Property Ratings at The Lennox
Did not give notice of 60 days when sent email. I was just told that it’s in the lease and I was supposed to know. It just doesn’t even seem like they want to try to help you. Once they know you’re leaving them they’ll try to get every penny out of you!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize for any confusion regarding the notice period outlined in the lease agreement. We are more than happy to provide clarification on the matter. Please contact us so that we can discuss directly.
I agree with the previous posts concerning flood risks to ground floor units. I myself lived in one and had to bear the brunt of the damage with 60 other tenants in 2021. If I could do it all over from when I signed my first lease, I should've chosen a non-ground floor unit. I did that with my second lease and my experience has turned a complete 180. Maintenance staff have always been responsive to issues I've reported to them. It may take a day or two, but they're handling a lot of apartments (40 buildings, 12 units per, maybe 500-1,000 people living here in all? lotta cars that's for sure) There are insulation issues here during winter seasons. Unfortunately, the property is owned by a California-based company, so they "forgot" that Colorado gets snow. Leasing office staff are severely limited by what they can do because of the company's restrictions. Be kind to them as they try to help in every way the can. If you don't like dogs, avoid this place completely. A lot of people have dogs and other pets.

Our team is delighted to learn that your time at The Lennox has been a wonderful one. We appreciate feedback as it allows our team to better understand our residents’ experience, feel free to give us a call if you have any additional comments.
My family and I have lived here for a year and a half and love it! The office staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need to place a Work order it gets done within 24-48 hrs. Also the amenities are incredible! My family and I sit out on the court yard all year! There’s a yearly heated pool and fire pits for the winter. I can’t talk this place up enough. When we initially signed our lease last year it was only going to be for a year but after our year was up we couldn’t pass this place up. So we signed again! Definitely recommend to everyone!

We’re happy to have you and your family as one of our valued residents. Your feedback is important and will help us improve our service to provide the best living experience to all our residents. Thanks, again!
I have lived here for 6 months and it is the worst place I’ve ever lived. The building structure is cheap, leaving first floor units flooded after rain. The windows and walls are thin with no insulation; temperature control is a major issue. Super frustrated that during our tour and emailing we were shown fully renovated units and told our unit would be the same just with black appliances and carpet; our unit is literally falling apart. The walls are cracking, the carpet is peeling up, the cabinets and drawers are all broken, the closet doors are broken, our fridge either gets hot or freezes all of our food, and our deck is unusable due to rusty nails and splintered, rotted wood. “Renovations” are cheaply done; multiple nails and screws from previous tenants were never removed and literally painted over. No rules are ever enforced; the same people have their dogs off leash creating an unsafe pet environment, people constantly parking in the fire lane preventing others from being able to back out of their assigned spot. The renovations that are occurring in the unit below us are happening during inappropriate work hours (usually starting between 4-5pm finishing around 9-10pm). The most frustrating apartment complex I have ever lived at.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. All of the things you mentioned are very alarming to us and we want to find a solution as quickly as possible. We would highly suggest that you come into the office or give us a call at (303) 741-2600 at your earliest convenience to talk about what we can do to resolve any issues. Thanks, again.
Don’t fall for these “newly renovated” apartments, renovations are simply a poor paint job, maybe new flooring, and cabinet doors, not cabinets/drawers, just the doors so they look nicer than they are. Everything else, expect to be damaged and old. The windows are original, so enjoy paying to run your heat/ac nonstop and have little relief because the heat/ac are terrible in the apartments, with the thermostat having the wrong temperature most of the time. Water/sewer bill is split for the building among all residents in the building, so enjoy paying $80+ even if you barely use it. Covered spot is nice, but if you have a second car enjoy never finding close parking and having to walk to the other side of the complex. Poor communication from management. Maintenance is great, which is good becayse you’ll definitely get to know them pretty well with how often problems occur. The gates are open all day everyday, and at night there’s usually at least one stuck/broken open so it’s not like they do anything. Overall, look elsewhere, this place is a solid ripoff.

