Property Ratings at The Line
The Line apartments are great. This specific location in Downtown Raleigh right by Glenwood South couldn’t be better. Casual 5 minute walk to nightlife- literally next door to Carolina Ale House. The staff (Wes and Mary) are awesome, and they’ve really gone above and beyond to make the experience of living here great so far. This is a modern, luxurious place with a good gym, nice pool, and fancy lounge areas. The neighbors I’ve met so far are nice and friendly people! The only downside is there is still construction going on for the Smokey Hollow street walkway. I highly recommend touring, this is soon to be THE PLACE TO BE for young professionals in Raleigh and I’m so glad I found this place early!

After searching all over Raleigh for that perfect* apartment, I finally found The Line Raleigh. Wes has gone above and beyond for me since day 1. The move in was seamless, the apartment was absolutely gorgeous, and the staff are so quick to help and make sure their tenants are happy! It’s been such a great experience and I can’t wait to see how the community continues to grow in ‘the Hollow.’ I would definitely recommend checking this place out – it will not disappoint!
