I've have lived at Langdon for over 3 years now and I must say the property keeps on improving with time. They recently updated the gym, they added a dog park and also plan to get a package locker system installed! They hear the residents out on needs and wants and deliver! Staff: The staff is super helpful and very friendly. The maintenance team is quick with responding to work orders and make sure the job gets done right. Apartment: I lived in a 1 bedroom with attached garage and it was beautiful! I enjoy the gas stove cooking as well as the easy access to my unit from my garage. I transferred into a 2 bedroom now and I love it even more! So spacious and my dogs enjoy the fenced in yard. I don't see myself moving out anytime soon. I will part from this gem when I start looking for a home.

Wow, thanks for being a long-standing resident with us! Your feedback is important to us as we're always looking for ways to improve. It's great to hear you're enjoying many of our amazing amenities like our fitness center, bark park, and our package delivery system. We're always here if you need anything and happy to lend a helping hand.
First off, parking is horrible. You see your rent? Now make sure you add a necessary extra $30 on top of that for covered parking because if you’re not home by 6pm you will not be able to find ANY free parking. If you work late at night, STAY AWAY or else you’ll have to wait until someone leaves or else you have a chance of getting towed because you aren’t paying that “optional” $30 if you’re forced to park in covered parking. Second off, management team is horrible. They’re rude, stand off-ish and have no basic human empathy. They’ll have the audacity to give you an apartment that has a broken outlet, several dead lightbulbs, and missing light fixtures and unpainted walls and stained carpet and tell you that it’s “move-in ready!” You know the quiet hours that they highlight in the lease? Saying you can’t move in past a certain time? Reasonable right? People need their sleep. Good. Wrong! Even though they highlight “quiet hours” in the lease you have a chance of getting complaints at ALL hours of the day and if they favor that person who’s complaining more than you, you have a good chance of receiving a lease violation even though you were just building some furniture for your new apartment at 2pm or playing with your dog at 5pm. Quiet hours are ALL hours here, which is fine but don’t tell us that they start at 10pm if that’s the case. Forget the people who live above us that scream and have parties until 3AM! Lets threaten to evict the people who were playing with their puppy at 5pm if they get 2 more complaints from the intolerant neighbor downstairs. I think people forget that in an apartment complex, noise is going to happen, ESPECIALLY if you live on the bottom floor. The only redeeming quality about this place is their maintenance team. They’re FRIENDLY and prompt unlike the rest of the people who just sit in an office all day and give you judgmental stares whenever you walk into the office. If you don’t have tenure and haven’t lived here for 10 years your quality of living doesn’t mean anything to them.

Keep in mind that if you rent here, they will try and raise your rent ~$100 every year and are not open to any kind of rent negotiations unless you agree to a ridiculous 15-month lease. I rented a renovated apartment here where all of the appliances were supposed to be new, however, I doubt it as almost every appliance has had issues multiple times this year right after being "renovated". Our "new" floor also came with deep scratches on it. The apartment also had significant damage to the molding and the entire time we've lived here one of the bathroom lights hasn't worked and we've made several maintenance requests about it. Maintenance just tells us that it can't be fixed because of the faulty electricity lines. We're missing a light in our kitchen due to the same issue, according to them, there isn't enough power to connect all of the lights in our apartment. Our dimmers don't dim, they just flicker on lower settings. Our paint has been falling off the walls and doors since we moved in, leaving specs of paint all over the vinyl floor. On top of that, our sliding glass door was broken for months without getting fixed when we first moved in. They had to hire a third-party contractor that then damaged our floor while fixing it. The apartment also only has cameras inside their common area, not looking over the pool or grill areas. This last year my neighbors had to move because there was a person stalking people at night in the apartment complex with a baseball bat near the pool threatening to kill them. Thankfully after speaking with the staff, he has since moved. The staff I spoke with when the incident happened said they would look into getting new cameras, but after speaking with the new staff recently, there are NO plans to upgrade the camera system.

My refrigerator was not cooling. Within hours frigerator fixed and 200$ with of meat saved. I appreciate the quick response of maintainence, plus the experience. Also great clubhouse and pool.
I am very happy broadstone appartment. lot of social events . This area is very quiet ...neat and clean always so even when we walk outside I feel happy and safe. maintenance always fast ...team is too gud . staff is also helpful I m happy
All of the staff at Broadstone Crossing has been very kind and helpful since Day 1! My 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is beautiful and it's a drastic change from the previous apartment community I lived in. Maintenance and pest control requests are handled promptly. Also, I love the community gatherings we have. This fosters a great feeling of community and it's a great chance to get to know your neighbors!
This is a smaller complex so there isn't a lot of traffic. Parking, like in all apartments, is a pain but the complex is small and there is a lot of parking surrounding the complex. The counters are all tall and the hardwood-like flooring throughout most of the apartment makes it feel richer. The rent isn't bad for the area and the maintenance staff is very attentive. The location sits perfectly between 35, 45, 183, and MOPAC. There are plenty of restaurants and even a few bars that are within walking distance! There is an HEBPlus on Lamar/35N and, for when you're not feeling as fancy, an HEB on Lamar/MOPAC N. If I could change anything I would definitely add a dog park and some benches or picnic tables for outside. Even without these I still love the area. Whether you go North or South on Metric or decide to walk to Walnut Creek Park, there are plenty of places to take nice walks. Most of the roads have sidewalks but be careful because some of them are uneven and they'll catch you off guard when you're running and in the zone. :) I LOVE IT HERE and I'll never move if they get a dog park for me :)