While we appreciate the feedback, we're disappointed that your living experience hasn't met your expectations. Our team strives for a 5-star experience, and we apologize for missing the mark on this for you. We invite you to speak with us about your concerns directly. Please call or stop by the office when you have the time.
Every part of the staff here is terrible. The office people will lie directly to your face and the property manager will even go as far as calling your a liar when you try to talk to them. The maintenance staff looks miserable and the property is in shambles. Just take an unguided self tour of the property and you will see how bad it is. Talk to any resident that has been here for any amount of time and they will tell you how bad things have gotten. I spent years as a property manger and there is no way this property should look like this or the staff should treat the residents the way they do. They act like they are doing you a favor by being open and taking your calls. If I could give this view a worse rating I would

We appreciate you taking the time to write your review. This feedback is not typical and due to the nature of your concerns, we would appreciate the opportunity to have you speak with our corporate office resident relations team. Please contact us at (949) 838-1280. Thank you.
My apartment flooded three times and all they did was give me a reference to a risk management insurance person. Add to that that they have no parking and their security system/gates are lacking. Furthermore the tubs are like smaller hotel tubs and one bedroom is way overpriced. AVOID...not worth it.

Due to the nature of your concerns, we think it would be best if we spoke with you directly. Please stop by our office at your earliest convenience so we can discuss these claims. We look forward to speaking with you soon.
Avoid this place and save yourself wasted money, time, and aggravation! The so called "management" works on site but takes its orders from the out of state corporate office that is only focused on its PROFITS. The local office is staffed by "Nancy," a complete air-head and "Timothy" the manager who is never in the office and never returns calls. This place treats its renters like trash, even when they pay their rent on time and never cause problems. There are also frequent break-ins of renters cars and the police are here at least once a week investigating. The so called "management" never answers renters' calls regarding safety, and their after hours "help" line is not answered. When renters need help after hours, they must call the local police. This place is a dump!
After living here less than 2 months I can already tell you that we do not plan on renewing our lease. We saw the positive reviews and ignored the negative ones which was a mistake. After paying the higher price for the renovated apartment we moved in to discover that "renovated" meant they spray painted everything (even the bathtub) with a cheap paint that is obviously already peeling off the laminate tiled shower walls and tub. The carpet feels like it was laid over a pothole riddled street and every sliding door will fall off it's rails before your first week is over. The "dog friendly" aspect is a joke as there is nowhere your dog is ever allowed off leash and people will definitely remind you of this rule if you ever deign to break it which we don't anymore because our dog has already been attacked twice by extremely aggressive dogs that should never be allowed in the area. People are also awful about picking up after their animals resulting in passive aggressive emails from management to the entire community. Parking is terrible and you will be allowed only one assigned spot no matter how many adults you have living in the apartment. The neighbors are nosy and they will get upset over every tiny thing. The final straw in my one star review was the fact that our motorcycle got towed because it was in motorcycle parking that they said is now "hashed lines." When we called to ask if they'd towed it, they said they had put a note on it for a week before doing-so and when I called them out for lying they admitted it had only been 2 days before towing it on the 3rd day. They then DIDN'T KNOW where it had been towed to and needed to contact someone else to find out. They also told us that we could "park" our motorcycle in the front part of our covered parking which we had been doing. However, this spot becomes impossible to use if your neighbor is parked in their spot so it's more of a permanent storage solution. After this, it took them nearly an hour to even get back to us with the address of the towing. Save yourself a ton of money and frustration and live somewhere else.
I think a good way to sum up this apartment is by looking at their history of employees. To start off non of the original repair men that where working here when I moved in are still working here. And they come and go about every two months. Also talking to one of the repair men they told me if they ever quite or was fired they would have until the end of the month to move out (would suck if you were fired the 28th of the month) The ladies up front are nice and mean well but their work hours are rather flexible if they want to go home early. The apartment where built in the 1980's and are starting to show their age with electrical and insolation. I would try elsewhere
What a great place! Everything is perfect! I can't say anything I would like to be different. I can't say anything bad about this place.
