I love this place, is an amazing neighborhood close to everything, Super convenient location with shopping centers, restaurants and even a hospital around. I definitely love this place. :)

Since moving in the community has felt like home. My family and I feel that this is the neighborhood that we belong in. The community is constantly doing events. When they closed the pool for the year they had a pool party for the dogs here.

Ever since walking into the Legacy our experience has been nothing short of amazing. Our family wanted to leave Aurora fast and Oscar and everyone helped make that happen. The process was stress free and the apartment is beautiful. My family and dogs feel safe and comfortable. Thanks everyone.

All good. People are nice, everything is in pretty good condition. Very quiet complex. Maintenance has always been tended to rather quickly.

No insulation between floors, neighbor's dog pooping and peeing all over the balcony, so it's unusable, and neighbors are super loud all the way till 3am The garage is nice, and I believe we got a new AC unit.

Nothing but good things to say about everyone from the front office to maintance. We have had a good experience and things that need to be done are being taken care of.

They literally are on top of everything at this place. I typically get a response out of them very quickly. They also keep up with their common areas very well as well, plus their maintenance staff is super friendly!

I recently moved in to Legacy at Highlands Ranch, and I have to say, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional! From the very beginning, the process was incredibly easy. Touring the community was a breeze, and they went out of their way to accommodate my request to tour the exact floor plan I had placed a deposit on. Even before I formally signed my lease, I already felt like a part of the community, thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Kelli and Oscar have gone above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Kelli is a superstar, handling every question with such grace and efficiency. Her warm, welcoming demeanor set the tone for my new home. Oscar is equally amazing—his professionalism and expertise were evident in every interaction. His willingness to help with anything I needed was greatly appreciated. Kelli and Oscar, thank you for making my move-in experience one that I'll always remember. I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this place home!

I give legacy at highlands ranch 5 stars, they are great at returning calls. My move in process went quick and smooth. I love because maintenance is always on time. I will definitely be referring friends and family to move here.

I truly do enjoy living here. There are some downfalls to living in an apartment, such as the noise above tenants. But I do enjoy living here in to have this apartment and such an understanding to work with.

Legacy at Highlands Ranch is a great apartment. They host a nice community event every month. We like being here and have extended our lease for another year!

So far this has been a great experience. No complaints other than the treadmills aren't great. But that does not affect my living experience here at legacy.

Apartments are beautiful, maintenance requests are timely. A bit expensive, but the apartments are renovated and the price point seems accurate. Pool opened late in the year, but is a nice amenity.

Very easy process to apply and move in. The community is clean and relatively quiet. The pool and gym are very nice and well taken care of. The apartments are a short walk to stores and parks.

The move in process was super easy and quick. We did everything online and were able to come pick up our keys in less than 5 minutes we were in our new place. Beautiful apartment and neighborhood!

Absolutely the worst apartment complex I've ever had the misfortune of living in. The management here is a complete joke—unresponsive, unprofessional, and utterly incompetent. They can't even handle basic maintenance requests, leaving tenants to deal with broken appliances, leaky faucets, and dirty common areas for weeks on end. The amenities are a disgrace; the gym is a dingy, outdated room with barely functioning equipment, and the pool is perpetually dirty. As if that weren't enough, they can't even keep track of rental payments properly, leading to constant billing errors and endless headaches. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy living in a poorly maintained, mismanaged dump.

Living at this apartment complex has been an utter disappointment. Here are just a few of the numerous issues we’ve faced: 1. Landscaping: The landscaping is subpar, leaving the grounds looking neglected and unkempt. 2. Pool and Hot Tub: The pool is never open, and the hot tub has been broken for ages with no effort to fix it. Worse yet, when the pool is closed, the entire patio area around it is off-limits. No fire pit or grills available, all because “the pool is closed.” 3. Maintenance: Damages can take up to a year to fix. We reported flooding and mold issues, and they’ve been completely neglected. 4. Amenities: Dog waste receptacles are always full, and there are no bags provided. The streets are poorly lit, making it unsafe to walk pets at night. 5. Utility Charges: We are charged for shared water usage, in addition to paying for our own electricity and Xcel. 6. Safety and Cleanliness: I’ve had four flat tires due to stray nails from ongoing construction and poor street sweeping. Snow removal is nonexistent, even in front of garages, making it incredibly difficult, especially for those in wheelchairs. This complex clearly has no regard for its residents’ well-being or comfort. I strongly advise looking elsewhere if you want a hassle-free living experience.

