The maintenance and staff team are exceptional! I enjoy the amenities as well as the quiet neighborhood. We’re close to downtown Bethesda so there’s a lot to do for fun.

The maintenance team here is the best. That's a very important feature of living here. The team responds quickly, efficiently, and creatively (when necessary) to get the job done. A community of excellent management, taking heed of prompt response to residents maintainable request, gym and calmness are also amazing. Private area for reading, working and meeting is also a factor of convenience to better like the Lindley.

The owner of the building is not Bozzuto and they don’t allow them to repair problems bc they don’t want to pay. There are pests such as huge rats living in burrows on property. The garage door is always broken and thieves easily find their way inside. The hvac is broken several times a year for weeks on end

Hello, This is a very great place to live. I love it! There has been a few changes I. Management but overall not a bad place to live. I love it here because of the easy access to everything and every where in MD and DC. There are a few hospitals nearby. Wisconsin Avenue and Bethesda downtown is beautiful and great for shopping, all a short distance from the Lindsey.

Living in The Lindley has been a great experience. It is a safe and quiet place. The apartments are very comfortable and well-equipped, and the building has valuable amenities, like the gym. There are some issues to solve regarding the cleaning of some areas, like the garage and trash disposal. Very often, the metal doors are locked, and that causes several neighbors just leave the trash in the room. Other than that, The Lindley is a great place to live.

Everyone who works here is lovely. We love the amenities they have to offer. When residents have problems they are quick to help us resolve them, and stay on top of check in with the problems.

Living at the Lindley is amazing! The staff is very attentive and always looking out for residents. I would appreciate more security around the community but that is my only complaint!
