I've lived at the Linc Brookhaven for just over 3 years and have had no issues outside of the ordinary as it pertains to apartment living. The apartments are in a great shape and have a luxurious feel, the amenities are good (pool area is very nice), maintenance repairs issues in less than 24 hours (in my experience), and the office staff is incredibly helpful -- Vlad helped make my apartment transfer seamless and was always gracious no matter how many questions I asked and Cori has also been great when I needed help. Highly recommend.

The Linc is a diamond even among the nicest apartments in the Sandy Springs area. I toured 12 different apartment complexes across the area and in both style and comfort, the Linc stood out among only maybe 1 or 2 others. They are a bit pricey, but you are paying for the comfort and security of the building, which it is likely amongst the best I’ve seen. What really stood out, however, was the service. After waiting over a week for an approval from a separate apartment complex, i was two days away from my move deadline. I called Christian at the front desk, and he did nothing short of a miracle. Worked the office to ensure I got approval and all in two days. Two. Days. It was an incredible hustle and he stayed on top of it entirely. Further, any confusion I’ve had, this entire office stayed on it and was extremely considerate and kind and accommodating. I’ve just moved in so I can’t speak further than that, but the process itself has been remarkable, the apartments are stunning, and the amenities won’t be beat. The outside looks a bit corporate but don’t let it fool you, this apartment is incredible and you will be glad you chose The Linc.

Location is great, maintenance team rocks, but that's about it. If you were to move here, do not choose to live in the units facing the courtyard/pool area because of party noise/ kids screaming. Especially if you work from home, your colleague s will hear all the cursing words from the tenants' loud speaker when you're in a meeting. Expect having a hard time finding a parking spot because people keep letting their friends in to park for free - guest parking charges extra. You can reserve a parking spot for yourself, but there's additional monthly charge for that. Expect the elevator/garage door to be broken for months. Expect the trash room to be smelly and not functional from time to time. Lastly, moving to this community is a test of your luck. Despite most the the tenants are nice people, some of them are quite difficult to live with. My upstairs neighbors are a couple constantly in fight, they would throw things on the floor, lock one out of the apartment banging the door like there's no tomorrow, or just yelling and stomping. Management will promise all fixes, including "we will see if we can move you to another unit", but always end up ghosting you and just sending out general reminder emails
(04/25/23) Do not live here!!! #1- amenities, they allow multiple guests who don't live here to swarm the gym and trainers who make money on their facilities who also don't live here to use the gym freely. #2- PARKING! I have lived at The LINC Brookhaven for 14 months now and randomly (keep in mind again...I LIVE HERE with proof of a valid parking decal) I was issued a ticket which reads "failure to display pass/permit" this is a $55 fine to a RESIDENT. The management team will not help you nor put in any effort to show loyalty or do the right thing. Imagine paying over $2000 dollars a month to get parking tickets where you live... #3- pet owners are not punished, and they do not care about crap everywhere. Think you will get to roam the dog park with your dog peacefully think again. #4- elevators and garage gate. The main elevator for moving in and out has been down for over 6 months and still is out of use. They claim they can't get the parts, but we all know how that goes...The same thing happened with the gate to get inside the garage. For at least 4-5 months the only way in and out was through the entrance gate. The only positive thing I can say about this place is the noise level. It is very quiet, and the floors and wall are thick.
I've lived in five apartment complexes during my time in Atlanta, and this one has by far been the worst. Staff is typically unresponsive to emails, even after multiple follow-ups. Elevators often stay inoperable for weeks, and the resident gate to exit the community has been broken for months. Advertised as a smoke-free community, but the ventilation system is connected between units, so if a neighbor smokes, you will continuously smell it. I've tried to resolve this issue by emailing and visiting the office on many occasions over the last seven months. However, management still hasn't resolved this issue and tends to deflect matters they should be proactive about. The amenities and location are great, but you can do much better looking at other complexes for what you pay.
Unfortunately this lovely place has gone down hill. My husband and I moved in a few years ago when the property was new, however, management has changed and the environment has changed with it. The smell of weed all day, almost everyday. Trash in hallways, dog poop everywhere, the walls are dirty and cracked. I’ve gotten several warnings to be aware of strange men trying to enter the gate and have entered the gate just roaming the property. I’ve had to spray the hallways, pick up trash just avoid further embarrassment when we have guest. Please do your research before moving here. I will be posting updates. For the cost of the rent, one would expect more. We signed our last lease out of convenience only.
If you are thinking of moving here.. do not move into the apartments facing the courtyard. The sound travels and you are literally stuck in a hotel resort atmosphere; except hotels have the decency to sound proof the building. Music blasts all day and night long on weekends from a property provided speaker near pool area. Parties, barbecuing, people enjoying the pool, just basic overall hotel resort activity except it’s going on outside your “home” daily. The area is great except no thought was put into the fact that people actually live above the area. I can literally sit in my apartment on the phone and the person on the line is asking if I’m at a party. It’s that loud. Sound travels upward and no one regulates the courtyard. Just be mindful if you choose move here.
We've been living in The Linc Brookhaven since September 2020 and I absolutely love living here. My wife and I have a two bedroom and the layout it's amazing, we have plany of space. Everything is upgraded and top of the line.The amenities are also more than I could ask or hope for. They are kept very clean and residents are nice when sharing an area. The gym is my absolute favorite and comes with two Peloton bicycles were you can take online classes . I've had a couple of maintenance request and they are always resolved same or next day. The location is amazing, just a few minutes away from Perimeter Mall, 285 and 400 Highways are few minutes away.
