1 Br-The Lenox
I have a one bedroom spacious apartment with HUGE wall to wall windows. I have natural sun light through out the year, no light fixtures are need until night time. I have hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, laundry in the building, gym in the building, 24 hr concierge and parking. I've been living at this apartment for 5 years. I LOVE IT! LOVE IT, LOVE IT! It's very convenient to NYC and Hoboken. Always something to do. Oh! my building is also pet friendly, I have a Pomeranian. so that was my PROs, now the CONs, I pay $1606.54 monthly which goes up annually by 10%, because I LOVE this place I pay for my leisure.
