Was suppose to view room on two occasions was canceled. Was told on arrival not by a phone call. So drove for no reason. Wanted five extra days to clean. Yet cabinets and carpet still got trash. And desk set ups have stains and cup stains as well. Will be leaving updates on here.

Please do not move here! When your car gets broken into, you will regret it. The lack of security at the Legend is frankly negligent at this point. People have reported that cars are getting broken into and management does nothing to increase security. I genuinely feel unsafe here and I absolutely would not recommend it to families or people that have belongings that they would like protected. Management loves to remind us several times a month to pay our rent, but failed to inform us for months that we no longer have security. I found out when my husband's car was broken into. Someone tried to steal his car and caused over $1K in damages. Management did not care and was completely unhelpful. There are loud noises from the main road and from neighbors yelling at each other, trash everywhere, frequent power outages, insane fees, unclean move-in conditions, and an unsafe front exit where several accidents have happened. If you are looking at the cheap rent, add at least another $150 in fees to see what you will likely pay and also add utilities on top of that. You are better off going to another apartment building that has more security.

I just moved in here today and I was so impressed that I had to post it. I have never been walked to my home by office to make sure the apartment was good. We went all over and checked everything there was one thing missing they had everything uou can imagine on the cart ready to fix just in case. Mervin and Trevor spoke highly of there office but most people do. I didn't take much interest until the manager Jessica came out to welcome me home with a gift and to tell me how happy she was I choose to live here. This has been the best welcoming experience I have ever had. If you want to live where you are treated like stars you have to move here . Thank you mervin and Trevor for making this the easiest process ever

New management is terrible, they do not respond to emails or calls, they do not upkeep the community. Never had a problem here until they bought the property. Back gate has been broken for over 6 months, No security presence, and they overcharge. New renovations look nice but this property is still on Marbach definitely not worth the price. Stay away from these apartments, you will only have more problems. Crime is so bad management had to send a memo on how to stay safe, absolutely terrible. Bug infestation and pooling water around property creates excessive mosquitos. Trash is around the property and is never cleaned. Dog parks are not clean, and they installed benches so dogs can jump over the dog park fence. Would not recommend!

These apartments have been upgraded. Appliances, cabinets, floors, sinks. Pics do not do it justice. I haven’t been here too long, but so far, EVERYONE in the office is so friendly and helpful. There were a couple minor issues as I moved in that I mentioned. The very next day, came home from work, and it was all taken care of, including a brand new washer and dryer! Maintenance is always visible on the property, working hard to keep this place looking and running great! You have to see it for yourself!

I lived here for a year and my experience was horrible. My apartment was not cleaned prior to my move-in date so I was confronted with roaches and extremely dirty carpet on my first day. After that, I saw roaches almost every single day. Management had someone come spray my apartment a few times, but roaches still showed up everywhere. They came out of the drains and the AC vent. I'm sure that the complex has an infestation because there were roaches of all sizes. The walls are also extremely thin. I could hear everything that my neighbors were doing and everything that they were saying. I was told that there was security, but never once saw them. The only good thing about this place was that it was close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Avoid living here if you can.
Extra terrible and highway rubbery management. I lived in this apartment complex number 12204 from June 2015 through Sept 2017 and everything was okay until I moved out on military orders. I gave them 48 days advance notice which was even more than the 30 days required by the Servicemembers Civil Relief act. I lived by myself and was barely home. My water and trash bills combined never went pass $20-$36. Before I moved out, I hired a professional carpet cleaning services to clean the unit thoroughly. Since I am already aware of the bad reviews on this complex I insisted to be present for the move out inspection. During the inspection, the inspector told me everything was in excellent condition and he cannot imagine someone actually lived in the unit for almost two and a half years. I took pictures and also recorded the inspection for my protection. 25 days after I moved out, I received a bill in the mail. $68.46 ( trash and water ) $45.00 ( ozone for spice odor) I moved out on the 28th day of the month which per their policy they will have to credit $41.80 back to me never came. I asked for explanation as to why this time around trash and water is ridiculously high and none was given. I also asked them why they okay the inspection in my presence but now charging me for something that was non-existent during the inspection and again no meaningful explanation was offered. I spoke to one of their managers called Anna and she seems to be be familiar with what Service-members civil relief act was and I am ready to school her on this topic so that she can acquire some good managerial skills.
This is our second time living at Polo Club Apartments... The first time my husband and I were newlyweds, and now we have our 4 year old son. This time around, we wondered why we ever left! From the leasing agents, maintenance and even the grounds of the complex, we never have any complaints. If we should have a request, they are always right on it! We couldn't ask for a better place to live and watch our son grow. The complex is full of other families and everyone is nice and respectful. We look forward to continuing our lease at Polo Club.
I've lived in the same apartment for 3.5 years now and I dont regret my choice at all to rent from Polo Club. My apartment is spacious for the cost and I spend many evenings on my balcony enjoying a southerly breeze as it blows through. I have never had an issue with maintenance of any type. Pests are sprayed for regularly and I've never had an issue with them either. The managers of the apartment complex are friendly and helpful in every facet. When I was discharged from the military and was starting to get back on my feet they helped me with my rent so I wouldn't incur penalties. If I've had a noisy neighbor (one in over three years ) they handled it promptly and professionally. The grounds are kept well maintained and looking as good as can be considering we live in a desert. The gym could have more weights in it but the cardio equipment is top notch. The office, business center, and party room are spacious and very nice. I have held my children's birthday parties there in the past. The pool and picnic/bbq areas are always clean and ready for use. It was over 100 degrees today and I spent my afternoon in the pool cooling off. I would definitely recommend these apartments to a friend ( I have in the past ).
This is a great apartment complex. It is very quiet here and the neighbors are friendly and nice. The apartments is a large complex with a pool located near fast food restaurants, grocery stores, a fire station and gas stations. Everything you need is near and not very far to travel about 5 minutes each place. This is a good area and the staff is great, very friendly and helpful.

These apartments have been one of the best apartment I have lived in. They are close to everything you need grocery store,gas station bank etc. The price is fair and have many to choose from depending on your budget.
