I really enjoy living here, in a nice, quiet and private community.
I have been a resident at The Link since November of 23, everyone in the office is always helpful, My son and I enjoy the gym and the full layout and variety of equipment. The pool and grill area is always clean and ready to use. The Maintenance staff is always helpful cleaning the areas, A on location for anything we need. Very convenient and close to work.
Great community, great staff and I wish I can be part of the team so I can work with you and keep living here to spread the word about the benefits of being in such a great place.

It’s an amazing property, well organized and maintained. The leasing staffs were well behaved and treated me well and even helped me to get a better quote. I moved-in few weeks back and enjoying the space well. I strongly recommend this place. No regrets in moving Allen from Dallas so far!

The rent being so high does not correlate to the apartments at all. The units are so poorly constructed. They don't warrant luxury rent prices.

If you don’t want to pest in your closet or in other places with no frills management please save yourself and don’t move here. Rent is high but you deserve to not feel disrespected and ignored.

This is the worst apart apartment complex I have never lived in. I only moved to the near my daughter I should’ve stayed where I was these apartments are infested with roaches. They’re also infested with gnats. I will suggest never moving to this place. Once you’re in they will not make any accommodations to help you be reimbursed for all these things are moving application fees and administration fees after they did a bait and switch. It’s all smoke and mirrors please read the reviews on this place the reviews are accurate when it comes to the roaches

Beautiful Building, well equipped with premium appliances. Safe neighborhood, proximity to elementary & preschool schools, hospitals, shops & restaurants, Gym etc. Leasing office staff, I feel they don’t take me seriously enough. I need to remind them all the time of a request I previously made. No follow ups or No updates.