I've lived here for 3 year so I've seen the best and worst this apartment has to offer. Yes the maintenance men are very nice and will often wave when you pass. However one of the best and nicest maintenance man, Donny left almost two years ago and there seem to be in a changing cycle of new maintenance men trying to fill his spot. I've had friendly chats with multiple maintenance man here and have been told if for any reason they lost or quite there job the would have to move out by next months billing cycle. Not a lot of time to get a new place, job and to move all your stuff. Kind of mean for management to do that. These apartments seem to constantly have some kind of construction going on. Repaving street, painting, freeway wall, chimney redone, windows being replaced (because 80% of them will have condensation in between the pane) you can see daylight through the front door and some windows when they are closed so I hope you don't want to use the heater or AC. The pool right next to the office is often remodeled and giving new chairs to look nicer for potential new renters but the far away pool is given the old ripped ones. Last summer all 5 of the recliners were ripped and unusable so people would have to lay their towels on the concrete to sunbathe. Over this last winter they also seem to be snoozing on the snow removal. So if a sudden storm happens overnight be ready to tread through the snow to get to your car and again when you get home and some of it has turned to Ice and they might get to it the next day when most of it has melted. I have a second floor un renovated 2 bedroom and the think they have been in the long process of renovating the 80's style kitchen into something more ascetically pleasing but don't see them improving the windows or door that really need it. I don't see this place improving at all only going down hill more and more and them wanting more rent so they can pay for the constant maintenance it's taking just to keep this place livable. I would avoid these places like the plague.
It took 6 calls to fix the water heater after I moved in, and there is absolutely zero policy enforcement. My upstairs neighbor runs an animal sitting business out of his apartment, often with up to 4 dogs, which seems to go against the pet policy, and frequently runs power tools at all hours of the night. Also, he will often resort to hammering on my bedroom floor after learning that I reported him. He has implied that he would damage my vehicle, and also claims to speak for complex management. The actual Management has refused to do anything about this, saying its his word against mine. Most recently, I have been offered to move to another unit at MY EXPENSE, which is clearly the only option I can take, since I have another 6 months on my lease. I would not recommend living here.
Not only is it convenient to everything nearby, the community and staff are the reason why we continue to resign our lease! The apartments are bright, clean with a great community and staff that run them! We have only amazing things to say about the staff here. They go above and beyond for you. The facilities are kept sparkling clean, maintenance team are super quick to respond and fix any issues and the office staff are just awesome. Makes living here feel like a home!
Office staff is very kind and responsive to your needs. This is the best apartment community we have lived in. Yes sometimes there is a hiccup between maintenance issues but if you inquire a second time they are quick to respond. They really do try to keep the residents happy here. The only issue I have ever had is people parking illegally behind the reserved covered parking areas. No matter where you live there will always be something wrong and someone unhappy in the community. They are usually the first to post negative things. My advice is to come view the community yourself. Ask people that live there what their experience is like and get your own idea and feel for the place. The price for these apartments are a little high but remember that you do get a reserved covered parking spot (not something most apartments will offer you) and a lot of square footage for the price. I would recommend living here.
Generally, for the money, this is a nice place. Roomy, nice living rooms with a fireplace. Plus large windows, eat in area near windows in the kitchen. Friendly staff, usually responsive. Maintenance it's responsive and kind, especially to my elderly disabled father! Barbara
This apartment complex is on the older side in the area. The entire time they are fixing up the outside of all of the buildings. The complex avoids replacing stuff that is broken as much as possible. We had to call in 4 times about our dishwasher having issues before it was finally replaced. The size of the apartment is really good but the cost is pretty high for such mediocre service from the office.
The apartment complex is conveniently located off of C-470. It backs up to a jogging/biking trail that leads to the mall. The apartment is bigger than what can be obtained elsewhere for the same money. The layout to the apartment feels like a home with a separate kitchen, dining room, and living room. The leasing office staff is very helpful. If something needs to be fixed, the maintenance staff responds quickly. The complex also has two swimming pools and a workout room. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. It is pet friendly.
This is a wonderful place to live, close to shopping & restaurants. The apartments are bright & spacious. Lots of windows. The staff is excellent & quick to respond to your needs. the grounds are well maintained and a nice place to take a walk. Great pools & tennis courts.
Nice and clean. Managers are friendly and always willing to help. The tennis courts need to be redone. Great location and they are doing more work on the apartments.
Autumn Chase apartment living is next to none. Office personnel, amenities, and maintenance staff are unsurpassed.
