Great established community. Lot's of green space, big apartment and lovely staff. I would highly recommend this community. Off the beaten path but a brief drive to amenities.

If you like rude contractors, noise at all hours, and ridiculously high rent then this is the place for you. Will be glad to finish this last lease and find a decent place to live.

The staff here and friendly and responsive and maintenance requests are responded to quickly. I did have some issues with noisy neighbors last year and an appliance that took months to fully get fixed (they tried several times, but eventually had to bring someone else in), but those issues did eventually get resolved.

Great place to live. Quiet and peaceful next to Eagle Mountain Lake. Walking distance to the lake. Has a playground for the kids which is a plus for the kiddos.

We have been here 4 months and have enjoyed the location. The staff are very friendly. We had a couple of things that needed some attention and it was taken care of very quickly.
The staff has been great in helping me get settled. Game night has been a great way to get to know my neighbors and has really been a lot of.
Legends at Eagle Mountain Apartments is such a great place to live. It's beautiful , well maintained & a safe community. Legends has" Great" friendly management in the office, nice, friendly tenants. If there is a repair or maintenance issue, the maintenance team responds quickly and efficiently, a pleasant experience. I really appreciate them & I am so glad I live here.
Very friendly community and quiet, barely know I am living in an apartment and enjoy all the amenities the apartment has to offer. With the days getting warmer spending a lot of time at the pool especially on the weekends.

I moved in a week ago. The move in experience was great. Leasing agents and maintenance are both great and eager to make sure everything is perfect.
If you enjoy being bothered by the management company to purchase services from their connected companies then this place is for you. They'll send you daily emails about cleaning, entertainment, and insurance.
Everyone has been friendly. The apartment was ready when we needed to move in. It's quiet and well maintained. We have a boat and like that there is a boat dock when we bring our boat back.

Everyone is super helpful when fixing an issue. Speedy fixes. Places are nice and new. Love that it is gated and no one can come in. Good area around it. Easy to get around

We love living here, being on the lake. Office staff is very helpful. The maintenance crew are friendly and efficient. We are close to restaurants and shopping.
This is a great place to live, if you love the water and the views. Gated living area is also nice to have even though the gates are slow and can let in multiple people at one time. The biggest negative in my book is that the hot tub is continually not working. I have seen it working for about a max of 2 months out of the 2 years that I have lived here. Not great considering we are paying for these amenities.
Absolutely love all the staff. We really like living here. Thank you very much for interesting events for everyone who lives. They also come up with various interesting games for children. They respond very quickly to all problems that exist.

Great community to live in. Quite, clean and great views! A lot to do within the complex. Fishing, swimming (lake or pool), grills, volleyball, park (for kids or dogs.)
We like the location of the complex, the neighbors. The office is always a pleasant place to be and spend time. If problems arise, you can always contact the manager and he will help in solving the issues
If you’re looking for a quiet apartment complex with great neighbors and fantastic management, this is it! Whenever we need to call maintenance, they’re very responsive and work quickly to resolve any issues. Management has always been very kind, and they always take the extra step to bring our community together.
This apartment is wonderful. Any problems are fixed quickly. The office staff is very helpful. The neighbors are nice. The only big problem I have had is the pool has been closed a lot this summer and it’s been hot!

So far so good at this property once I got settled, however my move-in experience was very rough. I was supposed to get in on monday, and got a call that they couldn't get me in until tuesday because of a "problem with their vendor over the weekend". That caused me a pretty big problem, since I moved from 1000 miles away and had a car full of stuff. The complex however is nice - a gated apartment community with some nice amenities and so far, nice neighbors.
Best community I’ve ever lived in Fort Worth, so peaceful, great neighbors and close to the lake! The pool is great to relax and spend the summer. The gym could be improved but it’s ok for a quick work out. I love how everyone at the office is extremely helpful and so nice!
Beautiful property. They are doing good on updating apartments . They need better parking and better gym facilities more for the residence.. we could of have more events for residents
We have lived here about 3 months and so happy. The ladies in the office are nice and helpful, maintenance crew is knowledgeable and polite. Grounds are clean and manicured. Legends is the place for us.
A quiet place to live. Our neighbors are nice people. Staff are professional. If we have any issues they are addressed quickly. Swimming pool is usually clean never a lot of people.

After just over 5 years I'm moving to another city and I have really enjoyed living here at the legends. It's been so cool. I can walk out my front door and within 3 minutes I'm fishing in the shade on the boat slips. It's been a great 5 plus years, but I have to move to Benbrook and I will miss all of the amenities such as a swimming pool and the expert maintenance crew. Neighbors that I have known have been very good people and I will miss talking to them and the office staff has always been very informative and pleasant to talk with.
