Property Ratings at The Lenora
I previous wrote a review and somehow it was removed. This building has the worst managment group in the area. The lack of responsibilty and a sense of urgency is the main issue. The company has had an elevator out for 3 month and numerous times before that. They refuse to answer anything via telephone and only respond to emails, if they do. Save yourself a headache and stay away.
The elevator has been nonfuctional for over three months as of 3/22/2025. There are people who live on the 6th floor who have to shlep up furniture, groceries, etc. from the ground floor. No one answers the phone at the managment company's office. If I could give zero stars, I would.
This is like an abandoned building that no one takes care of. The outside of the building is filled with dog poo from someone that lives in the building that no one cleans up and the building is not addressing the issue. They will not put up signs or a pet cleanup station and the poop is literally starting to migrate from the flowers beds to the sidewalk!
I only gave this two starts because I really enjoy my actual home itself. However, if you're experiencing any sort of issue here you will be disappointed at the lack of urgency and resolution. I could name a list of inconveniences and unreliability's we have experienced since moving in, but the biggest disappointment of them all is how our leaks in our unit have been "handled". We have been experiencing water leaks in various spaces of our home since before October with no progress made to either issue (it is December 20th currently). PIP Management has essentially been slow to communicate and be proactive on the issue. Windows leaking, weather stripping completely missing from the patio door bringing in water into the dwelling, now our ceiling is leaking right above electrical outlets in the living room with obvious damage and a serious electrical hazard! PIP management and ownership have made no progress with developers and have not offered any additional incentives for the inconvenience. I am a corporate employee for the global industry in Property Management, so for me to complain about something is huge.