I really love the deck, storage, and closet. The maintenance team is pretty prompt on getting requests done and got all three of our requests done within three. I really wish the pool was in better straights though. The hot tub is boarded up, and there are a lot of bugs in the grills. The weeds around the pool are about a foot high as well. Gym amenity is great though!

Have been here for a few months, seems quiet and the units are nicely updated. Great location and lots of trails around for biking/ walking.

The neighborhood is very nice, it has many green areas and that looks great, it is always very quiet and the best thing of all is that there is nothing better than coming home and it being a nice and cozy place.

Amazing area and neighborhood. Parking/lack of towing has been an issue and also lack of lighting in the parking lot. Low street noise and amazing neighbors! Definitely recommend living here for the amazing maintenance team mainly highlighting Gabriel and their communication, help, and respect.

Move in was very smooth and everyone was very helpful. Upgraded features in the unit are great and can hardly ever hear any outside noise. So far so good!

Living in this community is mostly wonderful! The monthly events are enjoyable. However, a slight inconvenience is that maintenance can sometimes take longer than anticipated.

This property is over all everything we could ask for with apartment living. The office staff is relatively friendly, the maintenance staff is top notch. Best bang for our buck in this area by far!

Safety issues not addressed timely, it's over 6 months that a broken step was reported and it took 2 months for the concrete and rebar to be removed. The step still has not been repaired or replaces . The card board sign saying caution broken step is still hanging there that's tied to one side of the handrail. Snow and ice removal is a joke . When the snowplows clear the parking they always block the handicap parking spot even when a car is parked in the spot. Management does not reply to emails at all.

Very quiet safe neighborhood. Love that it has a pool. Great location and close to the library and a lot of restaurants. The size is perfect for us and I like having access to front desk 7 days a week if needed

So apparently 2 days after a snow storm, both days being sunny and decent temperatures, I have not seen one maintenance person or anything shovel or clear ANY of the sidewalks. The only sidewalks that have been cleared are by the residents themselves. What are we paying for again???? Can’t wait for all the melting snow to turn to sheets of ice on every sidewalk around the complex.

The maintenance service here is AWFUL. Several times we have submitted a request for something, and someone else has CANCELLED IT. I talk to management and they dismiss me. Terrible customer service.

Overall, a very poor example of an apartment community. Management is inconsistent with communication. Maintenance takes their time in getting any issues resolved. Community is poorly kept.

The Legacy at Highlands Ranch is a good place to live. It has a swimming pool and exercise room plus a nice club house. It has a nice location close to highways and Denver. The staff are friendly and professional.

Legacy has been nothing but great so far!! Great neighbors, great office staff and a beautiful complex.! Can’t wait for years to come in our great new home.

My society Legacy Highlands Ranch is clean and beautiful. And is walking distance to Douglas County Library and Civic Green Park. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

I moved in to my unit in sep of 2023. So far I have had great experiences with the office staff. Move in was easy . The office staff is very friendly , very understanding and welcoming

The management has improved over the last year, maintenance is timely now. Sometimes issues are resolved in a day. Don't rent a unit with windows facing Broadway.

We love living here!!! It is a nice, quiet community. There is a decent amount of parking. The apartments are nice inside and out. The landscape is always kept up on. The office team is always very prompt and helpful, along with maintenance

Nice pool and gym, maintenance is fast and friendly, but those in the leasing office aren’t the nicest people ever. Also why can’t the speed bumps be straight?

I really enjoy living in my apartment however during the tornado in June my windows leaked causing my apartment to have some flooding. I still have no information as to what is being done. I have no idea if there is mold in my apartment due to the water damage since every time it rains there is water that comes in
