Thank you for the review and for being a tenant at The Levinson. We are now under new property management, and look forward to providing a better experience for all our residents.
All the appliances in the abode are made of inferior quality. The property smelled of marijuana numerous times throughout the entirety of our lease. None of the residents adhered to the scheduled trash pick up times which resulted in the hallways smelling like actual trash. The maintenance department neglected us at the end of our lease for our request for the washer being fixed, this lead us to move out three weeks before our lease termination. We are highly disappointed with there redefinition of downtown living.

This is my first experience renting after selling my house. The one-bedroom apartment floor plan I have reminds me of a hotel room. The layout of the bedroom is not optimal if you want a TV in your room as you will be forced to put your bed against the windows and have cold air blowing on your head all night. I'm not sure if the windows aren't the best or what the issue is, but even at 70 in a 500 sq ft apartment, I'm still freezing. There are ongoing issues with residents not cleaning up after their dogs. Our package deliveries do not always make it in the parcel pending machine leaving them in the open lobby which can be accessed by anyone. Overall, it is a quiet building and at least the halls are secure with key fob access.
