings. We always love to receive great feedback.
La señera Ana me dio muy buen trato, muy simpática y se aseguró de entregarme el apartamento delicado. Excelente servicio.
Great experience Ana was great ! Fast fair and great service ! My move in was done in 2 days
I am not one to leave reviews. However, this management team has the worst communication. They will tell you the day of that they are doing maintenance checks and if you don't give the key to unlock your door then you'll be charged to change the locks. They are constantly finding ways to charge you random fees. Also don't expect to get any of your money back. My roommate and I cleaned the entire apartment before moving out. We were then charged a cleaning fee, a repair fee, and a carpet fee. Even though the apartment was completely dirty and gross from the previous tenants before we moved in. Our door also leaked any time it rained and they said they fixed it but never did. They charge a lot of rent for little to offer.
My move in was awesome the process was smooth and fast. My townhome is two stories and huge. My family loves it. I’m genuinely happy I moved to the Landings.
The renovations are OUTSTANDING!!! The management is straight forward and helpful. The Maintenance department is kind and respectful!! I feel safe and secure. There is a courtesy officer who lives on site. This apartments are a gem of the city!!!! They are high occupancy and consider yourself extremely blessed if you find an available unit!!! We have a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath and it’s a dream!!! I have a roommate and we couldn’t be more comfortable, happy, and grateful!
Someone from the area told me that this was a known drug area. Then, my neighbor started smoking what smelled like weed in a car in the parking lot every day. Maintenance is only one person. Save yourself from getting a headache. Don't move here. I learned my lesson the hard way!!!!!
Don’t believe all the sweet talk. They don’t pick up their phone for one. This place was rushed when renovated. There’s cracks on the corner of the walls, the cabinets aren’t installed properly, we keep finding frogs and roaches in our house. The back sliding door has enough space for any small insects and reptile to fit through, there’s always some power issues, cops are always roaming around here because there’s always something going on. Management is rude asf once they have your feet in the door.
I honestly wasn’t going to leave a review despite my horrible experience from day 1 of moving in to now but yesterday did it. The people in the office don’t care about the residents 1. Don’t let them fool you with the “new management” crap. Nobody ever picks up the phone when you call. They’ll show you a nice apartment but don’t fall for that! There’s no “LAKE”, they’re gonna try to sell you on that… it’s a pond! And yesterday I got home from a long day of work to find my attic door broken to pieces and a stray cat inside my apartment… Management’s way of approaching the situation BAFFLES ME. I’m still waiting on the maintenance people to go fix my attic door. That’s definitely another issue - when you put in a service request, they’ll take days before getting to it. The whole complex is horrible, sometimes at night you can hear gun shots and that’s not even that half of it. Save yourself!
A little over 2 years ago while on maternity leave I was fired from my job wrongfully. Upon that I was forced to move out of my previous place of residence and with no where to go. My 3 daughters and I (at the time their ages were 1month, 6 and 8) slept in my car for 2 days. That's why I decided to call the police for assistance and what to do. They was able to reserve a wknd stay at a less expensive motel and I was recommended to a shelter that assist with families with children. Upon those changes I eventually lost my car 3 wks later while trying to get my job back. It took my 2 months to finally get rehired at my place of employment and another 2 months to find a place to live. I was forced to downgrade to where I currently reside. The space for myself and 3 girls isn't too much but once I was able to build up some extra funding I was able to make it comfortable for my girls to live. I've grown to love my cozy space but desperately need to upgrade to more space. I'm a single mom of two. I'm attending school to receive me degree in Nursing and I worked 2 jobs till I lost one and still have a hard time making ends meet. This scholarship/advancement would be a huge contribution to my girls and myself. P.S. There's much more that happened in that story and will be willing to explain more if giving the opportunity. But it's more complicated to write it out. Thank you keeping my fingers crossed.
