We are located in East Monroe, convenient to shopping, hospitals, college & schools and minutes from the Interstate 20 Expressway. Our one and two bedroom units feature name brand appliances, garbage disposals and dishwashers. We offer washer/dryer connections in some of our two bedroom apartments. Other amenities include mini blinds at all windows, a basketball court is also available for our residents. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SECTION 8 or HUD VOUCHERS. ALSO WE ARE NOT INCOME BASED.
