The inside of the apartment is pretty nice, except for every sliding door falling completely off the hinges. The complex is always dirty and my rent is constantly going up each month. But the apartment is fine.

Lots of issues in apartment and community , bad communication with leasing office , amenities are limited hours which is an inconvenience. Counting down the days for lease to be over will not renew here , horrible place .

When we first got here it was a little rocky the ac was leaking and the floor was already damaged but they did get on top of it. And fixed the ac the floor we won’t get charged for. This place is amazing and quite private. I think we will stay here for a few years.

Its not the worst but the roaches and bugs in Building 1607 make it unbearable. It has a nice pool, has a nice gym and clubhouse. It has a great central location. Bugs was just an issue that never was resolved.

Worst place ever…don’t move here unless you want mold and roaches everywhere…car parts get stolen here all the time, the team in the office does not care once you move into this place.

Management was very helpful and kind and made getting everything completed to be ready to move in much easier My apartment was totally prepared and ready to move into which added to the excitement for me. The map I was given by the office staff was really helpful. I’m excited to be close to a pool and plan to take advantage of that a lot. My only issues that took and are taking time is the swap over of the cable from the previous residents name to my name and my electricity. The electric company is completely automated so that makes it a bit more difficult. When I tried setting it up before I moved in it debited my account but didn’t put it in my name right of way, but evidently it wouldn’t put my name on it until I physically moved in. So still hoping no issue there But I’m excited about my apartment and appreciate everyone’s help in making it all come true Thank you

Affordable pricing for the updated units available. However very hard to get in contact with the leasing office when needed, the hours for the clubhouse make it so nobody who works can ever go there to use the amenities, parking is a mess people with trailers take up many spots all the time, nobody seems to clean up after their dogs & the trash / recycle regularly is overflowing onto the ground which is gross.

I love the location and neighbors on my side they aren’t nosey and mind their own business we all respect each other I love that. It’s always nice and kept up on our side too I notice the other side that has more apartments is completely different I’m glad we live on the side we do it’s always nice and clean.

I Just moved in, and so far so good! No issues with the apartment yet besides a leak from the rain that is getting repaired. The apartments are beautiful on the inside and well maintained on the outside. The valet trash is super convenient. I hope the main pool opens up soon because I haven’t been able to use it yet and now it’s under maintenance.

I love living here, it’s so peaceful and the people are nice. With so much to do from the nice club house to the gym, I can top it off with a walk around the beautiful complex with its many lakes and parks. Friends and family just love coming by to hangout with me, even if it’s just to sit on my porch which over looks one of those many lake. It’s a great place to live and get away.

Communication is definitely a struggle but it’s an incredible complex and the staff is amazing. We really enjoy our apartment, having four pools is incredible so they are never over crowded. They have dog stations everywhere which is amazing! Everyone is super friendly as well here

Communication is not great but I love my apartment and the complex! The interiors are brand new and clean and the pool and gym are superb. My neighbors are wonderful so far.

It has been great so far! Ashley was amazing with helping us get approved and moved in on our desired date! Love the pool area and when we put a maintenance request in it is answered in a good time frame!

We just recently moved in. WE are loving this place a lot more than our previous place. The apartments look clean, the area looks highly maintained. The Tennis courts, dog park, and play ground give the kids a place to play instead in the parking lot. There are several places close by to walk to for a little break. We really are loving living here.
