I have lived here for 3 years and this place has gone downhill. Roaches are out of control, maintenance is terrible, there is a termite problem, as well as large snakes. all of the trash bins are always full. Harris County public health has shut down the back pool, which has been inoperable since I moved in 2021. Gym is not only terrible with little equipment, but was shut down the majority of last year. This place is terrible. Maybe instead of worrying about towing cars, you should work on actually making the amenities that the tenants pay for available. I cannot say enough about how terrible my stay has been here and I am FINALLY moving out. Do not move here unless this is your only option

We deeply regret any inconvenience caused during your tenancy.
The outside might look pleasing but the inside is falling apart. Needed internal repairs are never done and work orders are dismissed. If you do have issues, you are better off getting harris County involved at least they will give them a time line to address before consequences against them. The management company behind these apartments don't do anything.

We appreciate your patience as we work on these issues for the betterment of all residents' experience at the apartment complex.
Most of the cabinets have no handles, a drawer was missing in the kitchen that was never replaced, the front door is the ONLY door in our unit that properly closes. The entire bartop was not mounted and after 7 months, was still never fixed as well as the post on the balcony that holds up the roof that isn't mounted to the ground which could literally cause structural damage. Do they care about any of this? Of course not! But they made sure to remove trees outside the complex that made the complex better shielded from the sun. Oh and to charge for parking! Had a shoot out happen on the street the other day too. Aside from all that fun, they can't seem to keep anyone in the leasing office for more than 3-4 months. All kinds of fun here!

This was my first place moving from out of town the staff is the worst bugs ad roaches they don’t fix anything and your rent always change each month will not recommend staying here!

They do not fix anything, there are burglaries and vandalism throughout the complex. They do not treat people with respect. People are constantly complaining about roaches. Which pest control is additional fee that is included on your bill statement. And yet they will charge you for pest control that supposed to be included. I also pay for amenities fee such as fitness center, which has been vandalized more times than I can count on two hands. Which they close and lock up. Until someone breaks the windows inside. This is an ongoing problem. Packages from parcel companies have been stolen, from inside the front office where they are supposedly kept safe. My AC has broken every other month, and all they do is change the filter. Which did not change the situation. There is a revolving door of staff. I been here almost three years and have seen 6 differnt property managers and leasing agents and a number of maintenance crew. Terrible. Terrible. TERRIBLE PLACE. So glad my lease is up.

Stay away. If you want to be lied to, have to park a distance from your apartment, be charged more money than you owe, talked to by staff like you are trash, dog poop everywhere, children hanging out in the parking lot and playing on cars, make a service call and it takes them months to come fix it, love taking cold showers because the hot water tank is old/or too small this is your place. There are other apartments owned by the same company who have a better staff than this place, it's not worth the headache or money.

This place has great prices and it is close to my employment.
These Apartments are horrible. Cars are broken into all the time,it takes them forever to fix anything and they have a bad roach problem. The staff is very rude too.

Aurora Place is clean, quiet and beautiful. The office staff is friendly. I really love the floor plans and the location. The grounds are well kept. When the manager took me on a tour of the property, she was very professional and knowledgeable of the property.

Management is terrible. The buildings are old and poorly maintained. Half the electricity sockets in the unit don’t work at all. There’s something going on with the water and it comes out brown at first. These apartments would be decent but they Managment company puts in as little proactive maintenance effort as possible, instead of permanently fixing problems. The office NEVER answers the phone.
Eveything about this place is terrible, maintenance is terrible the people and kids in the community are terrible. Very unprofessional
I've lived here for over a year now. I absolutely hate these apartments due to the high crime. They have shoot outs and people have been held at gun point in their apartments to where kids jumped over the balcony just to escape. The kids terrorize the community The parking is horrible. They refuse to let pay for a parking space. Do not move here if you want to be in a nice community. All the rent you pay you would think your concerns would be heard. Nope not here, no one cares .
Not only has this been the most UNHELPFUL staff I've ever dealt with good luck trying to talk to the property management company. I've been there three months and am counting down days until I can leave. They have dozens of stray cats, as well as a rodent and possum problem. I've been telling them to have the dryer (which is there's in the unit) fixed since I moved in as well as half the outlets not working. The outlets had a power surge and fried my flat screen. The staff is rude and never returns calls or is helpful in any way and refuse to give information. I'd give them a negative star if I could.
The apartment has only 1 1/2 bath the rooms are very small basic appliances and poor maintence service. Lots of crime and drama.
I love my apartment complex. All the stores I could possibly need are within blocks. The community is quiet and friendly. My child is attending a great school. I have a beautiful fireplace that makes Christmas feel so traditional. My walk in closet is like my own personal dressing room!
