I've been a resident here since the very beginning. What's made me stay so long is because I've always felt like I was apart of a community family. All residence look put for each other. The property team is always going events to involve everyone. It's a really good environment to live in
I like it here. Good location to my job and it's easy to get through traffic. Overall, I'm glad I chose to be here than any other place in town or even 30 miles out.
Best place to call home in Gainesville hands down. Enjoying the pool as it warms up. Close to plenty of food which is nice. Also the proximity to I35 is convenient. Would rent here again.
Great place to be with very respectful staff that goes above and beyond to do their best to help you out.
Ridiculous prices, weird lease terms, and if you need maintenance done in your unit, expect them to take pictures of your personal belongings, open closed doors, go into your closet, etc. I get that it’s a rental, but they do not respect your privacy here AT ALL. This place has finally put me off renting.

My Son and I love living here!!! Apartment is all upgraded looks very expensive!!! Staff and Maintenance are awesome!!! This is our Home and we wouldn't live any place else, close to I-35 and Restaurants, Shopping and Farmers Market is right down the street that is being built now.

Can not explain how much Gainesville needs good places like this. Great apartments. We love it here.
Absolutely loving the experience living in this apartment. It is the best rental in Gainesville hands down. They have resident gatherings that we always attend.
From a water leak in our closet that ruined many of our clothes and shoes, to key fobs hardly ever working to get into the back gate. Our washer clogged up Sunday March 18th, so we called that following Monday and were told it would be the end of the week till it got here. Nope didn’t show. Then we were told it would be the following week. Still didn’t show. Once again we were told it would be early the first week of April. Still hasn’t showed. Plus it took 2 weeks to have someone drain our washer which was stinking up our apartment. It’s so frustrating we pay for rent for an apartment that should have a washer and dryer and were going on three weeks without one and keep being told it next week.
The ordeal goes like this -- 1. On their website, the short term lease did not say anything about Premium charge UNTIL we went there on Friday Sept 22. That woman said ''we do so we can get people down here''. Its CHEAT and FRAUD to begin with. We felt we were trapped. Could not suppress the feeling of moving OUT from a ASBESTOS laden old house, we agreed to pay extra $100. We applied and paid $150 and she went through my application right then. I used her laptop. I told her we need to move in ASAP. 2. She told us to bring a) Rental Ins b) Connect Stream Energy c) Connect Internet d) Bring paystubs. 3. On Monday Sept 25, I gave her above items. 10 minutes later, she calls me and says my wife needs to fill her application paying another $50. We did that. 4. On Tuesday Sept 26, another woman calls me and says she needs bank statements for 3 months. I did just that. I asked her if we could move in Wed Sept 27. She says OK. 5. However, on Wed, they gave me miss call and emailed about income. And I called back and they said they CANNOT approve my application due to income. NOW, my questions are - 1. Why NOT disclose Premiums? 2. Why they did NOT check income right then and let US know we WILL NOT BE QUALIFIED?? WHY she did NOT say right then?? CAN'T SHE READ plain English or UNDERSTAND numbers??? 3. There is no mention of GROSS or AFTER TAX income . We make $3000 a month. 4. Why they made us WAIT and go through all the hassles? Now, I even had to pay electric cancellation fee. 4. Why they made US get electric, internet and rental ins?? 5. Why they ripped US? I called Martino Group-the owners and they told me to email Nick Miller but to no avail. They don't CARE. They just want YOUR money. $200 is a LOT of money for working class people. DON'T rip people off. Folks, stay away from this place. There are plenty of options you can opt rather than staying here. It is high price to begin with anyway.
