Legends Apts is a Convenient Location: Situated near major highways like 265 and 71, The Legends offer easy access to various parts of the city.

I love living at the Legends! I’ve been here over a year and have no plans to leave. My apartment is beautiful with big bright windows, the community is very well maintained, it’s extremely safe, the location is ideal and all the staff is incredible.

The staff is helpful and kind. The maintenance team (Sue) takes the extra step to take care of any issues. I love how they are always making upgrades on the property.

I abousoutly love madison and how helpful she has been with helping me. The new maintance crew is top knotch. The place is very peaceful and calming.

I love my time at the Legends apartment.They have a great staff, maintenance is quick to respond and friendly just a nice quiet place to call home

We have been living here since late 2021. We moved from MN for a job and needed a place quickly. They were very helpful over the phone and even sent us a video tour!

Excellent location, very nice neighborhood. I love the fact that there is a beautiful path for walking/running...Apartman is nice, it could use some updates, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Everything was smooth and I appreciate that. I work from home so sometimes things get a little rough but I'm glad to call this my home. It's quiet over here and people actually speak and say hello

Very kind staff. Clean buildings. Well priced. I think this is the first complex in 3 years where I will be renewing my contract. It’s also in a great location! Lots to shop and eat nearby.

This community feels like home. I am loving everything so far. Everyone is so friendly. Staff makes sure you are taken care of and if there are any problems they jump right on it.

I enjoying living here. The apartment staff does a good job with coming up with activities for our community. The walking paths and fireplaces are probably my favorite part. Parking is a bit of an issue but typically my only complaint!

Good place to live, apartment could use some updates but I’ve lived here for two years. I would assume other apartments have some. Management is kind and maintenance is quick to fix things if needed. 8-10

My experience with the Legends Apartments has been a wonderful and positive relationship for now going on 15 years. The office staff has gone beyond to ensure a welcoming, supportive, safe, and respectful community for which I am grateful. I have always had a good communication with the office and they have listened. The maintenance staff is equally attentive to requests and residents needs and concerns. Of course you cannot overlook the fact that the Legends Apartments @ Indian Springs is conveniently located to groceries, restaurants, shopping and interstate connections. I’m very pleased , comfortable, and happy to live here as I have said for almost 15 years. Staff is accommodating , supportive, and a pleasure to work with. A very wonderful environment and community to call home.

everything is fine, the apartment is comfortable, big, the residential complex is wonderful, only everyone around smokes and it stinks a lot in our apartment, we suffocate

Wonderful apartment, staff, & neighbors. They make any process easy to deal with. My dish washer broke my second day moving in and they had it replace with a brand new one with in the week.

Good place to live, nice quiet and friendly neighbors, good areas to spend time It has many branches to visit around. What I like most is the tranquility that is always there.

For the most part I have really enjoyed living here. The staff in the office and the maitenance are friendly and efficient! Love the walking trails and the perks like having a pool and the car wash with vacuum and air. I still struggle with the parking and struggle a bit with some of the systems changing. At my old apartment it was easy to keep up with rent because it was always one price and always accepted the same ways to pay.

Still have no complaints about my experience with this apartment complex. The Management is fair, caring and likes to help when they can. The maintenance is both friendly and diligent. All of it comes down to an affordable price! Please keep up all of the great work!

Lovely management. Quick to address my concerns. Some issues with neighbors and their level of noise, in addition to distinct cigarette and weed smell near my apartment (despite being smoke free community). But hey, it’s an apartment complex with other people, what can you do. It is a beautiful and overall lovely place to rent from!!

A very nice and quiet community close to literally everything even by foot. Leasing staff is also very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend

So far my experience has been super great! Madison made it super easy for us and we already love our apartment! We loved that the updater website gave us suggestions of storage units and movers. Everything has been really easy and pain free

Overall, I have had a good experience. The unit was spacious and clean when I moved in. The location is convenient with nearby shops. The walking trails near the apartment are nice as well. I have not had any major issues.

Peaceful place to live the surrounding tenants are very respectful , understanding to their neighbors 5 star rating . The office keeps everyone informed with upcoming events, and that’s a plus with someone who has a busy schedule.

I think it is in a great location that has a lot of options for grocery, food, parks. It also is relatively easy to get anywhere within 15 minutes. I love the paths and area around for runs and walks. The staff is very helpful and nice.

The apartments are nice, they still have carpet which personally I don’t like (specially if you have animals) they can definitely improve the layout inside, and the dog park! I love the car clean station, and the walk all around the neighborhood! The air filter that they give you tho, I highly recommends that you get you own!!

Love, love, love the location, walking trails, our yard facing ground floor apartment! There’s a pool, dog park, clubhouse, access to a grill, car wash area with a vacuum, and air compressor, and the leasing office has snacks! Overall a good place to live. Management and maintenance are polite and courteous. We’ve lived here for almost three years with minimal issues.
