It is a dream to live here, the property is in a beautiful location in the foothills, it is quiet (unlike living in an apartment), it’s more like a private home. The office staff (Lisa, Talon & Evelyn)do an amazing job in providing ongoing service to the tenants . The maintenance staff (Alejandro and Andrew) are committed to keeping the property and resident’s homes in stellar condition. Today, Andrew, of the maintenance team, was very timely and professional in providing outstanding service when it came to replacing our kitchen faucet. Lisa (the Manager), Talon (the Asst. Manager) and Alejandro (the Maintenance Supervisor) are always available to listen and support the needs of tenants and are quick to follow through. You can trust that your concerns will be listened to and addressed ???? I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else??????????

I'm living here from past 3 months. The air condition unit is too old and it doesn't work well, sometimes the water was dripping from the ac unit and sometimes it blew warm air with temperature of 93F at home and every time I call maintainance guy they don't fix the issue properly. I had to go through few sleepless nights which affected my work. I had to go through this twice in 3 months. One of the maintainance guy Kevin is so rude and entirely blames on me for the ac not working.

I lived here for 16 months and only am moving due to my job. This is a great complex- very clean, great amenities and the people are all so friendly. If maintenance is needed, you just put in a request and they come fix it ASAP and are really accommodating. It is also very quite and the other tenants are very nice- all age groups as well. We have lived at this beautiful property for 3 years. Not once have we had any issue with the front office, maintenance, or neighbors. Easily the best property we've lived at!
The Legends at La Paloma is the best apartment I have lived in here in Tucson, Arizona. The Foothills location is ideal for The University of Arizona with a short scenic drive to campus, but not right near campus. The apartment is modern, clean and beautiful with scenic views from every window! I chose a less expensive 1 bedroom facing the parking lot and still have excellent views. Very quiet location with friendly renters of all ages. 2 beautiful pools with a full gym room. Lots of hiking, biking and shopping nearby. The office and maint staff are friendly and follow up immediately. The grounds are very well kept. I am very happy here and will definitely renew my lease.
Perfect spot in the Foothills for commuters of the city and the ambience living at the feet of the Catalinas, occasional wildlife is a bonus.
I have been living in The Legends for six month, I got here in January from Chile...I didn't where to live and a chose The Legends, because the staff was so nice, friendly and cozy, and just love the surrounding and all the amenities of the complex. After I while I found out that also the maintenance staff is very efficient and helpful...thanks for make my life away from home feel like home :-)
