This is an excellent community to live in. Many of the residents attend EMIC and KCBC. Everyone is friendly and I love the community events! The staff - office and maintenance - are excellent and I have no problems whatsoever with them.

The staff here are very friendly and the maintenance team is responsive. The gym leaves a lot to be desired and has often has some of its few machines in disrepair. Access to the dock/lake is cool and nice place to fish. The unit is cozy, but has had a few maintenance issues.

The office staff and maintenance staff are some of the best people around. The office staff are extremely helpful and patient no matter the situation. The maintenance staff are quick to respond to issues and try their best to fix things in a timely manner. Most of the community amenities are great, and what things aren't great, they work to improve them. We love having access to on-site boat storage and lake access. It makes lake season easy and stress-free.

The staff here and friendly and responsive and maintenance requests are responded to quickly. I did have some issues with noisy neighbors last year and an appliance that took months to fully get fixed (they tried several times, but eventually had to bring someone else in), but those issues did eventually get resolved.

Great place to live. Quiet and peaceful next to Eagle Mountain Lake. Walking distance to the lake. Has a playground for the kids which is a plus for the kiddos.

Legends at Eagle Mountain Apartments is such a great place to live. It's beautiful , well maintained & a safe community. Legends has" Great" friendly management in the office, nice, friendly tenants. If there is a repair or maintenance issue, the maintenance team responds quickly and efficiently, a pleasant experience. I really appreciate them & I am so glad I live here.

This is a great place to live, if you love the water and the views. Gated living area is also nice to have even though the gates are slow and can let in multiple people at one time. The biggest negative in my book is that the hot tub is continually not working. I have seen it working for about a max of 2 months out of the 2 years that I have lived here. Not great considering we are paying for these amenities.

So far so good at this property once I got settled, however my move-in experience was very rough. I was supposed to get in on monday, and got a call that they couldn't get me in until tuesday because of a "problem with their vendor over the weekend". That caused me a pretty big problem, since I moved from 1000 miles away and had a car full of stuff. The complex however is nice - a gated apartment community with some nice amenities and so far, nice neighbors.
