The building is nice and so is the staff. Aside from the trash rooms being a health hazard concern and some roommate situation, it’s been good so far.
So far the process to enroll has been good in terms of customer service. I really enjoy it :) It is the best off campus housing--if you can live here then I would highly recommend.

Decent building with pretty good amenities but there do exist problems: Prices of certain amenities increased this year over last year. The cost of parking rose by 20$ arbitrarily. This building caters primarily to students, and may not be suitable for those looking to live full time in Syracuse. I had my locks changed/keyfob stop working multiple times this summer due to the office changing permissions for the electronic locks when tenants move in or out. This was frustrating because I was given no warning that this was happening, the office is not staffed 24/7, and there is no remote helpdesk I can contact for issues like this, not to mention the fobs need to be physically present to be reprogrammed. Taking a long trip over the summer? Good luck getting back in the building! Overall, the team does a good job. However, there are still areas needing improvement.

Here at the laurel I am living comfortably. It is always clean and the residents are very respectful. It is the most comfortable student living that is in the Syracuse area.

This is a nice place to live. It is quiet and nice. I enjoy having my own bathroom, bedroom, and having in unit laundry is very convenient. I would recommend.

Very modern and classy. Everyone is very nice. I also had an issue and had to call maintenance. The issue was resolved in less than an hour on a sunday. i was very pleased

I have been living at the Laurel for the last month and overall had very positive experience. The building and parking feels super safe and secure and I love having facilities such as gym, coffee and social spaces at my disposal. Maintenance has shown up in a timely manner to fix any issue as well
The walls are thin, so you can hear everything, but the amenities are good. In-unit washer and dryer, as well as dishwasher, are very useful.

everything seems perfect! good coffee (even sometimes out of cups), great gym (still in the middle of maintenance? ), free printing, regular shuttles, the unit location is good, the room assignment is good too! nothing to complain at all.

It's been okay overall. The walls are pretty thin and the furniture feels a bit cheap, but the appliances work pretty well. There are many amenities which is good. Shuttles don't work in the summer though, and when they work, drivers are inconsistent with their timeliness. Staff is friendly and holds events for residents.

The property has an amazing aura of its own. Right from the moment you enter the property it looks as if you have entered a luxury housing. The management staff is so welcoming and helpful. The Game Center, Business Center, Study lounge and community area is all so well built up. The rooms have everything you need. I am very happy with my stay here and plan to extend my stay here for my second year too. The location is really good. Its close to restaurants and bars. Its at 15 mins walking distance to the university.

I love The Laurel really has a good system! Other apartments locally just don’t have the same vibe. Dude the front office workers are also the best very understanding and are very easy to work with! I also love how they have so many resources in the building it’s self and finding out the perks and benefits of the living there are so sweet!!

It's an alright place to live, but too expensive for its value. The furniture is cheap, the administration isn't as good as in other places, and you can hear everything (above neighbors, next door, your roommates, etc), but maintenance is pretty good.
