Each unit features hardwood floors and eat-in kitchens. There are smart app-controlled washers and dryers located in the basement. This is a one-bedroom, one- bathroom apartment located near the University of Pennsylvania in the Clark Park neighborhood of Philadelphia. Upon entering, you have a sunny common space, including the living room and dining area. It features hardwood floors, radiant heat, and large windows. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a gas stove, and ample cabinets. The bedroom is located off the living room and has a large closet. The new bathroom is fully tiled with a tub/shower. This property is located very close to Clark Park, stores on Baltimore Avenue, and multiple trolley stops. Tenants are responsible for electric and cable/internet. There is a $20 per month charge for water/sewer. Cooking gas, heat, hot water are included. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Cats OK with $300 non-refundable deposit, Dogs not allowed. Furnishing options available Please Note: The property will stay on the market until we received a security deposit (equal to one month’s rent).
