When I first moved here, it was a very rocky start, but since a few changes in management, I think the Life of ParkView is overall in a good place. I think communication with residents needs work, but the apartments are very nice and the location is great. Maintenance is usually very prompt and professional.

My mother lived here 12 yrs ago and I was pleased how her apt was. The washer and dryer connection is great as soon as I great one it will be even better. Overall my section of area is peaceful and quiet. Staff and maintenance are very attentive. Looking forward to my stay here with my childern.

Moved in my apartment June/2021, love the two tone gray walls & floors. All new black appliances & light fixtures are a nice upgrade as well...overall I'm very please to live & call The Life At Park View home.

I almost complete a year living here and I have no complaints, I'm very comfortable here and I haven't run into trouble here at all. The staff is wonderful and always answer my questions.

I have been living here going on a year and I Like living here at Life at Parkview. The Office personnel are very prompt when answering any kind of maintenance problem. It is quiet except for one or two incidents when it wasn't but overall I feel very comfortable here and like living here.

I love living here. It is an excellent quiet and very well kept community. The staff are all great and friendly. This is one of the Best apartment complexes I have seen in the Pasadena area!

The office staff are great! Very helpful and caring. Maintenance always fixes issues in a timely manner, even if during the night they will still respond to your issue if possible. Highly recommend these apartments.

The Life at Park view is a great community and it's very quiet and peaceful. The accessibility to shopping and dining is another great perk about living here. Additionally, the valet trash service is an awesome amenity and hopefully Covid-19 will disappear and the pools and community day room will reopen soon.

I love my complex , its very well kept and the residents are very friendly everyone keeps to themselves and the staff is great the pool is always looking clean
